What do you think?

Great book dealing with the root cause of almost any eating disorder, mild or severe.
Ms. Bourbeau advices you on the core of your issues, the reasons why you do what you do and eat what you eat. By acknowledging the emotional causes of our behavior we can finally begin to heal, we can begin to listen to ourselves. And that's pretty much it, listen to yourself, feel yourself and heal yourself.
The meaning guides are extremely useful, helping you clarify a lot of the unconscious influences from your past, and from you emotional state. Ms. Borbeau provides you with the necessary tools to grow out of you eating issues and learn to free yourself, control is not the answer, acknowledgement is.
Packed with resources, meditations, journal templates, meanings, associations, and valuable advice, this might well be the last book you read about keeping your weight healthy.

Recomand!

Interesting view on eating. Loved this book, but need to read it one more time to really understand and start practicing. Recommended.

Interesting, but a lot of shortcuts are made.

Mi-a placut conexiunea cu cele 5 rani, in cazul meu chiar “m-a nimerit” in motivatia mancarii versus rana.
Sa vedem cum voi incape in haine in 3 luni de acum (chiar daca nu intentionez sa practic exercitiuo propus..) 😅

Learned a lot about what your way of eating reveals about your inner wounds and how to know when you‘re hungry and how everything is connected to your emotional being. Has precise steps and guides in it and personal anecdotes aswell.
Will be keeping this in my bookshelf!
Can be triggering for people with eating disorders such as anorexia as this book is (in my opinion) targeted toward an 'heavier' audience.

Nul. Horrible.
