You only truly possess what you can appreciate. This isn't about ignoring negative feelings, being inauthentic, or being blissfully ignorant. Instead, it's about understanding that a good portion of your reality is shaped by how you interpret the world. It requires practice, and I often have to revisit and relearn this idea, but it's a perspective that has helped me many times in my life.
