I enjoyed half the book. After that, it sunk into a bunch of bullet points and explanations of different good habit building techniques. In short, a mix of different habit books I had already read before in the past.

The biggest thing I got out of this book is it reintroduced me to David Goggins. I had heard about his struggle and determination but never really read his memoir. So I picked that up shortly after reading this one and really loved that. If you’re looking for a book to get you pumped up definitely check into David Goggins Can’t Hurt Me.

Love it!

I especially love how there's advice to work on self discipline rather than just saying love yourself, yet it comes across as friendly rather than a know it all looking down on you. The section where you can journal is also nice, and I really appreciate the way each section is broken into bite sized chunks!

It is a good and quick read. Took a good bit of notes. It was a good reminder of a lot of things I have already read.
