A fantastic follow-up to the first book! Candi Scott absolutely delivered. While I had a few things figured out early on, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment one bit. The plot was strong, the pacing was perfect, and the characters were just as compelling as before. The story flowed beautifully, and I found myself completely immersed from start to finish.

The story on this book was much better than the first and there were more spicy scenes too. I'd have liked them to be more detailed but they were good. Putting the pieces together along with the story was great, I did enjoy reading this one.
Still some grammar issues though and sometimes a whole word missing 🙈

Perfect Conclusion
Vicious Heart takes up right where Savage Lust left off with Cam and Riley’s story. They know who killed her father but they now have to prove it. Danger surrounds them and Cam would give up his own life to keep Riley safe. This book was full of grit, suspense and steam and had me falling in love these these two all over again. This is a great start to the Desert Kings MC and I can’t wait for more to come.

I really enjoyed this duet and would love to read books on more of the characters .
Every time the scene involved the club Pres I was in edge in case he turned on Cam of Riley before they could prove that Archer didn’t kill himself.

Its about a little town out in the desert, the Desert Kings, a motorcycle club and sex, The sex was between Cam and Riley. Riley suffered the loss of her father and Cam's best friend. Preacher hates both Cam and Riley, but what is a MC President to do when things don't go his way. This is the second book in the series about Cam and the Desert Kings MC.

3.75 ☆ Overall, good story. The solution kind of felt like it was over a bit quickly when it finally got there. Felt as anticlimactic as the ending. Not to say the ending wasn't nice, but I would have liked more of a epilogue. Do they get married? Have kids? They never really talked about where they saw their future going. Also, what did the letters from her dad say? The were mentioned then never talked about. Just like her father. At no point in time even after getting more information to know her Dad did care about her and wanted her safe, did she attempt to find some bond with him, ask for stories about him, talk to the many people that told her to come to them and talk about him to get to know him. I would have liked to see a bit more depth outside of the relationship with cam, and the mystery going on. Again, it was a good read overall and did keep my interest and I would read the next one

This is the second part of a duet, the first books of the Desert Kings MC, and hoping not the last. This story picks up after the first, completing Cam and Riley's story. They still need to find out who killed her dad, they feel strongly he did not commit suicide. This is the part of the story where the drama hits and the tension builds as they get close to secrets others have killed to keep. Riley comes into her own within the MC learning about her dad's life, the one she was always frightened about from her mom's stories. She learns that things are different than she was told and there is beauty even in things that other's don't understand. She learns to be her father's daughter. There is some steamy spice as Riley and Cam continue to heat up. They eventually navigate the club drama to find the answers they both need and somewhere along the way they also found in each other the partner that they needed. There is some danger and grit here, but also some really deep loyalty and commitment to found family.

This is the final instalment of the story between Riley and Cam.
Riley and Cam know that Preacher the new Prez of the MC murdered Riley's father Archer, the old Prez, but they just need proof of his wrongdoing to produce in Chapel. Preacher is running from something, he is in something deep, and what that is, may help with why the murder happened.
Riley and Cam acknowledge their feelings for each other and this cements how they will proceed going forward. Riley realises she is more like her Dad, and has settled into the Biker club lifestyle. Cam knows that Riley is his future, she comes first and foremost, and her safety is paramount. He has to decide the path he will follow.
Preacher is starting to get desperate, the walls are slowly closing in on him, how far will he go to get what he wants, before the walls start tumbling down around him?
Enjoyable series, loved the love story between Cam and Riley.

Cam and Riley are relationship goals, but not without a struggle. Riley has to acclimate to club culture and it’s not always easy for an outsider.
This is all that I can reveal without giving spoilers. Just know that the book is fantastic, with well-rounded characters and an ending that will have you on the edge of your seat. No cliffhanger, no cheating, but there is risk, violence, and some really hot sex. I love Cam and Riley together and hope that the author writes more books about the MC.

He knows something is sus and he’s gonna figure it out. The suspense of Archer’s death was immediate in the first book but it didn’t get touched much on like I thought it would so I’m glad this is the conclusion to that. Pretty action packed and tensions are high. I can’t wait to continue on. I love Riley and the others from the MC.
This was a fast read I read it in one sitting.

I want more from them!
Loved this couple! Their devotion to each other. Definitely a ride or die type of love! Riley came into her own and I loved that for her! Cam, just oozing sex appeal and his love for Riley and the club was over the top attractive. He gave me Jax Teller vibes.
But I feel like their story isn't finished. And the other brothers of the MC. Want to know if there are more stories coming. All those guys need to be happy as well!
The reason I didn't go five star was because there seem to be some editing mishaps. Nothing to crucial but had to reread sometimes to understand. Don't let it sway you from the book. Its worth the over site.

I loved reading this book! Who doesn't love watching a super possessive man with a soft spot only for his woman ready to do whatever it takes to protect her?? This book kept me hooked wanting to know more about what would happen not only with Cam and Riley, but also see the motive and reveal of Archer's murderer. It had action, it had suspense, and of course Candi brings that spice! I hate to see Cam and Riley go, but I can't wait to read more of Candi's books!

Okay so I devoured book 1 and couldn't wait to start this i legit organised a play date so my friends older child could keep my toddler entertained and I do not regret a second of it (thanks Luci & Logan).
This was an amazing follow up from where the first book ended this part of their story kept me in the edge of my seat the more they uncovered the more I was gasping for more information this was such a satisfying end to 2 beautiful people getting there HEA and cam & Riley were made for each other id like to add my eyes note hurt from reading this while so tired but need must

The continuation of the first book is MASSIVELY SATISFYING. We get to watch Riley grow Which I absolutely adored because she is such a bad ass MC and her relationship with cam bloom while also getting the thrilling story that is her finding out what happened to her dad and it had me eating this book UP. Literally a page turner and once again this had me up late just to devour it in one sitting.

You know we all tend to be afraid of the biker gangs maybe with reason but maybe also because we just don’t know anything about them. Like in any group of people some are good some are bad there are followers and leaders and just about anything in between. This group has some of all of it but in the end most of the men showed themselves to be men who have a code that they live by. Loved Cam and Riley they are perfect for each other I just wish she could have gotten to know her dad.

I enjoyed this series. It was my first true go at a MC trope and I thought it was done well. The author seemed to get the rules and club stuff down well. I thought it was well written and spicy. I wish we got more on the why of it all though. Without giving too much away, why Preacher actually did what he did. I would've also loved to have known what the letter said. Overall, good story and good writing. I'll be reading more from this author.

Loved this story. Riley is with Cam still and they are trying to find what her father hid. Cam is in conflict with the current Prez of the club and is trying to find a way to prove that he is dirty. This book is full of suspense, drama, danger, hot chemistry and a happy ending for Riley and Cam. I enjoyed this book.

So flipping good!!
Cam and Riley are so perfect together! I absolutely love how their dynamic just clicked into place and was so strong throughout this book.
I really like all of the characters in this book and I hope we see more of them! I’m invested in Kenna and Dylan! I was to know their stories!!
The ending was perfect!

Once again... Candi Scott did not disappoint. The 2nd part of Cam and Rileys story is just as good if not better than the first. There is nothing like the realization of true love, loyalty, found family and justice. I can't wait to see what's next for this MC.

Received an ARC of this and I ate this up. Story of Riley and Cam continues right where Savage Lust ends. I love this book so much. The characters are everything and I don't know what it is about possessive men and having soft spots for the women they love. I love the writing style and I couldn't put this book down.

I absolutely loved this duet. You jump right back into the story exactly where Savage Lust left off. It’s a beautiful conclusion to Cam and Riley’s story. Riley comes into herself in this book and finds a home among the Desert Kings. I hope to see more of Cam Riley and the rest of the crew in the future.

Glad to have the second part of Riley and Cam's story and what a story it is. Finally the truths are revealed. There's some scene setting for future stories to come and it's harrowing at times. But well worth a read. But make sure you read book 1 first.

Riley & Cam- OMG where to start with these two! Both are such lost souls. Cam is grieving the lost of his MC president Archer, who is also Riley’s estranged father. Can these two help each other find peace?
I read this in one day! I couldn’t put this down. I will be looking for book 2, Vicious Heart!

Great story, needs a better edit
Both books were great. First MC story that seemed real and believable that I have read in a very long list of them. All the characters seemed right and plot fit. It really does need a good edit though. Lots of missing words and errors throughout. Didn't take away from the plot, but did make it hard to read at times.
