Decorated Alphan warriors Mateen and Bynton are on a clandestine mission to one of Earth’s refugee camps, in search of the one woman who might complete their bond. Tempering their instincts to capture and hold, both men realize they must court their chosen woman to win her trust.

Avanelle Rein is merely trying to survive in the chaos of a dying society. The last thing she expects is rescue at the hands of golden-skinned alien men. Despite her attraction to them, she fears their warrior ferocity.

Facing danger from Xyran raiders draws the three together as they explore their new relationship and one another. An unexpected challenge during an ancient claiming right forces Avanelle, Bynton, and Mateen to decide if their bond is strong enough to survive.

Alphan warriors Mateen and Bynton and Avanelle Rein

This is a light series that I tried this summer. It has one of my favourite themes, i.e. desperate alien males look for the most suitable human female because otherwise their planet will face depopulation.
This sci-fi romance adventure also works as a dystopian story since Earth is decimated and full of refugee camps. Bonded warriors Mateen and Byton look for their destined mate in the filthy camps and then they need to convince her that they are the good guys.

Apparently I am in a menage alien binge at the moment and don't seem to find the right story to fully "satisfy” me 🙄🙄.
This was a sweet short novella about 2 aliens finding their human female mate.
No major plot, no major coupling , no major world building, was just meh, like a scratch to my curiosity. Still enjoyed it tho but I wanted the smut to be more smutty...😬😎

I wanted more from this story, more world building, more character development.

Avanelle is a human struggling to live on a decimated Earth. No mention if she has any family of friends. All of a sudden, she is taken by 2 hulking aliens and brought to their ship.

Mateen and Bynten are Alphan bonded warriors who have earned the privilege of taking a mate. They feel a "pull" towards Ava but not much clarification on this power.

The relationship begins very quickly and the sex (MFM) feels a little mechanical.

This was a well written book that did hold my interest until the end, but not enough for me to want to continue the series. It is very short, very hot, and a rather sweet aliens find their human mate and claim her story. There just isn't enough room to develop the characters, or the world they live in, to be truly satisfying.

I got this book free from All Romance and, if the other books in the series were longer, I might have considered reading more about what looks to be a fascinating world. Unfortunately, they all appear to be less than 100 pages and that isn't enough room to tell a story I want to read. Despite that, there was plenty of heat and the writing was very solid which I did appreciate very much.

****Received from the Author, xchange for a honest review

Warriors at there finest.. for a job well done Mateen and Bynton get to travel to earth and find their potential mate. Bynton has a bit of ESP working for him, he is able to feel their mate.. or sense their mate. These two warriors as gruff as they are, quick to kill but just as quick to learn to care for their mate.
When they catch Avanelle she has to remind them of a motley little thing, all dirty and has earth grime all over her. Avanelle is just what she looks like.. a product of her environment, earth more like a post apocalyptic time, where just the basics in life are non-existent.
The Alphan Warriors has a proposition for their cute sassy little almost mate.
Well I had started out with a mind set not to like this, mainly because of the price and the length of the book. Since then I’ve changed my mine..(not about the length or the price), but about liking the story. I adored Avanelle, and the story that Ms Lore wove... the warriors fit Avanelle to a T. It was a fun to read, I giggled and even said aw.. a few times. The sex scenes were good, fan your face worthy, since this is the first book, I may have to look into the second.. I liked the mix of caring, insecurity.. passion and even a dash of danger. Very nice job Ms Lore, and thank you for the chance to read your work.

I found this book by a complete fluke one day, and I wasn’t really sure if I would enjoy it. Sci-fi type books are usually touch and go for me. But honestly? Once I got into this story, I couldn’t put it down! I loved the characters that were in this book – each of them had their strengths and their weaknesses, but they all played together very well.

There was a fair amount of sexy-times in this book, but thankfully they didn’t overload the book completely. I was drawn into the action and suspense that was happening. It got to the point where I couldn’t turn the pages quick enough because I just had to know what was going to happen next.

I couldn’t recommend this series enough, but I will say this. I enjoyed this book so much that I went and bought the rest of the series because I knew that if they were even half as good as this one, I would love them as well!

I like the "Tale Dark & Extraterrestrial seeks human woman" trope. I particularly liked this ménage of 2 virgin heroes 1 unsure lady. Going in, I mistakenly thought this was mmf, but it's not; it's mfm. That saddened me a little, but I think other books in the series go bi. Yay! I'm looking forward to reading more of these.

Basically, warriors of this other planet grow in rank and experience, working towards the ultimate reward of a trip to Earth to, hopefully, find their mate. It's your typical "heroes are eager; heroine is reluctant but sex-makes-everything-better" concept we're all familiar with. I give this the Tynna seal of approval.

I love Sci-Fi Rom/Erotic Rom and decided to give this new to me a try. It definitely delivered on the hot passion and the connection between the three characters in the relationship. Relationship is M/F/M and really doesn't go too hot and heavy. However, I was left feeling it was a story out of context since I was given the bare minimum background. Humans are in refuge camps b/c something bad happened. Alien humanoid race mate in triads, but don't have many females so find their mates on hear. That's it on the explanation. Still...I would read more of the series written by multiple authors.

Cute I just hate that a ton of books end with the woman happily impregnated or with kids. -_-

I do like the world so I'm going to read the next one

This was a freebie I've had 'sitting' around and just hadn't gotten to yet. I liked the plot and the basics of the book. This was a shorter read and could be a one-sitter. The characters and their personalities were good. I loved the world and the imagination and creativity in it. There was some good action and this was written well. However, I don't really get the tri-team and that was basically the main point that lowers the bar for me. I liked the book, but didn't really get into it cuz of that, but that's just a personal preference. Overall, pretty good and a really good deal for a freebie. Good Luck

Please note the below review is vague to avoid spoilers but the bottom line is: it was a cute short story.

This was a cute short story. It was only about 77 pages but was written well with only a few jumps in the story to speed it along. These were not big but as an example, one minute she is running away from the hero's and the next she is running towards them. I think in a few of these parts more of an explanation would have been helpful. I would have liked to learn more about the bond and what it is and means. The story was short and the bond was explained in vague terms so maybe it is explained in greater detail in the rest of the series.

The author keeps readers on the edge with some twists and turns and the captivating characters and fascinating world tantalize readers and have them wanting to know more about Planet Alpha and its inhabitants and although I think it would have been better if it had been longer, the story is enjoyable and entertaining.

What can I say? I loved this story. Fell in love with the duo of alien warriors too right away. Lovely characterization, great action scenes, despicable enemy and red hot sex. As soon as I finished the story off I went to find anything else J J Lore had written. If you love erotic romance and Sci-Fi this is a great story, prepare to be thoroughly entertained.

Read this in one sitting as it is very short. Not sure I really liked it, not a new theme & everything happened so fast as it's more of a short story. Nothing was ever really developed, you didn't get a good sense of the history of everyone really. Grab girl, bond w/girl fight off others that want girl, HEA. Will try the next book in the series.

I came across this when I was looking at my recommendations based off of 3013 series by Laurie Roma on amazon so I decided to give this a shot. I just did not like this. I needed way more information. We are told almost nothing about why earth is the way it is. We are also never given a lot of information on the guys cultural and species. It had steam but little else just did not like it.

Enjoyable sci-fi

This book was an interesting story. It was short and entertaining. I would have liked to know a little more about the time period and circumstances of Earth. I felt a little lost but the storyline was good.

For me this was yet another great erotic, adventure story from the Planet Alpha series even though it is the first in the series. It's really fun to see how each author has their own twist on the ménage relationships predominant in these stories.

This was free on aRe as part of their Twelve Days of Christmas special.

This was okay. Nothing super special. Nothing unexpected happened. The aliens weren't super different. The sex wasn't super exciting. I would call it bland.

Just an okay read. Alien storyline that was quick, interesting, hot and contained MFM scenes. For me it just seemed like the book ended too quick and the background information seemed to be lacking leaving me with questions. Overall contained likeable characters and steamy scenes.

Sadly this done nothing for me. Where was the back story on how the actual plot line came to be? I found this very off putting and left me with more questions than answers to what was trying to be achieved here.

Decent Sci-fi. I like this introductory book for the Planet Alpha sereis. Avanelle, Mateen and Bynton are all interesting characters. I would have liked a little more background on each of them. The story flows smoothly and has a nice conclusion.
