About the author

Steve Barlow (real name Steven Lowe) was born in Britain. He studied at Warwick University and Nottingham University, and worked at various times as a teacher, actor, stage manager and puppeteer. Then he went to teach in Botswana. On his return to the UK he met Steve Skidmore, collectively known as The Two Steves—are British collaborative writers who mostly work in the field of children's literature. They have written over 70 books together.

i read this book last summer but only did i remember to had it here . this book was really funny and cute . i think its a good book to teach younger kids about activism .

Me ha gustado bastante. Muy ligerito y divertido. Es ideal para combinar entre lecturas. Lo he disfrutado mucho, hay momentos en los que me he reído muchísimo. Sobretodo con la protagonista, Sammy, la han pintado un poco tonta. Había momentos en los que quería pellizcarle para que se diera cuenta y abriera los ojos 😂. Ese final... 🙈 No me esperaba para nada eso, pero se me ha quedado corto. Me hubiera gustado que todo eso que pasó lo hubieran descrito más detalladamente. Recomendado si buscas algo ligero, simple y fresco, pero si buscas la historia de tu vida no 🙃 👌🏽✨.

La verdad no me gusto mucho el libro ...no me sentía identificada con el personaje,hacia todo sin importarle nada para demostrar que era "ecologista" y aveces me ponía un poco nerviosa

It was ok. It's fine for tweens and up. I tried to read it twice; the first time I did not finish it. The second time I actually liked it.
