Conquered
LeKrista never thought Roman would kidnap her, but it seems there's no depth to which he won't stoop. She's stuck in a fortress in the middle of only God knows where with no way to contact her family or her new fiance and let them know she's alright.
To add insult to injury, Roman has brought her arch nemesis to keep her company. Forced to make friends with Eddy, the man who has made her life miserable for years, she bides her time until a rescue can be arranged.

This story is amazing. It takes you into the vampire politics and LeKrista has to learn to play all to survive. I love the way Tyffani Clark Kemp can take a great story and keep making it better. The twists in this one and the turns takes you on one great adventure and you find yourself wondering what’s next at each turn. LeKrista wakes to find herself held captive by Roman. Anger flares and the battle for her freedom begins. Roman has decided he needs to protect LeKrista and since she won’t cooperate with him he kidnaps her. Keeping her from Pierce is necessary. Roman can delude himself that it is because no one knows what Pierce is but Le Krista has figured out it is because Roman has his own feelings for her and maybe there is some part of LeKrista that has feelings for Roman. Pierce isn’t just giving up. He knows Roman has her and with LeKrista’s family and friends the hunt for her is on.
Vamps ruled once and they are hoping to use LeKrista’s powers to rule again. Being a powerful Magi LeKrista knows what needs to be done, now getting her magic back is more important than ever and she is learning that to do what needs to be done you might have to play the players. A lot of vampire action and a real twist to the plot and when it’s done you will be wanting more.

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Gave this a 4.5 star rating.
I don't know how to describe the feelings I am having about all of this. I mean thank God it's not the conclusion but LeKrista is not gone. I just don't believe that. I think she is the hunter at the end -- just my opinion because I cannot accept her being gone.
LeKrista is such a strong character. She is snarky, powerful and rich in commentary. She always speaks her mind even when she's in danger and I loved it so much. I couldn't really stand Roman. He lost more respect from me because of how he let things go and get out of control. Even more so because he had foreseen the end for LeKrista and did nothing to save her. I think him kidnapping her is why she ended up dead in the first place. I feel bad that Pierce couldn't save her -- it sucks to lose his girlfriend of almost six years who was now his fiance. Unbelievable. Eddy definitely got more points for me because even though he knew what Roman did and agreed it was wrong he tried to make her feel as much "at home" and they built a friendship.
I'm just in awe of how this ended off and I honestly need the next book! ASAP.

So i know i keep said this about the last book, but each book in the series is proving to be better then the last. This book is centered more around Lekrista and Roman. You see more into Romans feelings for Lakrista and the depths he will go to have her and keep her safe. We also find out about the connection between the two of them. In this series you will have a number of favorite characters and be unable to choose one. This book shows Lakrista coming into her own making new friends and losing old ones. The cliffhanger at the end of this book will have you stumped and waiting anxiously for the next installment. I also ordered the printed version because I heard there is a sneek peak that isnt in the kindle addition. This book solidifies Tyffani Clark Kemp as my go to author.

i am really hoping there will be a 4th book. This one had me on the edge of my seat.FUll of suprizes and intrigue I couldnt put this book down. It was amazing.
Tyffani Clark Kemp is such an amazing author and she always creates such strong elaborate stories and characters. She is one of my favorite Authors. I am constantly excited to read a book of hers.
LeKrista is such a vulnerable character. Like she needs protection. I love her absolutely love this character.
Oh my Roman he is well seductive, gorgous, alluring and oh so yummy. His mysterious personality could drive a girl crazy.

I read this book in a few hours, yeah it was that good. I just finished Book 2 and had to read the third, now I can't wait until the next one. I need to know what Pierce is. Anyway, Tyffani did the dang thing again. I love her this series!
