Every December, the quaint town of Willow Creek in Upstate New York transforms into a magical winter wonderland.
This year, Sophie's little business is asked to cater the film set. It's a momentous task, one she knows could save her flailing catering company. But very soon, she finds herself stretched too thin, spending twelve-plus hours on set per day, researching new recipes till she's blue in the face, and fighting with the director about all things Christmas cheer.
Why on earth does the director of Silver Bells hate Christmas so much? Why did he take this job in the first place? Is it really all about money for him?
Derek Brownlee seems set on destroying any happiness and joy on set, and Sophie can't take it. In fact, when Derek complains about her Christmas decorations and Christmas recipes, Sophie doubles-down, buying more decorations and experimenting with still more recipes, hoping to boost the morale of the cast and crew, who are fast becoming victims of Derek's terrible moods. Very soon, the cast and crew fall in love with Sophie and call her the "Christmas Fairy."
Something Sophie can't admit to anyone, though, is Derek is the handsomest man she's ever seen in her life. There's something about him; something that makes her want to change his mind about Christmas.
But there's so much Sophie doesn't understand about Derek's past. As she, Derek, the vibrant cast and crew of Silver Bells, and residents of Willow Creek prepare for the Willow Creek Christmas Festival, Sophie and Derek must ask themselves essential questions about their future and their hearts and open themselves up to the miracle of Christmas -- before it's too late for either of them.

Willow Creek is the setting for a Christmas romance movie, "Silver Bells", filmed in the picturesque town. Sophie gets the catering contract for the cast and crew and hopes to make her business more profitable. Sweet Sophie, named the Christmas Fairy by the crew, has major problems with the grinchy but handsome director, Derek Brownlee. I really liked the variety of characters in the story, ranging from babies to retired people. We learn a lot about the main characters and their background, such as the mystery behind Derek's sadness and anti-Christmas stance. Katie Winters has done a great job with this book and has once again provide a unique premise for the book.

A fun holiday read. Sophie has always loved the Christmas holidays even after her breakup with longtime boyfriend Jeremy. Her business, Culinary Tastings is struggling. When a Christmas movie, Silver Bells is set to be filmed in town, hiring local businesses may be a shot the business needs. Handsome, yet broody director, Derek, is opposed to all the Christmas cheer Sophie decorates with. Along with business partner Randy, Sophie makes plans to grow the business and plan the town’s Christmas festival at the same time

Sophie has a catering company , Culinary Tastings, which at this time is hanging on a thread . She finds out that they are filming a movie in the town, Willow Creek and they will be hiring locals this time. Sophie gets chosen to cater the filming crew. She meets all the crew there and they really love her . She is all about Christmas. She meets Derek the director, he is different but she doesn't know his past but feels close to him. See how things turn out for Sophie and Derek, If they do. This is a VERY GOOD READ.

What a delightful holiday love story! Katie Winters never ceases to amaze me…every single story is an absolute winner! Wrapped in You has all the good stuff—a terrific storyline; truly touching characters who seem so real; plot twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat; and the most remarkable HEA! Such a fun festive book! Sophie is caterer extraordinaire and she's dealing with having to see her ex fiance all over the town. When a movie set comes to her small town - she now has to deal with grinch director Derek not liking her Christmas spirit. There is always a struggle and a love story in a good holiday book - which I so enjoyed in this one. Definite must read!
