POLARIS VS. X-FACTOR! There's a new mutant rebellion, and Polaris is at the forefront of it all! But how do they know so much about X-Factor's classified missions? Havok must seek out a traitor on the team…but how can he if it's him?!

Slightly better than the previous issue. At least this one dealt with the issue minorities can relate to, where we disagree amongst ourselves about whether we want to assimilate into the majority culture or remain distinct from it. All minority groups have that argument. Sometimes intermittently, sometimes constantly.
I never actually LIKED Polaris all that much. I know her character has some popularity, especially after the show "The Gifted" came out. But whatever small fondness for her I had is getting drowned by irritation over how she is joining up with a quasi-cult.
I refuse to belong to any organization that would have me for a member. Polaris' wholehearted endorsement of a group of veritable strangers is... Upsetting.
For God's sakes, you have known people in the X-Men and X-Factor for years. You were going to have Jean as your matron of honor at your wedding, and she would have been your sister-in-law. Pietro is still around and he says he still thinks of you as a sister. (Not getting into my irritation with that retcon right now.) You could just call up Wolfsbane wherever she is and use her as a gal-pal. WHY are you spending so much time with mutants nobody has ever heard of before? Why are you calling them your "people"? How are they any more your people than Jamie Madrox, Strong Guy, Quicksilver, etc.?
I still don’t get why people hate this series. I really enjoy the conflict between Havok and Polaris. The divide between them is compelling because I do understand both sides. Good stuff!
