The 100xLife isn’t just a book, it’s a regimen. Not just something to read, but something to practice. Through fifty-five
The 100xLife isn’t just a book, it’s a regimen. Not just something to read, but something to practice. Through fifty-five teachings you will be guided — and challenged — to put the words of Jesus into action. You will find that the abundant and truly satisfying life is found in actively participating in the way of life that Jesus taught.
If your everyday life feels disconnected from God, the100xLife shows how to tap into heavenly wisdom. Romans 12:2 tells us that transformation is possible through the renewing of our minds. Through the coaching found in these readings and the daily exercise in the journal prompts, you’ll find a foundational strategy to renew your mind and grasp the life Jesus promises.
Whether you call it an abundant life, a best life, a full life, or something else, Jesus promises a better life. 100xLife helps you unlock your divine potential, resulting in a life that is transformed. And that transformation will empower you to experience fulfillment and authenticity in every aspect of your life — with God, your family, friends, and coworkers.
Revolutionize your ability to follow Jesus more closely. “You are a follower of Jesus,” says Rob. “He’s taking you on a journey. That journey leads to the Father’s House, where you will find the 100xLife! Come with me…”
Has someone ever taught you how to walk with Jesus on a daily basis?
I personally received some great general directions (come into a saving relationship with Jesus, read the Bible, find a church home, fellowship with other Christians). But there is so much more to walking with Jesus than this!
Rob Dayton's book shares 55 specific commands of Jesus from the gospels in this exceptional book, after he talks about principles for walking close to God (Receiving, Retaining, Resisting, Refocusing, and Reproducing). In chapters like "Follow Me," "Keep My Commandments," "Abide in Me," "Store Up Treasures in Heaven," and more, Dayton shares the ways Jesus asks us to be His disicples.
Like the Apostle John says in his epistle, these commands are not burdensome, either. Each of these chapters feels more like an invitation to draw closer to God. And in the journaling section of each chapter, a tangible way is provided for the reader to do that.
Exceptional book and Bible study. I'm happy to recommend this.
I received a copy of this book from the author. All opinions shared here are my own honest ones.
The heart of 100xLife is simple yet profound: saying “yes” to Jesus is easy... following Him daily is the real work. This book bridges the gap between belief and action, guiding readers to move beyond inspiration into transformation. I love that it gives you actions and things to actually do each day. It is very practical. These can be life changing things yet things that you can do. Each chapter starts with scripture which should always be our starting point. I am currently working through this book and finding it challenging yet inspiring. It only takes a few minutes a day to grow and learn and put your faith into action. I received this book free from the publisher but wasn't required to leave a review.
100XLife is a bold book that “outlines the process and first steps to following Jesus,” with the “100x” revealing how our lives can be one hundred times more abundant when we learn and follow His words to us. That alone is exciting, but the book is full of so many tips (? is that the right word?) to point us to practical ways we can focus on Christ. It encourages readers to not only believe, but to take action.
I love how this book (manual) points out that we have so much potential—I mean, we have the King of the World behind us and beside us to help transform our lives and fulfill our purpose.
At first, this thick book felt a bit intimidating, but I sunk in so quickly. I like how I can skip to a particular chapter/topic that I might be struggling with or want to give more attention to, because it doesn’t feel like something I would want to read from cover to cover in one sitting.
First Line (Preface): This book is designed to be disruptive. Genre: Christian Personal Growth Author: Rob Dayton Page Count: 304
#CoverLoverBookReview received a review copy of this book. Opinions are 100% my own.
The 100xLife book helps people truly follow Jesus with intention and integrity. It invites you to deeper faith with a proven plan that applies 55 of Jesus’ teachings to your life. It will break you out of “Churchianity” (the author’s word) and help you live a life of authentic faith. The online challenge starts in January, so this would make a great gift for someone you know who appreciates coaching in this area. I believe males will especially enjoy the approach the author takes in this book - consider gifting it to a man in your life.
