I would recommend this book to any designer or PM who wants to better understand what UX Research is, or women want to do it. But because this book cover so much ground, I do not think it is a great resource for learning how to do the different research methods that the book discusses. Instead, this book will give you some tools to someone persuade a cross functional team that research is needed.
