In the third book, Penelope and Reid are still at the cabin. They are making amends for what transpired prior. Once they return and continue living with their friends, Bailey and Asher will have a huge surprise for them. They will be making decisions about living arrangements, spending time with old and new friends and family, and trying to make plans for the future.

Penelope will get a new job that will allow her to do her work mainly remote. Their enemies are still plotting. As a matter of fact, Penelope will suffer another huge setback when someone puts their plans into action. Reid will have to become the savior once more…but it will cost him greatly. What will it do to their relationship? He will make a huge blunder that we know will cost him later.

Penelope suffers another massive loss; this one will really hit home. Emma will find her other half, but what will that mean for Holden? When Reid and Penelope find the happiness they have been wanting…the book will end on a dreadful cliffhanger that will only be answered in the next book!

Book three and this is a great continuation. We may start slow as we get more information on Penelope and Reid as they try to make things work for them but boy does the pace pick up as we progress! Old threats begin to emerge as enemies resurface as Penelope faces more trouble and Reid battles on to keep her safe. It’s exciting, it’s captivating it has twists and turns and it had me on the edge of my seat the whole read with an ending that has me hooked and so ready for more.

This book is a bigger insight to Penelope and Reid. They are finally getting back to focusing on them and wanting to make their relationship work but Reids maker just won't leave things alone. Reid will do anything to protect Penelope and that includes getting rid of his maker. I love the progress they are making together and can't wait for more.

I love everything about this book! From the gorgeous cover, to the hot love scenes. The book flows nicely, and continues Penelope and Reid's love story.... And it definitely leaves you on the edge of your seat. Be prepared for the huge cliffhanger, I recommend having the next book handy, because you're going to want to jump right into it!!

Great continuation of the story. It gives us a lot more information about both Reid and Penelope and moves their story along nicely. It does end on a major cliffhanger, so be prepared for that.
