A book that can help you become more of yourself and achieve more in life.

David Kolbe and Amy Bruske did justice to this book, providing a clear and better take on success and freedom. From explaining what it means to be successful in the true sense, the duo also provides a deeper understanding of why many fail to achieve the desired results even after reading countless books on success and freedom. The reason is not far from the fact that some of the suggestions provided by such books require you to go off your routine.
Do More More Naturally by David and Amy aims to help readers achieve positive results without adopting strenuous habits and practices. Do More More Naturally provides the reader with a more practical way to build and enhance essential relationships and open the doors to increased productivity and success while effortlessly living their lives. As the title implies, this book is very resourceful and insightful for those who struggle to get things done daily.
The goal of this book by David and Amy is to help you understand your strengths by gaining clarity and help you become more committed to achieving your goals while at the same time preventing burnout. Do More More Naturally is a very insightful book.

Gaining the joy of accomplishment with ‘Clarity, Commitment, and Collaboration’

Authors David Kolbe and Amy Bruske are partnered in the Kolbe Concept® at Kolbe Corp, acting to help people to unlock their ‘conative’ strengths: for those unfamiliar with the term, conative is the ability to apply intellectual energy to a task to achieve its completion. This amazing guide to happy achievement goals is described by the authors as, ‘Our mission is to help people discover the joy of accomplishment and to thrive in what they do best…we want this book to help you see you have inherent, identifiable strengths that you can learn to use more effectively and leverage to achieve what matters most to you.’

This is a ‘get real’ book with such sound and accessible advice on how to wakeup to our ability to do more – in business, relationships, and life – and that ‘gift’ is within us! Growing to understand and incorporate our instinctive strength as identifiable, repeatable, and expandable opens the gates to achievement and happiness in all parts of life. This is one of the most inspiring books - very highly recommended.

Great book

Reading this book helped me to have more clarity on how I can be more productive and effective in my work, letting go of stress and not worrying so much about the superficial reasons of everyday life. This guide helped me realize my true abilities and strengths and make the most of them.
In each chapter, one reflects on how the author emphasizes the importance of analyzing behavioral patterns in terms of leadership and the passion with which things are done at work and its environment; now, I prioritize what is necessary and important and start my day more relaxed, with attitude and motivation.
What I liked the most is that the book suggests practical strategies that I have been applying and I have really noticed a big difference in me. I realized that I was doing things with a lot of eagerness, stress and mediocrity obtaining results with which I was not comfortable; by doing more, I did less and lived worried.
What a great teaching! I highly recommend it.

We live in an era where we’re constantly asked to be more productive and do as much as we can, but what is the cost of it? We often turn to personal growth books, but nowadays, they all seem the same, filled with tips that we’re often unable to implement. However, this one is different.
David Kolbe and Amy Bruske wrote an amazing book that, in my opinion, genuinely emphasizes authenticity in approaching success and productivity. I really enjoyed how they encourage readers to enjoy life and adopt a flexible mindset, allowing for routines that support a long-term lifestyle suited to everyday life. They present core principles as the foundation of their approach: commitment, collaboration, and clarity. If you can maintain these three, everything else falls into place. Most importantly, the actions they promote are simple and easy to put into practice as you read. This is a book for anyone tired of rigid advice, flexibility and authenticity are at the heart of Do More, More Naturally.

This book is a must in your bucket list.
I think Bruske and Kolbe did a great job with this book! I felt I was having a real conversation with both of them while reading each page of it because of the way it is written and how they approach the reader. They also include some personal stories towards each topic exposed, in order to take out the lesson from it and explain better their point of view.
Another way to wrap the reader is that they also ask some questions that would make you dig deeper into what they’re writing about, and feel the book more personal and easier to apply.
They approach common topics that people usually take for granted, such as the importance of a good sleep and rest. They say that if you improve these little aspects of your life and focus on taking the most advantage of them, your life would change significantly, letting you focus your energy in what’s more important.

All of us are slaves to routine. That does not have to be a bad thing, though. A routine can be comforting, and if you are happy with yours, it can sustain you and even help you to thrive. The problem is when the routine you have adapted starts to cause you stress and anxiety. That happens with many individuals, and it’s a real problem in modern society.

What if there was a way you could make subtle but crucial changes in your routine that could alter your life for the better? That is this book’s premise. It lays out some ways you can trust your instincts as they guide you to an all-around better daily experience. If you take this book’s advice, you can become more productive and get more from the work and at-home relationships that matter the most. That’s a path toward success that every serious-minded person should be able to get behind.

This book was the perfect fit for me! At a time when I felt trapped at work, almost unmotivated and exhausted, I found this book to be a surprising and even inspiring relief. Kolbe and Bruske know how to speak to the reader; their narrative is clear and direct, without unnecessary twists, which makes their ideas easy to assimilate and apply. I loved how they propose that we free ourselves from the stressful routine and instead look for a path of clarity and genuine commitment, both with ourselves and with others.

It's a relatively short book, which I devoured during a weekend at the beach! But it has a lot of impact. Without a doubt, I would recommend it to anyone who feels that their job leaves them with a void, because it is a guide that helps reconnect with what really makes us happy.

Personal growth is one of the most amazing topics I like to read about, and this book was an amazing discovery about using natural strengths and talents to achieve success and happiness. Kolbe and Bruske created an amazing guide that emphasized understanding one’s strengths and weaknesses to help one be oneself in this world rather than forcing oneself to mold into this world. When I read this, I liked a lot that it encouraged and still does, to identify my natural talents and preferences to achieve my goals and dreams. These topics are the ones I took and apply in my life after reading this book every day: Recognizing and embracing my abilities, taking action to achieve significant results, overcoming procrastination, building strong relationships, and living a purpose-driven life.

A book that I loved. I think that many empowerment readings tell you what to do and how to be, but this one challenges you to let yourself go with your instincts, for that which moves your inner self and with this achieve the success you are looking for and expect. I really liked this approach because I really believe that when you do what you love and it makes you happy, that's where success is and that's what the book fully exposes. Besides focusing on helping you accomplish your goals in a much more friendly way, it also has many tools to help you improve your relationships, and I loved it because it covers all types of relationships, from professional and friendly ones to love relationships, and that for me is very necessary and fundamental.

I like the fact that the authors not only focus on what needs to be done, but also on the fact that we should free ourselves before doing anything. As I turned pages, I learned how to connect with my true self in order to make my work meaningful. Thanks to this book, I was inspired to search into my natural instincts to notice how I could accomplish a goal being true to my essence. The literary aspect is a plus for sure. A life-changing book
Nowadays, people work for long hours without a rest and without the freedom of being themselves. It’s as if they were robots. “Do More More Naturally” is an interesting read penned by David Kolbe and Amy Bruske. They want to teach readers strategies to empower themselves and be able to embrace a new life.
Sometimes, it’s difficult to change people’s lifestyle or routines, and I include myself, but if we read about other people who change a bit and now live better than before, then probably we can opt to make some modifications. This book will enlighten readers to make changes that nurture their spirit, life, relationships and empower themselves. The perspective that this read shows is clear and inspirational. I found it very interesting and life-changing.

I definitely don't just want to survive

These two authors are true guides, I had been looking for a book for a long time that was appropriate for what I feel at work and professionally. I like my job but sometimes, I don't enjoy it as much as I should. Well, these authors have made me understand that I can do all my tasks without suffering with them, learn to flow through a mental strengthening so that things go as they should.

The best thing about the book is that it hits anyone, especially in these times when so many people feel so insecure and dissatisfied with the decisions they make professionally.

I recommend the book to all readers, I guarantee that it has a high degree of usefulness for anyone.

I like this book because it reinforces what I believe that everyone is really good at certain things and they should focus on being better at those things. Those that are very successful would probably state that they are not good at everything or at least it is not the best use of their time and energy. We all have limited energy (we all have the same amount of time) so best to use it to get better at what we are best at and use it to make things better. You will find that what you are best at comes naturally and most likely gives you more energy. There is a lot of reference to the Kolbe A Index assessment. I also recommend completing this assessment as a starting point. Happy reading.

The book “Do More More Naturally” by David Kolbe and Amy Bruske has definitely been a revelation for me. From the first page, I managed to connect with the reading; I felt motivated to explore my natural instincts and discover how I could achieve success without losing my essence. One of the things I liked most about the book is that Kolbe and Bruske invite us to free ourselves from the stressful routine that often limits us, and they propose an approach based on clarity, commitment and collaboration. Something that connected with me was applying the concepts and strategies presented in the book to leverage my innate strengths. I definitely recommend this book.

This is one of those books that helps the reader reconnect with life, stop procrastinating, and actually do what they're meant to be doing, finding joy every day to achieve a more fulfilling life experience. Easier said than done, both authors share their insights and experiences, backed up with bibliography and research, to guide the reader to the ultimate goal.

Overall, it was an insightful read. I don´t usually buy these types of books and normally tend to do it all on my own, but in certain aspects of life sometimes it is just too much, and that's when a good friend recommended this read. I think it has the potential to change lives if read with an open mind.

A refreshing approach to finding and working to succeed. I really enjoy the view the authors have on achieving those goals without losing ourselves in the process.
The book talks about how crucial it is to trust your instinct and staying true to your capabilities and strengths, something I feel like is not talked about that much. Nowadays, a lot of reads about this topic prioritize succeeding in a one size fits all formula, so it is really nice to experience a more natural approach.
To sum up, I would recommend this read to everyone looking to enhance their productivity without losing joy in that process.

Appealing, flawless, well developed, interesting, enjoyable, and more are the words that I would use to describe this book. The author did such an incredible job when writing this book!
One of the things that really made this book stand out was its writing style; the author got to portray a central theme that didn’t have to be forced. The author offered various productivity myths, emphasizing that everyone has a different approach to achieving goals. Also, the personalized approach helped to make the book refreshing and insightful. Overall, I would recommend this book to everyone interested in sustained productivity strategies.

A book that is helping me to realize many mistakes that I make and that make me not really enjoy my present and be happy with what I do and who I am. It is a book that seeks to empower you to get out of those stereotypes that we have so ingrained since childhood, that challenges you to get out of your comfort zone to really take advantage of all your skills and abilities. I loved the whole approach of the reading because it is very human, it is not only based on your success at work, but in all the tools that you can start to manage so that everything in your life improves and you start to be motivated with your present and also form a future without regrets or fears.

This is a great book to help you improve yourself, it helps you to be more confident and efficient and improve your whole well being. The chapter about knowing what is your skill or talent that nobody has which is easily equated to a superpower. Knowing what your superpowers are would aid you be more efficient and be inspired in doing ng things for yourself and for the people around you too. And when you are working with your skill sets it is so much easier to commit to the task, activity and possibly change your life and the others around you. And being able to handle those potential roadblocks will help you thrive.

Great book, one that will help you learn how to connect with your true self and do work that is meaningful for you, comes naturally, and therefore isn't draining or soul-sucking. There are a lot of tests and assessments and numbers in this book, so it's good for people who like to quantify their personalities and talents. I'd recommend this book for someone who is feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled at work, maybe even a little bit miserable, and who is looking to take a better look at themselves to figure out what changes to make to help them feel better about their work life. Sounds like a dream, honestly.

This book is becoming more and more relevant as time goes by because today, we are in a very competitive and “aggressive” world, and this makes people not to be themselves because in some situations, people prefer to mold their personality to fit in a specific environment. This book highlights the importance and value of being yourself. In a very easy and didactic narrative, the author develops this important topic. My favorite part of the book is the way the author encourages the reader to act morenaturally and the advantages this gives to a person's daily life. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to experience freedom.
