In A Thug Made For Me 2: A BBW Love Story, Indigo is finally finding the happiness she craved with Quest, a man who seems to be everything she never knew she needed. However, in typical fashion, just as life starts to smooth out, it throws a curveball. News about her health leaves Indigo teetering between joy and fear, with only Quest to lean on. But as the couple grows closer, Indigo’s past resurfaces, threatening to rip them apart.
Quest, meanwhile, finds himself juggling the burdens of his world as he navigates loyalty, love, and the gritty realities of life on the streets. With a trusted ally, Kha, by his side, Quest is forced to make tough decisions, seeking retribution for the losses he’s suffered.
The stakes are high, and as one issue resolves, another emerges, pulling Quest deeper into more conflict. Together, Indigo and Quest must fight not only for their relationship but for their futures, battling both external threats and inner demons.
Will they find a way back to each other, or will their love story be yet another casualty of the harsh world they’re entangled in? This urban fiction thriller blends romance and mystery with heart-pounding suspense, keeping you on the edge of your seat ‘til the very last page.

Loving this series! I was so over Malachi & his shenanigans since book 1! He’s doing the absolute most to stop Indigo from being happy with Quest!
Indigo & Quest are just too cute! He was doing the most at first refusing to see her & sending her Off but I knew one he found out about the pregnancy that would change! I love seeing their relationship develop even in the midst of so much chaos going on around them!
Anderson is going to be a problem! He’s not going to let Indigo be happy & move on in peace! Especially after how this played out with his job. He’s so sneaky & calculated it’s no telling what’s going to happen next!
I love how this story picks right back up after part 1. Indigo and Quest just can't catch a break. They are going through a minor setback in their relationship, but with solid people in their corner, things start looking good. Im so glad the revelation about Naim's connection to Naomi came out. I was tired of him. That cliffhanger has me on edge, so many thoughts of who the mystery person is. Im sure it's not going to be a peaceful situation. Indigo and Quest need their happily ever after.
The story line itself was goodttt loved the idea of them legit falling in love. I loved Quest and Indy they are a match made forsure, the writing has potential to be wonderful. The story line needs more substance it should’ve been way longer and it’s no way we got to book two and have no idea why Naim did what he did or if he even did it at all.
Making Aliyah and indigo meet was also odd in a way since they aren’t in the same circles and Philly is huge. We don’t know nothing really about Malachi or how he became who is, the plot of the book could be soo so much better if it was longer and had much more content.
Lastly the slang babyyy yea we say dick head a lot but some of the context it was used in we would never do that. Like him getting on Facebook, don’t be a dickhead, is wild response to that, nobody I know from Philly would put it that way. Also,”the bid” you think niggas running into the trap talking bout you the bid is super asss. I’m also super bias born and raised in Philly the plot the book was def ard but it could’ve been better and I know as she grows it will get greater later
I will say book 1 was better than this, all the POV could’ve been left out. When I say I skipped more than half the book and can tell you everything that happened… yea. Again there was no connection to me, the whole friendship with Kha just seems so strange to me. It’s like he got out of jail and BOOM they were the best of friends. No build up or nothing, I understand the daddy was cool with him in jail, but what SN you know just trust sb off the strength of sb else? They usually have to truly see for themselves. I also don’t understand how this man is still ok probation when he maxed out his time? Is that some kind of law where they’re from? He shouldn’t be on any papers atp. Nobody has any chemistry in this book, she steady holding secrets. U would think she learned from the first time, tell that man yo husband claiming the baby. Then why hasn’t Malachi had any chapters, we don’t know nothing about this man and it’s part 2. Let me say I didn’t finish this, after all that skipping I decided to give up. I really don’t care what happens, as I said before the street beef just seems so generic. That could have been left out for real.

Ok, ok now that's what I'm talking about. With the drama unfolding there is still happiness forming. Malachi still up to no good but karma was slowing creeping back for him, everyone that had done wrong were surely about to get theirs. It was a blessing that Indigo would finally be able to experience motherhood and so happy Quest got over that small bump in the road about her ex things were finally looking up. Now Jay and Naomi finally getting to know each other and here comes a.Loyalty test I hope he realizes that they were made for each other. Now the cliffhanger I somewhat think I've figured it out but don't want to say but if it's what I'm thinking its about to get extra juicier come on part 3
The way this story is has me loving everything about it!! I truly love Quest and Indigo relationship! They are meant for each other! The fact that she could NEVER get pregnant before to now be pregnant with multiples is crazy but a blessing as well!
Now for the soon to be ex husband to think that’s his baby is crazy! The fact he doesn’t want to let her crazy has me speechless! He deserves any and everything hehe gets!
Kha and Noemi odd another story! Just hope he feels he can trust her after finding out who her ex was!
Malachi is playing dirty games because he knows that he's lost Indigo. Quest done hit her with that big boy passion so ain't no going back 😂 Naomi is showing how much she cares about Indigo as a sister and friend. Naim is so trash he needs to fall from this high horse that he's on. Khaleef showed out in this book. All that silent boss energy became loud when Naomi entered his sights. Khaleef should have chosen a better mother for his child because Tati ain't it. Quest and Indigo belong together so Malachi should go be with his baby mama and leave them to their happiness.
Quest not having none of it, Indie just wants a life where she’s loved and happy. Glad she got her BFF Naomi in her corner. Quest has been through so much. And just when he’s processing everything, something else happens. Can the man just live? I’m feeling Kah and Naomi but we need more on his story with Daji and her mom. And who knew they were headed to the graveyard? Or were they followed or betrayed? Hmmm🤔
Now who dat is that showed up at the graveyard that Quest needed to raise his hand to!!!… I’m so glad that Malachi was dealt with, Ana it suck’s that he’s bothering Indigo about paternity knowing her babies is not his, but wanna deny the baby she left him for!!!… I can’t wait to see what happens with Kha and Naomi!!!!… That ending left my heart pounding and has me anxious right now!!!…
WTF?!!!!! Mannnn ain’t no mf way you did this to us! So first off, I love how you brought in Kha & Nomi. Those 2 were a needed perspective. Saleem is a firecracker lol! Watching Indigo & Quest get it right was warming but I thought I’d never see it. I’m wondering what’s going on with Anderson??? Why did you do this to us?
Oh lord this second book in the series was another banger. I just love Quest and Indi and now I love Naomi and Kha because she showed her loyalty. I’m so annoyed by this cliffhanger but I’m so ready for the next book. I have a feeling I know who the unexpected guests at the cemetery were.
I wonder who that was that walked up on Quest and Indigo in the cemetery. I hope Naomi and kha work things out because they belong together. Malachi is crazy I can't stand him and AK they make me sick.Quest and indigo has been through alot.i can't to read the next book
Don't do me like this Your cliffhangers leaves book readers wanting for more I just finished the 1st book I just finished the second book in 1 day I love it This Series is better than the soap operas This is better than love and hip hop I'm gonna tell you I really can't wait to find out what happened next
I love me some Quest and Indigo! Part two of “A Thug Made For Me“ was excellent! Separated by a false parole violation and Indigo’s exposed secrets, Quest is thrown back in jail, and Indigo is at the mercy of Quest’s enemies and her crazy soon to be ex-husband! Kha is trying hard to be there for our girl, ain’t no love like that thug love!
This author has GREAT PENMANSHIP. I love reading her storylines. She never fails her readers. She gives us exceptional characters and stories. If you like drama and excitement and entertainment and drama and passion read her books. I can’t wait to read book three.
I'm so curious to know who's walking up, I wanna say it's Aaliyah, but you never know. Quest and Indigo complete each other, and I love that for them. I like Nai and Naomi together they match each other's energy. I'm about to get into part 3. Can't wait to see how this ends.
I'm at a point in my reading career where I don't like series at all. I was pissed when I finished book 1 and realized it was only the beginning. 🙄 But baabayy, so far, so good. There are no page fillers of constantly being in a character's head. The pacing is on point. Introduced characters have good storylines. Awesome read. Looking forward to starting book 3.
I lost sleep bcuz I couldn’t put this book down. Definitely ready for Book 3. This book screams MOVIE. Somebody need to call and this needs to be on film
This was a good part 2 be warned it does leave you with a cliffhanger which got me hot!!! The more I think about what Quest saw the more I think I know who pulled up on him and Indigo I just need part 3 to confirm! Please come with the 3rd book fast!!
I thought this was a 2 part series. Who could be coming to visit Karson’s gravesite. Is it Quest’s baby mama or someone else. Naim got his karma. I hope Kha makes things right with Naomi. She didn’t know they had beef with Naim. Waiting for part 3.
So many twists and turns for Indigo and Quest. Malachi gots to go! He's a whole fool! Naomi and Kha are cute together. This series is an emotional roller coaster, but I'm loving it. Can't wait to start this finale!!! Great read P. Wise!!!
Page turner !!!! I wonder who walked up on them at the grave site. I love that Naomi and Kha hooked up I don’t want to give to much away but I really suggest y’all read this series It’s unmatched
Miss P!! No thug is saying “dickhead” it was cringey lol. Not in no urban streets they aren’t! At first I thought it was replacing nigga, But that’s all over the book. Idk. It was just a weird thing to have them say.
Now how did I figure how the lady she was talking to was the baby’s mother. Then still got Malachi still lurking around silently plotting. Patiently waiting to see what’s next
