It took a midlife crisis for Markus to realize his dream of becoming an author and after twenty-five years as an IT professional, he turned to writing fantasy fiction. When he is not writing, cooking or taking care of his wife and three cats, Markus is an avid reader, enjoys food and wine pairing, playing video games, and building Lego.
