An all-star line-up of weirdos are here to break down the walls of your mind and rebuild you as a transcendent castle. The Xavier: Renegade Angel vibes are strong. I was most excited for the Gary Shipley room but the whole tour was fun.
I enjoyed reading this, but now that I'm done, I'm happy I don't have to pick it up anymore. It's the most intensely shaped and heavy book I've ever handled -- it's like a phone book fucked a cinder block. If I put it down too hard, my kid jumps as if a gun went off. If anyone breaks into my apartment, I can use it as a weapon and crack some skulls. If I have to dispose of a body after, I can tie the book to the corpse and it will weigh them to the bottom of the lake.
I may be a bit biased because my son, Conor, contributed to this masterpiece. This is not a genre that I typically read; however, I am impressed with the concept and superior writing!
