The Second-rate Villainess Has Become A First-rate Tsundere!
Despite Mio’s best efforts to be heinous and despicable, she just can’t seem to erode the unwavering trust of her peers, who consistently see through her facade to the sincere intentions beneath. At this rate, her sister’s life hangs precariously in the balance. But it’s early days yet in her three-year-long villainistic venture. As the school year unfolds, the school sports day offers Mio a prime opportunity to finally shatter her friends’ a devious plan with her new accomplices, Sayaka and Asuka. Will she succeed in becoming universally despised, or will her plans once again unravel in a most unexpected and heartwarming way?
I’m really wondering if it HAS to end with the villainess dying and kind of hoping that they manage to unlock a hidden route or something.
The tsundere is strong in this one, lol. And I LOVE her “henchmen”. The redemption arc is heartwarming to see and I hope the romances go well for them all. Really dreading the final “betrayal”. Nervous for it, not going to lie…
Confused with the three or four characters with similar names, Riku and Ruka specifically. Rikka and Ruri are also similar, however they have more distinct to me personalities, so it’s not too bad when they are on-page.
Really enjoying this one and disappointed the next volume isn’t out yet. The first one was out last July and this one in January, so I was hoping volume 3 would be ready now, but it is not to be.
4, I really hate waiting when I purposefully put off reading the most recent volume, stars.
