WOW, but how I loved this short story series. There was a twist, that had made me doubt myself a little but I had been right in the end. The series never seems to be way too rushed. I mean it is a short story series but I never felt like in two sentences something had happened that can sometimes happen in these type books. There is a little bit of everything I love, suspense, hot scenes, alpha males, plus a great story that leaves you hanging on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend it. :)

I promised I'd write this review at the start of the Summer, and here it is after Election Day and I still haven't finished it! In the interim I managed to read two of Shelly Bell's other books, Sway With Me by Shelly Bell SWAY WITH ME and Stirring Up Trouble by Shelly Bell STIRRING UP TROUBLE - a pair of whimsical "magical realism" stories about two daughters of a flighty, free-spirited mother who believes the three of them are Muses meant to inspire the men they love. Reading these seems to confirm my speculation in the Updates for this book, that maybe with this series Ms. Bell's writing outside her comfort zone - though neither are flawless and some of her writing tics are in evidence, they're both far more enjoyable, to say nothing of better-plotted, than WHITE COLLARED has been!

First, what's good about the last book in the WHITE COLLARED Quartet - some nagging points I've made in previous entries get addressed here, finally, with varying degrees of success:

- How pointless it was for Kate to wear a mask at Benediction
- Whether or not Nick Trenton's a Dom or not
- Kate and Jaxon realize, and accept, that Kate is not only a submissive but a masochist as well
- Most importantly, Michigan's legalized hostility to Alternative Lifestyles (Kink as well as LGBT) and the real-world consequences of having to hide your sexual preferences.

What's not so good...? Read on!

Remember the cliffhanger that had me doing this at the end of the last review...?

To nobody's surprise, the "worried hero" turns out to be Kate's Creepy Stalker-Dude Hot and Possibly Dom Boss, Nick Trenton! If you haven't read White Collared Part Three Revenge by Shelly Bell WHITE COLLARED PART THREE: REVENGE yet, stop reading this review right now - because spoilers for that book are ahead!

Go On - JLaw Will Wait With You....

Don't Mind Gene Kelly - He ALWAYS Does This to Pass the Time!

Oh, Come ON, Dr. Cox! Joke's Over - !

Okay, then - for all of you who are caught up, Miles Joseph, head of the law firm both Kate and Nick work for, had a bloody hunting knife identical to the one used to cut slashes in Alyssa (conveniently) hidden in his office. He alternated between trying to bribe and threaten Kate, who pulled her gun on him but couldn't bring herself to shoot the slimy SoB -

WTF? I Mean, Seriously - WTF?!?!?

so unsurprisingly, he takes the gun from her and goes to shoot her himself before Nick shows up to

Ta-Da!

Save The Day!

We don't know exactly what happened, because the book opens with Kate having a dream about drinking a sloe gin fizz and seeking her "hero" while she's...passed out? Gotten knocked out? Whatever? The bit of Magical Realism actually gets this episode off to a better start than the other books in this series. Then she awakens to find Miles Joseph shot dead, and Nick holding her in his arms - telling her that Joseph confessed to killing both Stephanie and Alyssa, Nick got the gun from him, and shot him -

Is Not Belief Writ Large Across Scully's Countenance...?

Kate, of course, would rather wring her hands over the "waste" of having to kill Miles Joseph than try to parse the logic of what her Not-Dom (really!) But Hunky Boss told her happened. Of course, her keen legal mind is so busy fizzing away about whether she likes cuddling up to Nick, or if she wishes her maybe-lover/maybe-Master Jaxon was there to cuddle her instead, that it seems a shame to muddle it up with thoughts of, you know, possible holes in the story of Miles Joseph, Serial Killing Horrible Boss!

Anyhow, the cops show up and, in a display of deductive genius that would make Sherlock Holmes proud, accept Kate's story as coached by Nick at face value - because, hey, it's not as if the guy they're piling every bad act in this series onto is in any position to disagree, being conveniently dead and all!

The Keystone Cops Got NOTHING On the Detroit PD in This Series!

Oh, yeah - and somewhere in all this, Jaxon Deveraux shows up, he and Kate kiss and make up...and then he breaks up with her with that line beloved by women everywhere, “You’re too young and naïve to understand that I’m doing this for you....”

And Kate's Doing This For HERSELF - Master!

Mind you, Jax doesn't ask for her collar back, and Kate doesn't take it off and give it back to him - so as far as my understanding of The Scene goes, she still belongs to him. Doesn't matter, because Nick sees this as his chance to Make His Move -

But - Kate is still yearning for some of Jax's Inconsistently Dominant Loving, so Nick lets it ride for now....

The next day, Kate's back at work, FaceTiming(!) Her Harley-Fixing Gay Best Friend(!!) Caden. Okay, Two Points:

1) Are "Gay Best Friends" standard issue for women these days - and if so, where's mine?

2) Kate Martin - who lives in a crappy apartment in a bad part of town, and mentioned in the last book that she'd be living on ramen for the next month to replace the tire she blew on her Harley while escaping an attempt on her life - Has A Flipping iPhone ?!?! Because, you see, FaceTime only works on Apple products like an iPhone or a Mac - which means she paid a significant amount more than she would have paid for a roughly comparable Android or Windows Mobile smartphone. (I know this because I got my first iPhone as a Holiday present last year, with all my friends and family going in to make the $399 cost before the two-year plan - prior to that, I either had a Blackberry or whatever Android phone came free with my contract.) Yes, we're back to Kate Martin's Variable Level of Poverty - poor enough to be vulnerable, but well-off enough to attend law school, work full time as an unpaid intern and have an iPhone!

A far more significant issue with Caden is that He Serves No Purpose Whatsoever In This Story. As part of Kate aka "Katrina Martini"'s backstory Caden is vital - he's the person responsible for turning her life around after her self-destructive behavior following her being accused of shooting her father, and giving her the grounding and in loco parentis love she needed to move on with her life. So why does he feel tossed in like an afterthought here? He either needed to be much more prominent in this four-book series - or he needed to be cut altogether. (Personally, I'd rather Caden was much more prominent in the story, and helped clarify some of the other character and plot holes we keep stumbling into!)

I could continue to pick at details in this episode, but I'm running out of space, and that doesn't really get at what's wrong with the series overall. So let's fast-forward to the resolution of the mystery - in the Comments, below!

3.5 stars - I really liked this series. Have to admit I felt a bit of a letdown at the ending. But I did really enjoy Jax & Kate throughout the series. The twists and turns in this story kept me reading.

I'd be lying if I say I had see it coming.

I know something fishy was going on when they caught the killer oh-so easily in Book 3.

I love his character from the start. I still love his character at the end.

So glued to this series, I inhaled this last installment so fast it surprised even me because I just had to know if I'd solved the mystery even before reaching this one. No disappointment. This series rocked it!

This installment will have you questioning everything that you thought you already knew and start questioning where the investigation has already taken you. That’s all I’m going to tell you because if I say anything more, I’ll be giving up too much information and you have to experience it for yourself.

The White Collared series by Shelly Bell is an extraordinary, exciting, steamy hot as all get-out story line, and definitely makes FIFTY SHADES OF GREY pale in comparison. This is the real emotion, psychology, and excitement of the world of BDSM. Shelly Bell has done an incredible job of presenting this hidden world in a way that we can all understand and hopefully, appreciate. Whether it is your cup of tea is up to you but as a reading experience, it rocks big time. This is a series that most certainly has to be read in order to capture the full impact of the story, the mystery, the romance, and the eventual happily-ever-after.

I highly recommend each book in the White Collared series by Shelly Bell, MERCY, GREED, REVENGE, and PASSION because one without the others would be a travesty in reading. Take a walk on the wild side and trust me, if you even half-way liked FIFTY SHADES OF GREY, you’ll fall head over heels in love with Shelly Bell’s works because that other one looks so dull in comparison.

I received the book from Harper and Collins for an honest review.

The twists in this final chapter of the White Collared Series had me glued to this book. The suspense had intensified so much that I couldn't believe the book when I reached the period at the end.
It was an emotional roller coaster that led you to the heights and the very lows of the plot; it was fast paced and at times slow but in it all the final twist barreled in making you gasp for breath.
Nick's role had more prominence and you get to know this man extremely well. His reasons, which was only understandable to him, had me in a spin. The entire setup of the plot from book 1 made you believe that he was one of the good guys...but then life has a way to turn any person from good to bad - even if it didn't make sense to us.
The love between Kate and Jaxon is definitely the highlight of the story. They have grown so much in their relationship in a short amount of time; learning to trust each other no matter what evidence said: the erotic suspense between them had its own climaxes and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I must admit that I admire the author's skill as she wrote this compelling book. Although the series is over, the characters lingered long after I have closed the book. The author just managed to get you involved in every scene which made this an enjoyable read.
Thanks for the opportunity. I really enjoyed the series. I'm looking forward to more books from this author.

White Collared is a serialized, stand-alone erotic thriller that ultimately ends with a HEA. Each installment is 100 pages and will be released weekly throughout the month of June. Passion is the fourth installment. You must read Mercy, Greed, and Revenge first.

"Shelly Bell is a fresh new voice in erotic romance. She brings the heat!" ~ Lexi Blake, NYT and USA Today Bestselling Author

"White Collared takes you on a thrill ride of danger, murder and lust, leaving you hungry for the next installment." ~ Stacey Kennedy, USA Today Bestselling Author of BARED

"A rollercoaster ride of jaw-dropping sex, heated anticipation, and a perfect dash of suspense, all tied together with flawless writing. When I wasn't clenching my thighs, I was frantically flipping pages to find out what would happen next! I can't recommend this series enough. Buy it. Devour it." ~ Alessandra Torre, USA Today Bestselling Author of BLINDFOLDED INNOCENCE

4 MASTERED STARS

I love it when I'm right. Although there was a misdirection thrown in there, I had a feeling I knew who the bad guy was. Although he wasn't really bad. I liked what the judge said about people not being born bad, but that some choice leads them down a dark path and then ultimately there's nothing they can do to turn it around. I think this is what happened to both guys. But ultimately Nick had a little bit of a screw loose.

But, I think Kate aka Katerina handled herself really well. I ultimately loved her with Jaxon and felt the chemistry.

I have to say, although I have and issue with the switching from first person to third person and back, I liked the authors storyline and think I could definitely read hear again.

I was not surprised as to who killed Alyssa but I was surprised as to who her first Dom was. I was disappointed in the ending of the book. I know that Kate and Jaxon end up together but it was kind of a let down how it ended. I liked how both Kate and Logan wanted to begin their own law firm and become lawyers for those involved in the "kink" lifestyle. The series was not bad overall but the ending was just lacking.

You cannot read each book in the White Collard series individually. The ending of one book bleeds right into the next book. I am not rating each book individually but the entire story. What happens to Nick is heart wrenching. I like the chemistry with Kate and Jaxon.

A copy of this book was provided by the publisher for an honest review at The Romance Evangelist

A copy of this book was provided by the publisher for an honest review.

If you read my reviews with any regularity or follow me on Twitter, you’ve already heard how I’ve soured on most serial romance novels, especially when some seem to go on forever, with a total cost well beyond the price of a comparable full-length novel. But as with so many other romance trends I claim to dislike, there is always another writer out there who can prove me wrong and make me love the thing I’m convinced is no longer for me. Today that writer is Shelly Bell and the romance serial in question is WHITE COLLARED.

Nothing I hate about most serials is here, as Shelly Bell and her publisher have done everything right. There are only four parts to this romantic suspense story. They have been released only a week apart. And each only costs 99 cents in the US. Normally I try not to let cost influence the content of my reviews (because hello, I’m often fortunate enough to get an Advance Review Copy) but when the entire story can be purchased within one month’s time for under $5 USD, I think it’s notable enough to include here as another point in its favor.

Still, just because it’s affordable and a reasonable length and you don’t have to wait months for a conclusion doesn’t mean you should go out and read it all yourself. What does mean you should go out and read WHITE COLLARED is that it’s an amazingly addictive erotic romance between two characters from entirely different worlds who meet under terrible circumstances and then must track down an unknown killer so they can live long enough to find their HEA. And when I say it’s amazingly addictive, I mean exactly that. I was given the opportunity to read the first part before deciding to review the entire story, and was hooked so completely that it was all I could do not to jump up and down until I received the other three parts the next day.

Kate Martin is a determined young lawyer with a secret past she thought she’d buried for good. She may be crushing on her handsome boss, Nick Trenton, but they both need to keep clear heads if they’re going to exonerate Nick’s good friend, Jaxon Deveroux. Jaxon’s wife has been found tortured to death in their mansion while he’s allegedly been out of town on business, so naturally he’s the only suspect. Kate first meets her new client as he’s being interrogated by the police, and he soon has her head in a spin. It’s wrong that Kate is so attracted to a man being accused of the worst sort of murder, and yet it’s all too obvious that the feeling is mutual. She knows Jaxon can’t be guilty, but if it wasn’t him, then who did it? Their deepening attraction could be as potentially fatal to Kate as the danger that threatens to engulf them both. But who wanted Jaxon’s wife dead, and why does this person seem to know so much about what Kate would like to keep hidden forever?

I’m always a bit skittish about romantic suspense stories, if only on account of so many misplacing the romance along the way, but also because I don’t have a particularly strong stomach for excessive violence. So i was even more wary about WHITE COLLARED, until I read the scene where Kate meets Jaxon in the police station. From that point on, until the very last page of Part 4, I was gone – hook, line, and sinker. Every moment, every flashback, every interaction down to the most seemingly innocuous detail is essential to the story. It seemed like both Kate and I were over our heads at first, but as she did her best to juggle her desire for Jaxon with her still-active attraction to Nick, all while working to find the real killer, I just let myself sit back and enjoy the ride. Even when I was sure I’d figured out whodunit, WHITE COLLARED wasn’t content to let me gloat in comfort, throwing a few last curve balls near the end that almost made me change my mind more than once. Best of all, when the murder mystery is solved, it still isn’t all neat and tidy, as there are more than a few villains in this story, and only one of them murdered Jaxon’s wife. WHITE COLLARED reminded me of the Glenn Close / Jeff Bridges movie “Jagged Edge” but with an entirely different sort of ending, and I loved every minute I spent reading it.

I will warn readers that there is some hardcore BDSM in this story, and a few scenes between the hero and heroine that may appear to flirt with dubious consent. But it is not torture porn by any stretch, and Kate’s consent was made obvious at least to my own satisfaction as the story progressed. If such themes are not what you prefer in your romance reading, then you should probably pass. But if you enjoy seeing good defeat evil in the middle of a white-hot sexually charged romance between a perfectly matched Dom and sub, then WHITE-COLLARED is the story for you. I hope you enjoying inhaling it in large satisfying gulps as much as I did. 5 stars for all four parts.

~this review contains spoilers from parts one, two & three~

“I belong to you, Jax.”
“I want you. You have no idea how much. When I heard that you had gone to Miles Joseph's office without backup, I wanted to bend you over my knee, spank your ass for being reckless, and handcuff you to my wrist so you'd never be able to go anywhere without me. You've been my bright star in an otherwise dark sky this past week. But I don't know if I have anything to give back. I've made so many mistakes in both my marriage and my relationship with you. You deserve much more than I can give you right now.”

I am stunned beyond belief by this author, in awe, in love, and just floored. From the very beginning, this series has kept you guessing while leading you through an emotional hurricane and holding you on the edge of arousal-all leading up to the explosive ending you will never see coming.

Title or not, this man was her Master and knew her almost better than she knew herself.

We start the final installment feeling secure in the fact that the murderer has been discovered and taken out of the picture. Jax & Kate are finally free to explore their relationship, but Jax isn't so sure he wants to drag Kate down with him in the aftermath of being a murder suspect and having his lifestyle exposed. He may be free of the suspicion of murdering his wife now, but his life has been dragged through the gutter and his career has been destroyed in the process- he needs time to figure out where he goes from here. Nick takes this opportunity to make his move on Kate and now she has a decision to make.
Does she take a chance on #TeamNick – the man she has been secretly crushing on for years and has recently become her friend and protector, someone she can rely on?
Or does she fight for #TeamJaxon – the man who has helped heal her as he showed her her inner-most desires and wants nothing more than to care for her and protect her? Can she give him the one thing he desperately needs- her complete and total submission?
When the last piece of the puzzle falls into place, Kate makes a discovery uncovering a murderer hiding in plain sight all this time- destroying everything she though she knew in an explosion that will leave someone paying the ultimate price.

She felt pulled in two different directions, uncertain which way to turn. The magnetic pull of him was too tempting to resist. She had to see him. Had to know if what they shared was real. No matter what Camille thought and regardless that she fantasized about being with them both, she wasn't torn between the men. Her heart and head knew who she wanted.

To say this ending shocked me would be the understatement of the century. Now that I'm done, all I want to do is start over just to see how I could have missed where this story was leading me. I am a mess of confusion right now- on the one hand, I couldn't be happier with how Kate's story ended, but I am truly saddened by the cost. However, I can't honestly see it ending any other way. One thing is for sure- Shelly Bell has definitely turned me into a hard-core, if not slightly obsessed, fangirl for life. This series went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for and I cannot wait to see what Ms. Bell has in store for us next.

“Does my beautiful Katerina need another orgasm already?”
“Only if it pleases you, Jax”
“Fuck yes, it pleases me. I live to make you come.”

*Please note that this is the fourth and last part of a story. Each part comprising its own book. The first three parts need to be read in sequential order before this book to fully appreciate the plot, and this review contains spoilers for the prior installments.*

What a stunning conclusion to an erotic thriller that is full of edgy, steamy BDSM scenes and intricate suspense filled passages. Although little clues were strewn throughout the prior three parts, its not really until this installment that the identity of the killer is determinable; and about half way through this book the shocking revelation has dramatic implications. Additionally, we finally get closure as to which of the two men in her life, the heroine chooses to have a HEA with. What a way to tie it all together!

At the beginning of White Collared Part Four: Passion, Kate Martin, a legal intern, believes she has found the real murderer who murdered Jaxon Deveroux's ex-wife. Jaxon, her client and lover, had been accused of the murder; and she and his best friend Nicholas, had been defending the charges. Thinking that she is now safe, as she believes that the person they caught is the same person who had been threatening her, and with the allegations behind Jaxon Deveroux, she tries to move on with her relationship with Jaxon. But things are never that easy, and Jaxon soon finds that following the media's indictment, he is now ruined irrespective of the "real" killer having been found. Consequently, he decides that he needs time to determine how to move forward with his life, including a time-out from Kate.

In the meantime, Nicholas, Kate's boss and mentor, has also made his feelings known for her and he swoops right in to try to pick up the pieces. Will Kate wait for Jaxon or will she find solace in Nicholas' arms and determine that he is the man she should really move on with? Moreover, when reality turns out to be completely different from what she believes, and she finds out that a killer is still on the loose, does Kate find out in time to remain safe?

I commend Ms. Bell for taking the path less traveled and actually weaving into her story a potentially controversial ending. I enjoy books with plots that are difficult to discern, and that is rarely the case with romance novels. Ms. Bell's courage to venture outside of the typical mold is what makes this a good read. I look forward to reading more works by Shelly Bell in the future!

These serialized erotic romances are taking the Romance World by storm! Every time I log in to Facebook or other social media, I see more and more coming out! Ever since then, I have been devouring these like crazy! I LOVE them! If you want a sexy, suspenseful, quick read, a serial series is the way to go. The WHITE COLLARED Series by Shelly Bell had me gagged, bound, and held hostage from Part One and on. I was lucky to receive all four parts all at once, and let me tell you, THANK GOD! I’m not sure if I could have waited a single day in between parts. Luckily for fans, you do not have to wait too long to have the next part available to you.

❝We all carry scars. Some are just more visible than others.❞

Ms. Bell had me hooked by the end of Chapter One. Holy Shit! My heart was racing and I immediately wanted to know who, what, when, where, and why?! We get a great sense of each character and what their background is. Kate, Nicholas, and Jaxon are AMAZING characters, and they each bring such complexity and raw emotion to the table. You instantly crave more and more of their story. With each part of this series unfolding, the more intense it gets. Erotic isn’t enough to cover what this series was for me. Don’t get me wrong, White Collared is a SCORCHING read, but along with that came the thrilling suspense, and the emotional downfall of certain events. With every page and every chapter came new ideas, new questions, and new plot twists. I couldn’t turn away from these words that left me speechless at the conclusion of each part. This was a VERY WELL DONE serial, and it has created another Super Fan for this incredibly talented author. I’m keeping this series close to me, because when I’m feeling in a funk, and I need a pick me up, I believe re-reading the White Collared Series will be my DRUG OF CHOICE!

White Collared started with an intriguing start that only builds with each installment to the story. While I was intrigued from the start, I wasn't completely satisfied with what I found, wanting more from both the characters and the storyline.

Mercy really served as an intro to the lives of Kate, Jax, and Nick, and served to set up the situation that will soon unravel.

The secondary characters were the ones who really rang true for me with this e-serial. I loved Logan, Camille, and several of the others. Kate as a main character irked me slightly, mainly to do with her taking a pill for anxiety what seemed like about every other page. While there is some resolution to this by the end of the book in a way, I still thought it was a very unsafe habit, particularly since to have that amount of pills for panic attacks seemed a bit unlikely to me, and had a hard time connecting with her because of this.

The romance between Kate and Jax was slightly rushed, yet as I saw them dive deeper into it, it became very authentic. I loved the scenes between the pair of them and continuously wanted more.

The whole situation with Nick was a bit interesting since throughout the entire book there was this constant allusion to something building between the three characters.

I'm quite curious to see what else Shelly Bell has written as I did enjoy this one. The suspense was there with the crimes as the actual killer was quite a shock to me. There were just some elements were I was left feeling like things were not completely tied up and was hoping for a bit more.

After the unexpected conclusion of White Collared Part Three, I thought it was all over. Shelly Bell played with me (lol!) I really thought I was wrong, but she threw us one more curve all.

This time around Kate's past is completely revealed. We've had bits and pieces throughout the series, but we finally get the some concrete details. I had lots of questions throughout this book and I was glad to finally get them answered. Nick is just as overprotective of Kate as he had always been, but this time it's making me even more uncomfortable. Jaxon and Kate perfect chemistry and with Nick getting in the way time and time again, I just wanted him gone.

Alyssa's murderer is finally revealed and it was definitely someone I suspected in the last book. What I loved the most about this series was that it kept me guessing. From the moment I read part one, I had a lists of suspects. It wasn't until part three that I really had one main suspect, but once again I thought I was wrong. I loved that this series kept me on edge from beginning to end and part four was the perfect conclusion.

The only problem I had was that I was expecting the BDSM aspect of it to stand out more. Jaxon and Kate do embrace that lifestyle, but I just wanted the author to take it a step further.

If you are looking for a sexy, fast-paced story that will keep you on your toes, this one is definitely for you!

5 'UNBEARABLE SUSPENSE' STARS

Review after reading all 4 parts

Oh man... This book was awesome. Suspense. Romance. BDSM. Alpha men. Kick ass heroine. You name it, you got it. PLEASE DON'T READ ANY SPOILERS ON ANYONE'S REVIEWS UNTIL YOU'VE READ THE BOOKS

It was really, really amazing. I've never read a book with this combination. Her style of writing was also awesome. This is the first time I've read Shelly Bell and it most certainly won't be the last.

The suspense was breathtaking till the very end. Unlike most romantic suspense novels (that aren't really all that suspenseful for us), this one portrayed the true meaning of the word suspense.

I'm not saying this book was perfect. It took place over a short span of time - just 14 days. I would have preferred it, if the whole book had been spread over a couple of months. It would have made everything more believable. Especially the romance and collaring part.
Also, Kate kept prancing around alone everywhere despite knowing she was in danger. Now, who do we know who does that? Stupid heroines in horror movies. That's who! Which totally contradicts everything about her character. Yeah..., so those were the things that didn't sit right with me.

But I wouldn't let it stop you from reading 'White Collared', it has some of the most excellent plotting I've ever read!

I was provide a copy of this book by the Author for an honest review.

WOW Holy Smoke I just finish reading book, and I love it, this is the last installment of the series White Collared, and I have to tell you I love this series, love how the book turn out to be, I really did not wanted to finish reading this series, I wanted more, this was the perfect ending to the series, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

In this book we get to know what really happened to Kate, and about her past, we also get to see who she finally stay with, and I am so happy for who she pick, we also get the answers to the question that I had from the previous boo, their is so much going on in this book, that I am so glad everything was straight out.

The story begging with Kate and Nick being at the office, while Kate is having one of her panic attack, Nick is trying to bring her out of it, and that's when we find who the killer is, and how many hours they spend in the police station, than Jaxon give her the news that's he needed sometime alone.

I really love and enjoy the ending of this series, I love the way how everything turn out to be, now I just wish that their was more, I did not want this series to end. Author Shelly Bell THANK YOU for this Wonderful Amazing series and great characters love them.

I reviewed this at MustReadBooksOrDie with my friend Shelley!

Shel: So..hmmm.. interesting. I KNEW when I got to 60% and we could've had a HEA and there was still 40% to go that trouble was afoot. As a matter of fact, I remember thinking in Part Three that something wasn't quite right. Turns out..things weren't quite right. Court: OH-EM-GEE! I just am...verklempt. I started getting hyperventilatery...manic...crazy...texting Shelley at available opportunity! I think I made her pretty crazy! I can see that you'll just have to with our shouty caps review, and read our previous ones...because we CANNOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!

SHel: You'll find out why in this final installment. Court: DO NOT SKIP TO THE END!

Shel: I won't spoil it for you..but I will say that you'll be satisfied with the conclusion and I feel like all of our questions are answered and we get a epilogue that shows us what ends up happening with Kate & co.

Court: I have to say that pretty much NOT ONE THING ENDED how I expected it too, and I hope that you find this journey should you try it out pretty enlightening, and tantalizing too!

MICHELLE'S REVIEW
Hallelujah! Not that each installment of this didn't keep me at the edge of my seat but I needed to know that my instincts were right and they were!

Now I'm not going to tell you what those instincts were cause that would ruin it.

But holy shocking twist - this was awesome!!! In the last installment of this serial, Kate and Jax know that they need to be together but actually being together is hard.

Kate made some choices that really hurt Jax and scared him too. But she finally gives herself fully to him. He still has some demons he feels he needs to face.

In the meantime- Kate finds out more information about Alyssa's death and a whole bunch of crazy shit happens and you are just left feeling like everything you thought you knew was a lie. And it's awesome.

More hot sex, the mysteries get solved- basically a perfect ending to a really awesome series.

I do not think anyone can understand how much I LOVE THIS SERIES and how absolutely heartbroken I am, that it’s over! The four books, Mercy, Greed, Revenge and Passion have just been outstanding! These books have the perfect combination to blow any other erotic thriller out of the water! So without trying to give anything away, I will try to explain the book. So Kate and Nick have found Alyssa's killer and the person they tried to kill Hannah...or have they? Things just don't quite add up for Kate, but when she goes to seek the truth, who's truth will she find and will she lose everything and everyone she holds dear?
WOW! What a plot twist! I didn't see that coming! I simply love all the characters in this book! I found myself holding my breath all the time though out this book (I am lucky I didn't pass out), the twists and turns and then FINALLY the truth comes out and then I started balling because I realized it was all over. I must commend Shelly Bell for an outstanding series, to come up with such a unique storyline and to write about such amazing and complex group of characters! She is truly amazing.
So after saying all that, White Collared: Passion earns 10 out of 10 from me
