well i enjoyed this poetry more than any i've read in a long time. this is a booklet really, very small, i read it in an hour and it makes a good bedtime story. there are a few collages but i don't think they really added much to the experience for me. the strength here is the poetry itself. his rhythm is so lyrical that i found myself almost snapping my fingers and moving my head side to side. i found his subject matter refreshing. not a bunch of flowery swooning love, more edgy or hard or gothic...i love a poem that manages to make worms or a smelly alley seem exotic rather than gross..maybe that is why i keeping thinking 'gothic' here. i will keep this and read it again, which i don't always do with poetry.

Powerful, dark, surreal visions with collages by the author. Wonderful poetic language.
