I've read dark romance before and I find them intriguing and actually really liked some of them.
But this was just too much for me.
I didn't like anything about this book.
I'm not necessarily triggered by it but it just gave me the ick how the things happen and are written.

I absolutely loved this book!!! As a bisexual woman I really enjoyed the spiciness of Morgan’s mouth and how dang dominant she was to Scarlett!!! This book kept me going and I didn’t want to put it down. And seeing a badass woman put another woman in her place was perfection. The fact that Morgan almost instantly knew she wanted Scarlett was even more perfect and seeing their relationship blossom was hot!!!

Again, this is not my typical style of Dark Romance, but the authors creative writing style keeps your attention at every turn with her story-line, characters, and attention to detail. This book was a wild descriptive ride without safety belts! Goodness! If you want heat that keeps rising stop here.
Holding my focus in a novel,is one of my favorites qualities in a book because it means the story draws emotions that keep you turning each page. I loved the characters and the build LO GOLD gave; it’s another awesome novel from her!

I absolutely devoured this, I couldn't put it down! A dark sapphic paranormal romance with a tonne of trigger warnings = perfection
I would advise anyone wanting to read this to check the tw as the scenes are very detailed.
The first line had me laughing out loud and I knew straight away I was going to enjoy it. I loved Morgans character, a succubus that steals the souls of men that 100% deserve it.
The scene in the haunted house, when she has Scarlett tied up.. WOW. The detailing was amazing.
Both Morgan and Scarlett are/have Been subjected to quite alot by men. I was glad when Kyle got his comeuppance. I was getting so angry everyime he hurt poor Scarlett! And the way Morgan transformed into the demon while she drained kyle?? I loved it!!!
The chemistry between Morgan and Scarlett is unbelievable from the moment they see each other. They compliment each other perfectly in every way possible. The way Morgan dominates Scarlett - phew it's a steamy read!
A 5-star read that I absolutely loved and I was sad when I finished it as I wanted more!!!

Well LO popped my FF cherry with this one and I can’t think of a better way than with a blonde succubus demon to do it. This entire book was perfection. I had no idea what to expect with that vagina dentata trope but I thoroughly enjoyed every second. Karma is a bitch and some of the men in this book find that out the hard way. The insta lust between Morgan and Scarlett was so beautiful and intoxicating. We love a strong female character who lifts the other up, builds her confidence and cherishes her. Check this one out!

It was dark, smutty and a quick read. This takes place in the days leading up before Halloween, so it’s the perfect seasonal read to dive into right now. Lo’s books are so easy to read and have a hefty dose of spice, so I’m glad I gave this a chance because she never disappoints!

LO Gold has done it again!! WOW! I could not get enough of Morgan (great name choice) and Scarlett. This book is fantastic!! How could you not obsessed over a beautiful, powerful female succubus sucking the souls out of loser men?! I LOVE a good revenge story laced with female rage. Back to Morgan and Scarlett… love love love everything about both of them! The character development was superb. They complement each other perfectly, and I desperately wanted them to be together. Don’t even get me started on the haunted house scene…. Perfection! READ THIS BOOK (but first check the tropes/triggers because this is a dark romance)!!!

I bow down! Holy shit. I’ve been absolutely dying for a sapphic dark romance and this delivered exactly what I needed. But Morgan being a succubus was everything! Scarlett went through hell but she’s so lucky now. So spicy and a definite insta-lust to love situation. But it was perfect. Such a good spooky read and perfectly spicy.

What a deliciously spicy story. Once Morgan has her sights on Scarlett, she will stop at nothing to have her. This was a fun quick read with a sapphic demon twist. Highly recommend, check those triggers and enjoy.

yet the way she takes cares of Scarlett and empowers her made my heart swell. her growth in this book was one of my favorite parts.
plus I could have highlighted basically everything that left Morgan’s mouth. trust me when I say LO left me drillin after this one.
the ending was wrapped up so well and I know I’ll go back to visit these two and their story again.

Stealing Scarlett by LO Gold is a dark sapphic romance between a girl running from an abvsive relationship and a succubus who is soft only for her. Sitting at ~125 pages, this spooky romance is a perfect choice to add to your Halloween TBR and I really devoured it! I love seeing more spooky sapphic books out there and this one was fast and fun.
This is an insta-lust book, which does make it not as plot driven. (It does still have plot, don’t get me wrong. It truly is just hard to fit an immense amount of plot AND spice into a 125 page book. I think LO nailed it, but I just want to be transparent.) I will say that the romance & spice are *smoking hot* and if you want a short and smvtty read, THIS IS YOUR BOOK. I loved the obsessive aspects of our FMC, Morgan. I also really liked the succubus aspect bc it made it very unique and interesting to read. Scarlett was wonderful to read too and she really goes through it in this book and just wants to be loved how she deserves 🥹.
The ending was the exact revenge / “let’s be evil together” vibe and I ATE. IT. UP. Please beware, there is the use of hom0ph0b!c slvrs, but the user of such words is promptly unalived. Read at your own risk, and remember that your mental health matters. 🫶
Overall, I really enjoyed this. I am getting more into sapphic so this was a great palate cleanser and a spicy good time 🥵 I’m really excited by this and I LOVED The Devil in Disguise by this author and I loved this book so I’m def a fan of LO. 🥰

Stealing Scarlett by LO Gold is a dark sapphic romance between a girl running from an abvsive relationship and a succubus who is soft only for her. Sitting at ~125 pages, this spooky romance is a perfect choice to add to your Halloween TBR and I really devoured it! I love seeing more spooky sapphic books out there and this one was fast and fun.
This is an insta-lust book, which does make it not as plot driven. (It does still have plot, don’t get me wrong. It truly is just hard to fit an immense amount of plot AND spice into a 125 page book. I think LO nailed it, but I just want to be transparent.) I will say that the romance & spice are *smoking hot* and if you want a short and smvtty read, THIS IS YOUR BOOK. I loved the obsessive aspects of our FMC, Morgan. I also really liked the succubus aspect bc it made it very unique and interesting to read. Scarlett was wonderful to read too and she really goes through it in this book and just wants to be loved how she deserves 🥹.
The ending was the exact revenge / “let’s be evil together” vibe and I ATE. IT. UP. Please beware, there is the use of hom0ph0b!c slvrs, but the user of such words is promptly unalived. Read at your own risk, and remember that your mental health matters. 🫶
Overall, I really enjoyed this. I am getting more into sapphic so this was a great palate cleanser and a spicy good time 🥵 I’m really excited by this and I LOVED The Devil in Disguise by this author and I loved this book so I’m def a fan of LO. 🥰

Stealing Scarlett follows the story of Morgan, a succubus who needs to find thirteen victims by the blood moon. Enter Scarlett, a woman who becomes the object of Morgan’s intense obsession. The book dives deep into themes of power, control, and desire, with a plot that keeps you hooked from start to finish. The scene in the mirror cabinet and everything that followed… damn… I don’t have words. It was spicy, hot, and left me breathless. And trust me, that’s not the only scene that will have you fanning yourself. The chemistry between Morgan and Scarlett is electric, and every encounter is more intense than the last.
One of the powerful aspects of this book is how it addresses male misbehavior against females, not just in public but also at home. A Sapphic Succubus Story that sucks you in fast starting from the first paragraph of chapter one. Morgan my Succubus Hero oh how I love you! Scarlett, you're sweet and stronger than you know. This book took me on an adrenaline ride that was fast yet lasted the entire time. The spice level was perfect for me! Female Rage was top-notch and made me so proud, especially for Scarlett. I was protective of Scarlett when reading. Her pain and struggle to find her true self after letting your dreams and personality fade into the background for someone else. At some point, we all lose who we are and are looking for something or someone to help light the fire we need to be strong and confident. Morgan was that person for Scarlett these girls connected on a deeper level and their love was so all-consuming and blissful. Scarlett gives Morgan the acceptance she has always hungered for and it's beautiful to witness. If you want a story that gives you women empowerment this is it! The spicy and succubus parts were the extra frosting on a beautifully written story of 2 women who long for something real and meaningful. But, that spice will have you blushing with joy and surprise. Those scenes were written so well that the visuals in my mind were as vivid as I read. I felt like I was there in every scene with them. Also, the revenge gave me such sweet satisfaction. More than I could have ever imagined. They received their due and justice was served! Once I finished reading I craved more and more of Morgan and Scarlett. GIVE ME MORE!

This book is not my usual style of dark romance because it was my very first time reading a Sapphic story. The author’s writing style kept my interest at every turn with her story and the characters. This book was really phenomenal. The chemistry between Morgan and Scarlett is absolutely unbelievable from the very beginning. I loved the characters and the way the author described both their personalities.
I really enjoyed the spicy scenes and insta lust between Morgan and Scarlett it was so beautiful and intoxicating. I love a strong female character who lifts her partner up and builds her confidence. I loved Morgan’s spicy mouth and the way she dominated Scarlett was very interesting. The scene where they are in the haunted house and Morgan has Scarlett tied up was really described in amazing detail.

I really loved the obsessive and protective behavior Morgan showed Scarlett. Scarlett’s boyfriend is your typical male who thinks that he owes the world just because he is a man.
This was my very first time reading a Sapphic dark romance book and I can’t wait for my next one because I am obsessed this entire book was perfection. And I can’t wait to read more books by this author because this is definitely going on my automatic buy author list.

I'm obsessed with Morgan she is the Queen of possessiveness and a caretaker making sure that not only are Scarlett's physical needs met but her emotional ones too. She's a seductress but she is also fierce in her love for Scar. From wanting to know Scars favorite ice cream to letting her princess know how beautiful she truly is.
Scarlett has never felt powerful and has often questioned her worth. She's been quiet and meek.
Until she blossoms after meeting Morgan.
