First of all thank you to the author for providing me with a review copy in exchange for an honest review.

As soon as I started this story I was hooked in. The prologue takes you on a fast emotional rollercoaster that will have you grappling the rest of the pages in the book to find out what happened.

Meeting Evelyn and Noah was fun, they meet under a situational circumstance and with sharing a fast but initiate kiss things seem to move quickly from there.

However with that one kiss ending quite abruptly they don't get a chance to talk or see where that single moment could go. Desire that the world seems to be in their favour and they meet again.

The connection between the characters was exciting to read and be apart of. The slow build up of attraction have you wishing for more with these characters.

Moreover, the addition of secondary characters allowed for there to be playful banter in between and keep the story moving along. Through it all it was a journey to see how the couple grows and becomes more connected while also having to fight problems.

Some problems can't be fixed as easily and as show by the turmoil they face that leads to the cliffhanger ending is a prime example.

I can't wait to start the second book Devotion to continue their story and see where their relationship will lead to and of the indecisions they face will be resolved.

Indecision is a sweet contemporary romance about two young people struggling with love, personal ambition, and learning to become mature adults. What I liked about this book is that the story starts with a quick emotional ride. It hooks you in and makes you want to find out what's going on right from the start. Then, when we meet Noah and Evelyn, the author makes us envious of the immediate powerful chemistry between the two main characters. The author did a great job building and showing the passion between them and I was rather pleasantly surprised that we were left to imagine what happened next as things got hot.

As it goes on, the story of Evelyn and Noah starts to read like a real-life event and deals with real-life indecisions that many of us can relate to. I do like a realistic theme in a romance book but at the same time, I was looking for more drama toward the middle of the book. The author did deliver the drama toward the end with a cliffhanger. Luckily, the second book has been released, so I don't have to wait for what happens next.

Overall, I enjoyed the emotional ride between Noah and Evelyn. The only thing that bugged me was their friends – I personally just can't see how Noah could be best friend with Rex and Evelyn with Gwen. From the start, these secondary characters bothered me. I see that there is a background story for Rex and Gwen and I do hope the second book would redeem these two characters and in the end, all of the characters would find their maturity.

Sweet, clean read

This story is aptly named as the two main characters face several instances of paralysis by analysis! It is a sweet, budding romance between two adults who struggle between choosing each other and their careers. There are a few minor inconsistencies that can be easily overlooked. Is there a love story brewing with the secondary characters coming in another book?

I want to start off by saying “thank you” to Evelyn Montgomery for sending me an ARC of “Indecision”, book 2 in her “Can’t Help Falling in Love Series”. All the books in this series are standalone romances, but take place in the same world.

REVIEW: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

I really enjoyed this. It’s a contemporary second chance romance with spice. This one put me through an emotional rollercoaster. Eva & Noah have a hot meet cute at a bar and aren’t able to exchange info that night. Noah shows up to a party later where she’s attending with family. The story spirals from there. From a fiery relationship with passion to heartbreak, with life altering decisions .. this book has everything.

My favorite part is that the characters are relatable. You can find yourself in this books and resonate with one of the characters.

I’d recommend to anyone.

First thank you Evelyn for allowing me to ARC read for you. “Indecision” is Book 2 in her “Can’t Help Falling in Love” series, but can be read as a stand alone.

5 STARS all around!!!

I really enjoyed “Indecision” it’s a small town second chance romance that brings spice. I loved how Evelyn wrote each character’s challenges, Noah running from his past and Eva so stuck on her life plan that when the two collide who knows what’s to happen, I was kept on my toes the whole time with all the twists and turns. Through out the book the character’s remain relatable and you get lost in the details that Evelyn brings in her writing.

This story follows our fmc Eva, a city girl who is full of determination with the hopes in working for the LA times and Noah our stubborn yet very charming country boy who is the CEO of saying Darlin.. these two won over my heart from the get go with their meet cute.

We have a small town romance, slow burn, Dual pov filled with tension, Angst and alot of bumps along the way. It will have you swooning, laughing, crying and maybe a little bit of hair pulling whilst these very two stubborn individuals go through their journey.

Defiantly recommend.

A compelling contemporary romance novel

When it comes to reading a novel in a series, I definitely can become hesitant and often immediately put off if it’s one in the romance genre. It’s hard to capture emotions that feel genuine in the romance genre, especially when the story goes as deep as Indecision does.

Author Brittany Fuller was able to completely draw me in with the story of Evelyn and Noah. With lives of their own and plans they have each made for themselves, the two main characters in Indecision have ultimately decided that life is not only about finding love and a relationship. They are both determined to make a life for their selves without having to rely on someone else. With both having haunting pasts with relationships that have burned them, they put everything on the line on the off chance that something amazing could happen.

In the strange but also so fitting way that their paths cross, Evelyn and Noah are completely drawn to each other from the beginning. In what begins as a simple favor to save Evelyn from a creep at a bar in California, Noah finds himself unable to stop thinking about Evelyn and her captivating uniqueness. While Evelyn knows that she is the only person responsible for her own happiness, she can’t seem to shake the thought of Noah either, that is until the two get a chance of the lifetime when their paths cross again.

While they are quickly falling into each other, Evelyn can’t shake the feeling that she just might not be able to give up everything like Noah has, leaving her with a feeling of uncertainly that only challenges their relationship more.

With an ending certain to make readers immediately go looking for the next novel in the series, I’m happy to recommend Indecision to readers who are looking for that all-consuming fairytale love story that you can’t stop thinking about.

I was also exceptionally pleased with the editing that has gone into the novel. As a reviewer, editing errors have a way of making me cringe and think about the mistakes through out the rest of the story. I was so pleased to be able to read the story in its entirety without having to give pause for any grammatical or spelling errors.

As such a contemporary romance novel, I assumed I would get a few “Awh” moments while reading, but Indecision went much further than that, leaving me with a fluttering giddiness, but also a heart-wrenching fear for the who characters who seem to want only the best for each other and theirselves.

I’m already looking forward to the next novel in the series, Devotion, and will be starting it immediately to see where Noah and Evelyn end up in their journey to find happiness.

I also want to point out the amount of in-depth and fulfilling strength that the author put in to the secondary character development. I really liked that the relationships between Evelyn and her best friend, as well as the relationship with her brother and parents was elaborated on.

Indecision is a quick contemporary romantic read that makes us question whether love is worth risking all that we had ever dreamed for ourselves. At least, that is the predicament that our two main characters fall into. The beginning of the book is definitely the strongest part. I really enjoyed getting to know our main characters and reading a little about their past that brought them to where they are now. I thought it was really neat how the author brought Noah back into Evelyn’s life and the connections that were there all along but none of them knew about. I did enjoy having Trevor add in some drama to the story to keep things interesting between Noah and Evelyn. I loved the author’s descriptions for the setting and I definitely enjoyed the season that the story takes place. I enjoyed the flirty interactions between our main characters and the angsty falling in love but not wanting to feelings. I was pleasantly surprised that when our main characters finally do the deed that it was not overly descriptive. Actually, it’s not even described at all which for a romance book I totally expected some erotica type material in there. The sex is just implied and as soon as Noah and Evelyn start to get somewhere it cuts to the next day. Again for me this was not a bad thing as sometimes reading all the dirty details is disturbing.

I will say that the only part of the book I disliked was the middle. I just felt as though not much happened during this time. It was all just about Noah and Evelyn’s whirlwind romance and missing each other and spending all this time together etc. The action started to pick back up near the end as Noah and Evelyn have their first big fight. Even then, I felt as though the fight was childish and could’ve been easily resolved if they just communicated better. The end is where our characters (mostly Evelyn) really question what they want in life and in their relationship. There is a big cliffhanger that implies that a second book is in the works.

Overall Indecision is an okay book I liked it especially the first half. I just wish there was a little more drama or action to drive the plot instead of the “giving up your dreams for love” trope. Again I say this because I do think it could’ve been resolved with some better communication between Noah and Evelyn.

Indecision Bk 1 Written by Brittany Fuller
Fun, steamy and will grab your heart!

Noah knew one thing in life, he would never let a woman rearrange his world ever again. After giving up his future once for what he thought was true love, he headed out towards the West Coast in hopes of putting his past behind him. Now, after one year trying to fit into the fast-paced lifestyle, he’s ready to pack up and head back to the south. That is until he meets her. The one woman he can’t help but be drawn to. As he finds himself ready to surrender everything once again, he’s suddenly forced to realize the girl of his dreams just might not be willing to do the same. Evelyn has had the same dream since she can remember - to land a job at the LA Times. She is determined, driven and not willing to compromise. Although the night a tall handsome stranger comes to her rescue in a dark corner of a downtown bar, her life is suddenly changed and forever rearranged. Suddenly, she finds herself torn between the life she always wanted and the one man she’s afraid to live without. Although, when she’s offered her dream and the chance of a lifetime, does she take it, or does she choose him?

Publishers note: Book 1 in the Indecision duet ends on a cliffhanger. Book 2 – Devotion – IS NOW AVAILABLE!

What did I like? This was a really great read and I was thankful that book 2 had been released so that I could finish the story. I really hate cliffhangers!!! As I am sure most of us do. It’s a fun read that will take your heart along for this really great ride.

What will you like? Well written and has a storyline that will just grab you! The characters are fun, exciting and adorable. Both develop as the pages turn with the action turning steamy and exciting till the finale. This it is on to book two which is just as exciting. This was recommended to me by the author for an honest review with no other compensation. I borrowed this from Kindle Unlimited.

I have to say, Indecision by Brittany Fuller was not what I was expecting. I think it's also important to mention that romance novels are not something I'm really interested in. I am more of a mystery/thriller type reader. With that being said, Fuller's Indecision has taken a love story between two people and flipped it on its head.

This story has made me rethink my interest in romance novels. Indecision isn't just about romance. It has action, suspense/mystery, and some steamy love scenes I can appreciate. Readers are introduced to Evelyn Monroe. A budding journalist on the quest of fulfilling her goal of working for the L.A. Times. Her friend, Gwen, is by her side rooting her on by any means necessary. Evelyn feels unstoppable and is unwilling to let anything prevent her from her lifelong dream, that is until Noah Stewart enters her life and makes her question everything she thought she knew and wanted.

A southern boy with a sweet and mesmerizing charm, Noah has sworn off love due to an unfortunate heartbreak, and like Evelyn, chooses to focus on his work as a construction worker. That all changes when he meets Evelyn one night while in a bar and sparks fly between the two. Soon begins a love affair so deep and real that neither Noah, Evelyn, or their family and friends know what to do.

Noah must now contemplate a vow he chose never to break because he's falling in love with Evelyn. And Evelyn is falling in love with him. Noah is willing to risk it all for the woman he considers to be the love of his life, but is she? Thus, begins the constant battle they have with each other and themselves.

When I first read the title and saw the cover, I automatically thought this book would be a simple girl meets boy, he cheats, she leaves, and now she's left dealing with the aftermath of her decisions. But Indecision was so much more. I appreciated the time the author took in developing each character, the use of imagery throughout the novel, and the constant suspense. This novel reads more like a real-life story rather than a work of fiction. And for those of you who haven't read it, spoiler alert, there's a cliffhanger.

If you're not a fan of them, then this book isn't for you. I personally love a good cliffhanger, so I can't wait to see what happens next with part two! Will Noah and Evelyn's relationship last? Indecision is available on Amazon, and according to the author, part two will be available February of this year.

Holy smokes, be ready for that swoony southern boy charm.

This was a quick read. The first chapter started out strong and had me hooked, but slowed a bit the next few chapters. These chapters were very descriptive on the main characters past, but it was self dialogue and the story wasn't moving along. The middle to end is when the story picks up again.

Evelyn, career driven, not wanting anyone to detour her plans of writing for a paper in Southern Cali has fun with men but doesn't get involved. Noah, a southern boy, still carrying pain from a former relationship doesn't want to trust easily. Sparks fly when they collide and has them falling for each other even though they are weary.

The characters were well developed. Noah, as I started, is the typical swoony book boyfriend you expect. His walls crumble and is willing to jump into LOVE. Evelyn is a spoiled, self indulgent brat. She falls for Noah, but continues to think of only herself. Love is always a compromise, but she is only thinking of herself. You see this during an argument and she acts completely childish instead of having a conversation. She hides from reality and expects Noah to cater to her feelings.

This story does end in a cliff hanger. A 🌟🌟🌟🌟 star read.

Indecision is the perfect title for this one as Evelyn's back and forth about a relationship with Noah plays a huge part in this story. Even as she goes on dates, spends time with, and can't seem to get enough of Noah, she has a lot of doubt about what she might be willing to give up or how committed she is - sometimes a bit too much. The middle of the story is more drawn out than I'd prefer with a lot of talk about this couple spending time together without much else happening in the story. Then we come to the big conflict where things do pick up. That conflict is more a big misunderstanding and could've easily been avoided with a little communication, which was frustrating for me. The characters in this one were a hit and miss. I really liked Noah, who once he makes up his mind, makes the necessary moves to further the relationship. Evelyn, on the other hand, left me cold at times. I would like her well enough one minute, and then she would do something on par with a teenager looking for attention. Just one example is when she uses someone else, someone vulnerable to her attentions, just to get Noah to pay attention to her. There were other times, but rather than give spoilers, I'll just say that she rubbed me the wrong way sometimes with actions that didn't fit with a grown woman trying to build a career for herself. As for her best friend, Gwen, I don't think she could've been any more self-centered, and if Gwen actually did have Evelyn's best interests at heart, I didn't see it. Evelyn's brother and company are fun characters, especially Rex. He's a playboy, but doesn't make excuses for it and just one of those fun-loving guys. The tie in between Noah and Evelyn that they didn't even know about does make for an interesting tidbit. There is a pretty big cliffy for the book, which leaves more than one thing up in the air. Of course, as the story gets closer and closer to the end, it's easy to see that coming, especially with the set up earlier in the book. I don't have anything against cliffhangers, but with so much lag time in the middle, I can't help but wonder if it was necessary here. Finally, I have to note that there are a number of errors in the book, mostly by way of misspelled words - barley instead of barely, siting instead of sitting, that type of thing. They aren't so bad that they take too much away from the story, but they could've and should've been avoided. In the end, there were things I liked and things I didn't about this one, but I probably will check out the next part of the story to see where it goes from here.

Addictive, dramatic and very descriptive is Brittany's writing.
I have to say that a few months ago I said to myself that I wouldn't read this kind of romance anymore, but since I had the opportunity to read 'Indecision' I do really have to change my mind.
Since the first page I couldn't put the book down (I need to read the sequel). I know that the relationship between Noah and Evelyn grows too much fast and maybe I was disappointed about it, but I really have to say that it was worth. Who knows, maybe destiny exist.
I also have to say that the title describes a lot what the novel talks about. Everyday we have to take decisions and off course that's not easy to do, lots are small but others are very big. Since the first time Noah met Evelyn's life he had to change his. But until the last page, Evelyn doesn't know it.

If you haven't already read it, what are you waiting for?

-Why 3.5 stars?
I had to put that value 'cause I fell very different emotions through the novel. I can't say that I didn't like it but I can't even say that it was perfect. For me, the novel wasn't totally original but every story has a cliché.

A Romance that feels all too real

This was my first book by Brittany Fuller and I received a free copy of this book for my honest review. It took me on a real emotional rollercoaster right up to the ending cliffhanger.
The characters Evelyn and Noah are two people not so sure to if they want to put their heart in their lines again but fall for each other very sweetly anyway.
Evelyn struggles with the conflict with her dream of career in the city she loves and being with the man she loves, it's a very familiar struggle especially as Noah makes a lot of effort to be with her in the first place.
This book reminds me of so many friends and acquaintances going through similar problems and a tendency to self sabotage their relationships with insecurities. The characters are flawed in some ways and too perfect in others, but their experiences and emotions touch to right to the core. It will make you fall in love along with them and weep when their heart breaks too. Can't wait for the sequel.

Indecision by Evelyn Montgomery is a contemporary romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Maxine Mitchell and Sean Masters. This is the second book in the Destined Hearts series and can be read as a standalone.

I really enjoyed the instant connection between Noah and Eva. Their relationship was extremely messy, but you couldn't help but root for them. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can’t wait to read the next book in the series Reckless so I can get Rex and Gwen's story.

Sean and Maxine did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to make you feel every emotion the character is feeling in that moment. I don't think you could have picked better narrators for this book!

I would recommend this book if you’re looking for a contemporary romance.

It doesn’t happen too often but the prologue got me hooked and wondering what happened! Love when that happens.

Evelyn and Noah have such amazing chemistry. After one accidental kiss to help save Evelyn from a bar creep, sparks flew. But they never got the chance to see where those sparks could go.
After they both realized that they would never see each other again, fate had another plan for them!
Now comes the test if they would make it last through all their fears, doubts, dreams and past.

**It does end on a cliff hanger but thankfully book 2, Devotion, is out to read right after...which I highly recommend!**

This was a sweet and romantic read and I loved the characters Eva and Noah. Noah's the kind of man most woman dream about. Through the book with the silly way they meet, the start of their relationship and the emotions getting deeper this book reads like a true romance. Eva starts to get a little indecisive which causes some angst and things get a little dicey towards the end but I'm hoping all turns out well. However this book does end on a cliffhanger, which I didn't realize, but am dying to read the next one to see how things pan out with these two lovebirds. I really like the way Evelyn writes and with the down home feelings this book gives I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to read a good and sweet romantic book.

I have received this book as an ARC. This book was so amazing, and fell in love with the characters. In this book we meet Eva, and nothing has ever been more important then getting her dream job at the LA Times. She has worked hard her whole adult life to get to that point. She didn't think anything was more important until she meets and falls fast for Noah. Noah is from the south and started a series relationship with a girl that he thought he loved at the time. He ended up getting burned, so was always closed on in relationships until he meets Eva. I love their relationship. I'm not going to give it away but there is some bumps in the road, this book ends on a cliff hanger and I am so excited to dive into the next book!

I will say that 'Indecision' is an easy read. It isn't overly complicated and it isn't really a plot that we haven't seen before. It's normally what I'd call a 'beach read'. Unfortunately, I just wanted more. The dialogue was a little stiff. The insta-love wasn't completely believable. If you're looking for a contemporary romance that doesn't push any boundaries, this one is for you.

I’ve been enjoying contemporary romance books lately, and Brittany Fuller’s debut novel, Indecision, did not disappoint. I didn’t love Noah’s constant thoughts about sex when reading his point of view, but other than that I really enjoyed the book.

It does end on a cliffhanger, but that is stated in the blurb, so that didn’t bother me. All in all, a great contemporary romance read!

What I thought would be a Chance Encounter Romance, ended up being so much more.
Noah and Eva's story is filled with the heat of desire, lessons in selflessness, and more angst than a Middle School dance.
Noah is a character recovering from the sting of heartbreak, and first love gone wrong.
He's a sweet Southern man,and I counted each and every "Darlin' " that came outta his mouth. 😉
I enjoyed his smirks, and the understated sexiness he brought with his gool ol' boy values and gentlemanly charm. His desire to help others was evident in his choice of career, and the way he loved and spoke to Eva further endeared him to me as a reader.

Eva is a bright and ambitious up and coming journalist, whose world, and plans for the future are rocked when she meets a sweet talkin' boy from Kentucky. She showed more growth than any other character in this book, and I grew to like, and relate to her more as the story continued. The themes of coming of age and directional change were relevant to anyone who has ever had to sacrifice a career,a friendship, and a town they've outgrown in favor of following their heart and destiny when it leads to the one you've found your forever with.
Their trials and challenges they overcame as a couple only made their happily ever after sweeter.
I look forward to seeing these characters again in the future.
