Well written book about how to identify and a person who is a narcissist. Is able to help show you different ways that a narcissist can use to abuse the person that they claim to love and then control them. Very helpful, uses true examples and then showing the reader ways to help and save themselves and to fight the control. A narcissists is an abusive person who uses lies, tears, threats and anything else to get what they want and control they need. This book has lots of great info to help anyone who has anything to do with these people. Would recommend to all.

This book is great at helping identify signs of a narcissistic relationship. You can tell the author is very passionate about helping those figure out where they are and allowing them to get the confirmation they need and resources they‘ll need if they do find themselves in an abusive relationship with a narcissist. There is a section with different assessments to help you identify different aspects of your relationship. Very insightful! Definitely a good read just to be aware, but also if you suspect that you or someone you know is in a relationship like this, and how best to go about getting help.

Essential reading for anyone going through difficulties in their relationship. A personal journey and compassionate but dedicated to helping those going through painful experiences, the writer identifies the traits that are exhibited in narcissists and helps the reader unpick the emotional manipulation going on....
