Esse livreto trata da relação entre teologia e filosofia da religião no pensamento de Hegel. Plant mostra como os temores de fragmentação fizeram com que, inicialmente, Hegel buscasse na religião o território comum para a vida comunal e como, posteriormente, entendeu que a filosofia superava a religião nessa tarefa.

Basicamente, Hegel era um panenteísta em que Deus, a criação e o homem se confundem em uma racionalidade total, isto é, Deus é imanente no mundo e, apesar de não ser a soma de suas partes, tudo está em Deus.

O livreto é bom e direto, mas a filosofia da religião de Hegel é horrível!
