- Her doujinshi circles are called M2 COMPANY and XX's. - she likes fairies and foreigners - Her nationality is Japanese, and she's not Jewish, the pen-name is meant to be funny - shota-complex
(Once self proclaimed a "Russian living in America", but at the same time she also claimed she's 14 years old...so that was obviously a joke.)
The main story was quite disagreeable with me, since I find abusive relationships and harassment something at very least unpleasant to read about, mostly repulsive and utterly detestable, what with the power dynamics trope. There was almost no development and that short extra was the way the author found to try to redeem the dominant parter, which didn't work for me. I enjoyed the other short stories so much more. Two of them were really humorous and the surfer-dude one was cute.
Bleh. I didn't like the title story at all. I actually wanted the main character to get away from his (creepy and abusive) "boyfriend." Of the remaining stories, two were okay, and I really liked the one with the cute kid and the surfer boy. But I don't know that it's really enough to make up for the rest of the volume.
