This is such a cute novella. I loved kyvian and the fact that he was featured in a previous book. I was so interested in him them. I enjoyed seeing dani again from the first season for even just a moment keeping with the Canon of the whole series. Kota has this sweet love that she writes that just makes you feel so happy. Enzo and Kyvian are adorable and made me so happy! I can't wait for more monster match!

Mine to Devour by Kota Quinn is part of the second season of the Monster Match series by multiple authors. This is the story of Enzo and Kyvian. I loved their story. It was sweet, full of feels and very well written

Super freaking cute
This book put a smile on my face. Both guys are so sweet and absolutely perfect for each other. I loved the book seller incubus. I also loved how Enzo always wanted to protect those who needed it no matter who or what they are.

I love Monster Match Season Two!! I’m not sure if there will be season three, so I’m going to enjoy every single one that comes out.
Kyvian is an incubus and a former model for Monster Match. He’s been in the human world since he lost his family. Modeling wasn’t really his thing, so with Dani’s encouragement he tried others jobs and kept learning about his new home. Now he owns a bookstore in Gilmer Rock.
Enzo is a former military and police officer who works with Monster Match as a government liaison. When Kyvian has an important item go missing, Dani meets with Enzo to transfer him to a new job at Monster Shield. While he will continue to protect both humans and monsters alike, Enzo’s first client is Kyvian and his missing Jewlta.
This book is going to become a comfort read for me. It is a slow ride with a little steam. I really like the getting-to-know-each-other portion of the book. I love that Enzo figured it out first. I love that both Kyvian and Enzo wanted the other to stick around to continue to grow their friendship. I love that we meet three other monsters from future Monster Match books. I love that for some of the series we’re going to be in Gilmer Rock. I always enjoy a shared world because each author adds to it in different ways. So another win in my Monster Match Season Two column.

I just finished my second read in season two of the Monster Match series, and it was precious.
Again we have two cinnamon rolls! Our human Enzo who recently got out of a bad relationship with a cheating disgusting human and Kyvian an Incubus that runs a local bookshop. A break in at his shop leads him to work closely with Enzo and their chemistry is palatable.
I love the use of the Monster Match app in this one, it was a lot of fun and very sweet. We had a Dani cameo which was awesome and I loved Edward the “little cat,” IYKYK.
Can’t wait to move to the next book in this series!

Kyvian and Enzo are both really sweet, and meeting each other in multiple different settings without immediately knowing they were the same beings was a nice touch. I would have liked a longer story with more depth, but this was a charming short read nevertheless. The aim of the author was a short low angst read, and that was very successful.

Love this read. Ky and Enzo’s story such a good one. Love that it starts off with them seeing each other in the club and then it finishes with them becoming mates. Could not put it down Kota always knows how to keep readers hooked will always keep recommending.

I love to lose myself in a book. When said book has pets, a bookstore, romance, a HEA, even better. 'Mine to Devour' has devoured my heart. It is absolutely gorgeous and yes, I think I can use that word to describe a book. It may be fantasy but wow, do I wish the monster world existed. Kota Quinn has built one that is incredibly enticing and beautiful. It is realistic, a place that is not without its own problems yet also one that I could see myself living in. Just as Enzo can.
Enzo has had his trust not just ruined but obliterated by the man who was his work and romantic partner. And it is not just the cheating that has been the problem, it is also the abuse of his position and the trust that comes with it. Now Enzo wants to forget that man and move on. A night in a kink club with his best friend sounds perfect until he discovers she has a secret date she has not yet told him about, his boss calls to tell him there is an important meeting he must attend despite it being his day off and then... As if all that is not enough he encounters an incubus who throws him completely off guard.
Kyvian is worried. First he is woken by the bookshop alarms and sees no intruder other than a scared and hungry monster kitten. Then he discovers his Jewlta, his source of nourishment, has been taken, yet there is no sign of a break in. He needs to feed and the club is the only answer. If he had a fated mate there would be no problem, ever, but he is resigned to the fact that is incredibly unlikely. He does however decide he needs a friend. That is where the Monster Match dating app plays its part, and it plays it well. Kyvian shares his picture in black & white, he would afterall be too obvious otherwise, but it is the conversations and connection that ultimately make all the difference.
This romance is cute and cosy. It is funny and charming. Very sexy too. Kota Quinn has created a world, well two worlds as he does have a human one with monsters, that are entirely believable, creative, honest and enthralling. He has characters who we immediately want the best for, become the cheer squad for and although there is reference to some from his other books there is no need to have familiarity with them, they are characters in their own right in this story. I sat down to read and only came back up for air when finished, this is a novella but be warned, once started you won't be able to stop!

I have really enjoyed the world of Monster Match and all of the amazing characters that inhabit it. These stories are cute, well written, interesting, funny, and have great love stories with couples that I really wind up caring for and this installment was no different. I honestly really hope that this world never ends, they are the perfect pick me up when you want a safe read that you know will not disappoint you.
Kyvian is a very attractive incubus and former model for Monster Match who is now retired from that life and owns a bookstore in Gilmer Rock. He has inhabited the human realm ever since he lost his family long ago. Kyvian’s bookstore is broken into and a very important item, his Jewlta, is stolen. His friend Dani from Monster Match reaches out to his human friend Enzo, a police officer who works with Monster Match as a government liaison and asks him to help.
Enzo has recently escaped a bad relationship with a cheating disgusting human from work and is emotionally damaged from his experiences and is looking for a fresh start. Enzo agrees to help and takes the job at Monster Shield and will continue to help protect monsters and humans alike while also looking for Kyvian’s missing Jewlta.
There is a great focus on the friendship that develops between Enzo and Kyvian as they try to determine who stole his Jewlta which is the precious vase that he uses to store the essence that he feeds from. He would not need one if he had a fated mate, but he does not believe that he will ever find one, so he has to go to a kink club in order to feed. It was adorable that the two were talking on the Monster Match app without knowing that they had already met in real life and were cultivating a close friendship in both versions.
This book is a slower build with less steam than others in the series, but it is no less enjoyable. Their chemistry was a slow burn, but it was palpable, and I could not wait for more, you really wanted the best for both of them and just wanted to see them get their HEA. This was a very cute story. I love the addition of Edward, and Enzo’s reaction to seeing him for the first time because up until that point, I also thought he was tiny like a kitten, lol.
I wasn’t sure what to expect sexy wise going into this because I knew what an incubus was and with the length of the story, I was a little worried the plot was going to get lost. Thankfully, that was not the case. Kota actually did a pretty good job at getting the sexy part of what being involved with an incubus would entail in as well as having a plot.
This is going to sound maybe a little contradictory toward my last paragraph, but they didn’t really actually get together together until about 83% through the book (around Ch13). I had started to get worried before getting to this point that they’re relationship was going to end up feeling rushed, but while it didn’t necessarily feel rushed at all, it did go from them getting together to the epilogue which was set 6 months later. Because of this, we do miss out on some scenes that I would have loved to experience rather than just reading that they did. This is maybe a spoiler to some so feel free to skip over my caution signs to the end of my review.
⚠️ One example of a scene that we don’t get, just read that they did, was they got married and had a wedding. We do get their official mating scene which they didn’t officially do until after they got married but I would have loved to have seen what they chose to do for a wedding. I think it would have been really interesting. ⚠️
Overall, it’s a cute story and I think Kyvian and Enzo are great together. And I’m glad the author included how to pronounce Kyvian’s name because I would have been saying it wrong otherwise, lol.

This book is part of the multi-author Monster Match Season 2 series. Each book is a standalone read. This is the story of Kyvian and Enzo. Kyvian is an incubus and a bookstore owner in Gilmer Rock. When his Jewlta goes missing, he contacts his friend Dani. The same Dani that created Monster Match. When Kyvian first came to earth, he worked as a model for Monster Match. Their friendship grew from there. Enzo works as a government liaison for Monster Match. He uses his previous military and police experience to ensure that both humans and monsters are kept safe. But being on the road all the time becomes wearing and he wants to stay in one place and grow roots. It is he who Dani contacts to help his friend Kyvian. He hires him to work for Monster Shield. Finally Enzo gets to stay in Glimer Rock. The two meet when Enzo shows up to investigate the missing Jewlta. This is their story. There is chemistry for days when the two of them first meet. And it just keeps growing stronger with time. But neither man is looking for a hook up. Both want a real relationship. This is a cute novella. I had a smile the entire time I read it. I really enjoyed it. The book is well written and easy to read. Another excellent book in the series and by this author.

I absolutely loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. I loved both Kyvian and Enzo. As an incubus, Ky fascinated me. But for all the lust he could inspire, he was lonely. I loved that he sang to calm the little creature that broke into his home, and my heart melted when they purred together. I want a pretty Edward of my own!
I really liked Enzo. His ex was a jerk, but I loved his best friend, Shantel. And I would kill to read her story with Ko-Op because he is delicious! The club was amazing and the connection between Enzo and Kyvian was immediate and scorching. Ky quickly suspected the human in the mask could be his true mate. But Enzo was recently hurt by a cheating ex, and didn't for a moment believe the beautiful incubus had any real interest in him.
I loved they way these two connected while Enzo stayed to investigate Ky's stolen Jewlta. The subtle flirting was cute, and I liked that they became friends online before they realized who each other was. I loved the supporting characters and will definitely be reading their stories.
A sweet, fluffy romance. I wish it were longer and we got to see the two weeks they spent together. (I would also love to see them back at the club!) 5 stars

Enzo was dating his old work partner and thought he was in love. When Enzo finds out that he isn't the man he thought he was, he's heartbroken. Now in a new job, floating from town to town he's ready to settle down and find a friend and maybe try love again. His HS BFF drags him to a specialty club and he finds what he's looking for.
Kyvian is awoken to his home/business alarm going off and glass breaking. When he goes to check he finds a cute intruder and a precious vase missing. While soothing his intruder, he ends up depleted and needs a pick-me-up. He ends up at the local club putting on a show and meets someone unique.
These two cross paths several times in different situations and mesh perfectly each time, so it's no wonder that the chemistry is off the charts. Enzo and Kyvian both have some tough things in their past and they just want to find love.
This is a short, fast paced fantasy, romance. I liked the mentions of characters from other Monster Match books. I liked that this is a low drama, sweet romance. It was like a gentle pallet cleanser. I definitely wanted more of these two. I wanted Enzo's old partner to get a harsher punishment for his actions (I'm vindictive like that 🤣). 😍

I enjoyed this book as much as I enjoyed the book from Kota in season 1. These books are not long at all and will satisfy your PNR needs. Don’t just 🚶🏻♀️ but 🏃🏻♀️ to grab this gem.

Sexy every page. Enzo, is a professional dedicated agent who makes it a point to protect the monsters as well as the humans. He thinks he is in a good place with his parther and sometimes lover. Then he finds out the awful truth and is devestated. He is finally ready to look for his forever person. Kyvian, is an incubus who just wants to be loved for himself. Enzo and Kyvian have an attraction and share a moment. Then Enzo is given an opportunity to work with Kyrian with the opportunity ot get up close and personal. The author does an amazing job describing the attraction and raising the temperature of the story on each page. There is a mystery that almost seems unsolvable and many questions as to why of everything. Good story. Nicely done. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Very sweet story
This was a quick read that made me smile. Enzo and Kyvian were lovely characters and their romance was gentle, building up slowly after an unexpected beginning that left both of them reeling and off balance. This had far less heat than I expected from an incubus story but it completely fit Enzo and Ky and I loved what we did see.
There were cameos from other characters in these two series and although this was my Monster Match book, I didn't feel as though I was missing out and all the characters in this story were fascinating.
The only thing missing was a major life event that we were only told about and I felt a bit cheated. Their story could have easily been longer and that would have made me happy.

I thought Enzo’s job was really cool. After he moved to Gilmer Rock and solved his first case, I would have liked to see more of his day-to-day with his job.
Kyvian also has a cool job, owning his own bookstore and writing textbooks on different monster species!
Even though Kyvian was stated to be dominant, I would have liked to see more of that in their dynamic.
When Enzo met Kyvian after the night at the club, his awkwardness was absolutely adorable.
Gilmer Rock is one of the tester towns that hasn’t been mentioned much, so I think there might be some of the other new Monster Match books set in this location, and that’s exciting!
This is a quick, sweet, slightly steamy read, with small-town cozy vibes.
Kyvian also has a cool job, owning his own bookstore and writing textbooks on different monster species!

This was a sugar sweet M/M novella. I enjoyed every minute, and I think it will be one that I will re-read in the future too.
Both Kyvian and Enzo were such warm and likeable characters, and the world was interesting too. I loved all the different types of monsters we got to meet along the way, and how they were all supportive for the couple while they figured things out.
The amount of spice was perfect, and the ending made me so very happy. I needed this nice little treat in my life.

Why can't I find an incubus that is a bookworm to be my true mate. Lorenzo aka Enzo is recently out of a bad relationship where his ex cheated on him and was also abusive to vulnerable monsters. Kyvian aka Ky is an incubus that owns a bookstore and had a very important vase come up missing. A close friend of his sensing investigator to try and help. That investigator turns out to be enzo. He had previously seen Enzo at a adult Club but didn't realize it because Enzo was wearing a mask. There's instant attraction but he thinks he's just there for the job. I really really enjoyed this book.

I loved how an incubus was looking for love. It’s rare to find books where sex is more of a yes, great but love is better, and I think this did it. And we all need an Edward in our lives, this kind of Edward, not the other one. I enjoyed seeing characters from previous books still going strong and being happy, it’s lovely, and I look forward to more HEA from this Universe. It’s readable even if you haven’t read any of the other books, but why would you miss on such lovely stories?.

🍵 I think I had a smile on my face the entire time I was reading. Enzo and Kyvian are adorable, and the chemistry between them was perfect. I love a good "texting each other without knowing who they're talking to" story, and Kota delivered it so well. I hope we get to see more of these two in the future!

This was such a fun story to read. These were two sweet guys who really want something good and they found it in one another. Lorenzo works for Monster Mates App and Kyvian owns a bookstore. I liked how they got to know one another, how well they worked together not just romantically but in other ways! I am still smiling after reading this one.

This might be my favorite of the Monster Match series yet! I am so in love with Kyvian and Enzo’s relationship—they are so stinking cute! The fact that they developed a solid friendship before moving towards romance gave me all the feels, and I loved the concept of True Mates vs Fated Mates, and that while Kyvian knew Enzo had potential to be a True Mate, he didn’t pressure him to reciprocate any feelings. They are truly perfect for each other.

I've been interested in Kyvian since he was mentioned in a previous books - and because demons are my jam. His story is sweet and hot, even if I wished it was longer.

Well, this novella was all sorts of cozy and cute! Kyvian was an incubus who wanted love, but still, incubus, so the intimate times are all kinds of hot too. Enzo was our human who just wanted to find a place and a person to call home. It was adorable to watch Kyvian romance his human. Very sweet and easy read with little epilogue too!

This second season of the multi-author Monster Match series and is a definite must read! This is such a great addition. A well written slow build romance that had such a perfectly paced relationship development, allowing us to really get to know and bond with Kyvian and Enzo. Highly recommend.

Kyvian and Enzo are perfect together. I loved their chemistry and flow. It was off the "kanoodling" charts! And Edward is so freaking cuteeeeee! I need a little pet cat monster like him. I'm so happy I read this story. I also liked the cameos to Ashlynn, Jacey Davis, and Th Comptons Monsters.
