Blank - Episode 2: This is the second book in the Blank Series

There’s a violence in me.

My name is Lincoln Delabar. I was born without a face. Yes, you heard that right. Smooth, clear skin from my forehead to my chin.

I see the world differently, yet it is still a place that holds wonder. At least most of the time.

With my uniqueness comes a burden. My mind is powerful. Very powerful. And I have an obligation, a purpose, to see things in my own special way. Some of the things I see are frightening.

The evil in this world is beyond anyone’s control. Or so you might think.

There is a violence in me. I’m not afraid. I can control it.

But should I?

This is the second book in the Blank series and is as unforgettable and fascinating as Blank 1. Linc, the main character, is a teenager born like no other - without a face. He cannot eat like other people and may seem to be helpless and handicapped because of his appearance but appearances can be deceiving. Linc has powers that, if used fully, could be considered deadly. He is telepathic, reading others' thoughts by simply touching them and can move physical objects around.

There will be more books in this dynamic series. If you haven't read Blank 1 get on the wagon and join the fun and exciting tales of Linc and his friends. You will not be disappointed. This series will provide a wild ride for all.

This character is so different and special that I can't get him out of my head. Richard C. Hale has a winner here. I highly recommend all his books.

School is a difficult place for a lot of youths but it can be far worse if you are different to others. On the whole people react well but there are always exceptions Linc finds this out to his cost thankfully his family and Avril are there for him. Avril becomes the person who is able to keep Linc grounded once the blackness starts to take control but will she be able stop Linc from loosing control?
