A shifter cop enters a witch’s bar a couple of days before Samhain….. Nope! It’s not a joke. It’s the new book by the awesome Madeline Pryce!
Get your fans nearby and get ready for a witch and a shifter, hunting each other!!
See…. where there is fear for the unknown misunderstandings happen, witches get hurt and both parties stay (how should I put this…) sexually frustrated!
Sam needs Trent to get the whole extent of her powers, but Trent completely misreads the situation(s) …. What comes next is hilarious, sexy, adventurous, sexy, a bit more adventurous and sexy.
It is an amazing novella (45k approximately, 121 pages), fast paced and definitely well written! We get a new meaning of the word “familiar”, but the chemistry between the characters guides us gently through the transition to this new universe!
For anyone interested on paranormal erotic romance, with a feature of adventure, then you should read this ASAP!!!!!

WICKED MAGIC was a pretty quick, no-nonsense read with a fast pace and fun characters.
You can't help but take an instant liking to Samantha. She can take care of herself when needed and has a great attitude. She knows that Trent is the key to unlocking her magic. She threw herself at him years ago but things didn't turn out how she wanted them to. Trent is the sexy werewolf sheriff that Samantha wants, but he's playing hard to get. He's your typical alpha male type and he secretly wants her as well, but refuses to pursue her. The story gets started right away and we know they will end up together by the end but the getting there is all about the drama.
With any novella length book the characters will make or break it and WICKED MAGIC has a great cast. There were a few parts where I was easily able to predict what would happen next but the action and hot scenes make up for that.

Thrilling action and spine tingling suspense abound in this paranormal romance. When the danger to the people of the town and to Sam escalates, things get dicey and the reader’s emotions are catapulted through the wringer. The author created a fantastic story with some refreshingly different elements and captivating characters that I thoroughly enjoyed and although this is a stand-alone story, the author has created an intriguing world and characters that could inspire some more stories if she is so inclined. Personally, I would like to know ‘Miah’s story.

The sound of Jeremiah’s voice jarred her back to reality. That was a good thing. Maybe Brenda was right. She should go for it. If he shot her down—again—she’d find someone else to tie herself to for the rest of her life. Ugh. She didn’t really want to be a full-fledged witch anyway. Fetching ingredients and mixing potions was fun. Who needed the elements to answer them? Spells and hexes were stupid.
She reached below the bar and grabbed a longneck, popping the top on the edge of the counter. She tossed a round orange paper coaster on the bar before she set the beer on it. The chilled bottle that left her palm wet did nothing to cool off her libido.
As she always did, she pushed her lustful feelings aside and gave Jeremiah a full smile. She glanced from Trent to his brother, and her smile widened a bit. “You know he’s going to kick your ass, right?”

Will the trouble destroy any chance for Sam and Trent? Or will he finally get it through that thick skull of his that she is his and he should claim what is his?
There are so many twists and turns that you have to keep reading to find out what will happen next. There is a good bar fight, hot sexy shifters that are as sweet as candy, sex and did I say hot sexy shifters. This story is short but man you will be hotter than you were before you started reading it. You will be sitting back and start reading and by the time you are done you will be fanning your face and sitting on the edge of your chair. She even has you cheering in the end….She has done an awesome job…

Another great Paranormal Romance by Madeline Pryce. This story is short and sexy, about a shape shifter and a witch. When it comes to writing Paranormal Romance, Madeline never disappoints.
I always enjoy stories when the heroine is a virgin. The way the Samantha lost her virginity to Tyler who she cares deeply, was a plus.
Tyler is a hot and sexy shape shifter who is a hot head with issues. After being told by his dad that he wasn’t meant for Samantha, he stayed clear of her. No matter how he felt and how much he wanted her, he honored his dad’s wishes.
Then there’s Samantha who have always wanted Tyler, she knew and felt their connection. She knew that he was her familiar and no one else can take his place. But after Samantha told Tyler the ritual and how connected they will be, he ran scared. Scared of his feelings. Then wolves attacked happened, where he almost lost his life. Seeing his life flash before his eyes, made him realize that Sam is it and he will do anything to protect her.
I also enjoyed the sexual tension between the two characters. Tyler and Samantha tried to ignore their feelings for each other at first, but it didn’t last long. The love they felt for each other was strong and couldn’t be denied. When they finally got together, it was all worth it. The sex was hot as hell, that by the time they were done, you were left wanting more.
The way Tyler tried to dominate Samantha as an Alpha male, was sexy as hell, but at the same time Samantha puts him in check. They were equals and balanced each other out.
This story is so fast paced, that by the time I was done reading, I was left with wanting more. I enjoyed this book so much, I hope that Madeline writes a sequel. So we get to see more on Tyler and Samantha’s future together.

Wow, just, wow. If you love paranormal romance, then this book is for you. It will suck you in from the beginning to the very last page. Madeline sure knows how to get me all hot and bothered. You will laugh out loud, fall in love and will want to come back for more.

Or so she thought. She had been admiring Trent from afar since she was a little girl. Her best-friend is Trent's brother, Jeremiah. She used to spend nights with Jeremiah when they were still kids and would hear Trent talk dirty to his girlfriend. It's how she started having dirty thoughts and fantasies about being intimate with him. She had been in love with him for so long, but all she can do is try to fight this itch, love and fantasies of Trent.
Trent the hot Enforcer and a shapeshifter wants nothing to do with Sam. Well, not literally, but intimately since she is a little too young for him. He's had fantasies about her his whole life. When he had his heart broken by his fiance, he came home that night and found Sam in her birthday suit, offering herself to him. He rejected her, because he did not want to taint her innocent self. Madeline Pryce has done it again with this book! She has written something that kept me stuck to it's pages until I was done because I couldn't put it down! I loved the story line and the characters, so much so that this has become my favorite book by Madeline... at least until her next book comes out!
We meet Samantha at the bar where she works. She is stressing because she still hasn't caught the love of her life Trent, and thanks to her friends big mouth and their shapeshifter hearing EVERYONE knows she wants him. She has to catch her kitty to become a full fledged witch, but the cat in question refuses to be caught and has even hidden himself from her.
Until his brother set him up....
In walks Trent expecting a few beers and a night at the bar when Sam wasn't working. FAIL (grin) His brother set him up and loves every minute of it. Fireworks aren't as bright as the sparks flying when these two are together. Trent has to work hard to deny himself the one woman he truly wants.
Then it becomes even more interesting...
Some out of town wolves decide to cause a problem with Samantha in the middle. Trent can't have anyone hurting his citizens seeing as he is Sheriff, and he wont let anyone hurt Sam, but can he stop them before it is too late?

Madeline Pryce’s June 10th release Wicked Magic is a paranormal story about a witchy woman trying to wrangle her reluctant familiar into accepting his rightful place. What guy would fight accepting that he should be on top, underneath and inside someone as beautiful, smart and sassy as Sam? That would be Trent. He has been fighting it tooth and nail for years because he fears his father’s words hold more truth than the man even intended; Trent would become the witch’s slave, only Trent might like it.

OMG! Witches, shifters, a bar (love a good bar fight), and of course s.e.x. Oh my!!! And oh my it is!!! This is a short read but it packs a mighty punch. As with all of her stories Madeline grabs your attention from page one and makes you want to know what’s going to happen next and what happens next is a fast paced hold on to your seat ride!!! A love story with twists and turns. The story makes you happy and sad, and makes your chest hurt from holding your breath but it’s well worth it. Snuggle down in your seat and enjoy another great story from this author.

This book kept me captivated from beginning to end. It was an exciting paranormal romance and I became invested in the characters immediately. I just loved Sam and Trent. The characters were perfect together. Both fierce, strong, and dedicated. If you enjoy reading sexy paranormal romances you will love this one! I can't wait for Pryce's next book and find out where she takes us next!
