Eeeeeeh. I liked it but did feel like the ending didn't satisfy me well enough. Probably the weakest of the series.

5 Words: Mystery, school, murder, cover-up, friendship.
I really hope to see more of Anne, and I like how the ending was pretty open to that possibility. But I'm still quite sad that it's now ended... And I didn't like the very very end, but then again I'm not such a fan of random skipping ahead in the timeline.
I have absolutely loved reading about Anne.

Okay despite some unresolved issues in this one, that ending led me to believe that this won't be be the last time we will be reading about Anne's spying adventure. I have a huge hunch that there will be a new series but this time Anne will be playing in a much higher level. This one has been a confusing ride from one clue to another and yet Anne has gone on full throttle to find one mysterious Natalie Barnes who may be her missing fave former teacher Ms. J. Cross. But like the tagline says the truth of the matter of this proves to be deadly indeed.
There were a lot of times in the book that I worry that Anne has been slowly losing touch of her school life and even her friends in pursuit of her mystery case. How is she to balance between toeing the lines of being a model student (or if she messed up this time then there is no more other chances for her for sure) to breaking the laws to get to the truth? Coincidentally, a lot of very helpful individuals helped her case a lot and even have to bargain with a past enemy. But sometimes I wonder if it was all worth the trouble really? But Anne is Anne and I can't help but admire her tenacity and determination and perhaps her talents lay not in the confines of a rigid school environment but in a more special kind of school. Over all this has been a very entertaining series and I will still look forward for more Anne Dowling adventure SPY EXTRAORDINAIRE!

I fell in love with the whole series from the beginning until the end. I don't care what other reviews might say but the Prep School Confidential series is one of my favorite books of all time.
P.S. I'm so glad Anne finally made the right decision. And by decision, I meant, I'm glad she finally decided to choose between Brent and Anthony. And boy am I glad she made the right one, IMO. If this quote doesn't clue you in on who she had picked then I don't know what will:

I know now that when you love someone, you can’t pick and choose which of his demons you can live with. You can’t pretend there’s still that shiny layer on the surface once it’s stripped away and all you can see is the person underneath. The real one.

What happened to Jessica Cross? And can Anne discover the truth?
This was an okay story, but I lost interest.
Anne continued on sticking her nose in other people’s business, trying to singlehandedly solve mysteries, and generally putting herself in danger in this book. Her academic record went proper down the drain, and it was almost like she was trying to get expelled?! I mean could she not just keep her nose clean, do her homework, and let sleeping dogs lie for once?
The storyline in this was a continuation of the story from the previous books, with what happened to Jessica Cross being the main focus. I just wasn’t interested though. I didn’t get why Anne couldn’t just keep her nose out of it, and to be honest I didn’t really care what had happened.
There was a bit of romance, but I was surprised at who Anne ended up snogging in this book. I really wanted her to just make up her mind!
The ending was also a disappointment. Although Anne did solve the mystery, the consequences were not good, and the umm, let’s call it a ‘job offer’, that she got at the end was just corny, and unrealistic, and I really wasn’t impressed.
Overall; I think Anne just took it a bit too far in this one,

(3.5 stars) Still a wonderful series, though this is most definitely the weakest of the three. Anne was struggling with so much that it altered the whole tone of the trilogy (and to an extent her voice). And oh, love triangles, you never fail to be dramatic.

Still a page-turner for me: there was something quite compelling to it no matter what. Unfortunately, I didn't like it as much as I did the previous two books.
I felt Anne had lost some of her intensity, and that her needing to juggle with her school work, friends and investigation looked less like a conundrum, and more like her detaching herself from everything, not caring anymore. The daily scenes with friends, frenemies and people who didn't like her at school were mostly gone. Her "love life" made me wonder what the point to the whole (slight) triangle was, after all. Of course her character couldn't get unscathed from the previous series of events, but this wasn't the Anne I knew and had grown to love.
The mystery this time also seemed less satisfying, perhaps because it was less tied to Wheatley's daily life and occurrences than those in the other books? It answered some questions, which isn't bad, yet it also left a few other strings hanging. For instance, what about Alexis's part in here, what happened to her afterwards? She's one of those unpleasant characters with a past that explains some of their reactions and attitude problems, and it would've been interesting to see her part of the story given an ending as well. However, it's like her arc was just dropped and never picked up again. Same with , who barely appears anyway. And some characters were clearly introduced for the sake of being plot devices, like the rio of boys and their freshman girl target. This could have developed into more, yet never did.
Speaking of the ending, the big reveal and how it unfolded was sort of rushed; and what happened after, the offer made to Ann, was rather unrealistic. It hints at a potential new series, one that would happen on a whole other level, but I'm not sure if I'd appreciate that or not. Part of my interest for the series was the boarding school setting, so with this potentially removed, I don't know...
I'm torn, really. I liked this series a lot, and I sort of liked this third installment as well, but it left me terribly unsatisfied, compared to the others, and way too flat. 2 to 2.5 stars here.

This series was amazing and definitely one of my favorites! Anne is such and amazing MC and I loved being inside her head even when she was irrational sometimes. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again: I’m not a huge fan of love triangles but this one was still done pretty well and I’m happy with the choice Anne made at the end.
Speaking of endings, I can’t say anything specific, but although it was a little bit unrealistic it’s exactly what I subconsciously wanted. I love all the characters, the mystery, the pacing. I also felt so many emotions from beginning to end and I would 100% reread this is the near future.
I’d love to think that the ending paves the way for more books but it’s been years and Kara Taylor hasn’t said a word, so while I’m said about that, I’m still satisfied with what we’ve got.

In a solid conclusion to the series, Anne continues her streak of hardcore Nancy Drewing. The characters you met and cared about in the first book are still around and in-play as a new mystery pops up. I think to myself, "Now here is a series that needs to be ten-books long," but I guess I'll settle for the amazing trilogy as it stands.
When it comes to Deadly Little Sins, I especially love the favorite teacher/Ms. Cross angle that plays out here because, as Anne explains it, this is a person she's known who believed in her. This is a mystery that needs to be solved.
Taylor really got the ball rolling in the first book, and never lost the momentum. If you loved the first two books, then you'll love this. Anne is on the case, getting herself into tough situations, allying herself with questionable people, planning for the future and maybe even having a little "Ned Nickerson" time.
Dennis, our "Chief McGinnis", is like "You need to stop." But who cares what he thinks?

I thought it was more of a 2.75 star. I didn't like Anne as much as in the first two books. Her personality fell a bit flat for some reason. The ending was a way too random, too. It just pretty much came out of nowhere. It was as if the main focuses of the series, Wheatly, the love triangle, didn't matter as much anymore. I just simply didn't think the whole Also, there were way too many useless characters in this book. One second she was working with one character and the next, that character doesn't show up for the rest of the book. It made the book feel inconsistent. In addition, one of the main characters in the first two books barely even show up here! It's really frustrating! Anyway, I'm sad to see this series end, I'd love to read more about Anne and her crazy life!

Anne Dowling is back at boarding school, on probation, in DEADLY LITTLE SINS, the final book in the PREP SCHOOL CONFIDENTIAL series. Now a senior, her lies and mouth get in the way of her relationships so she’s sleuthing mostly solo, trying to find Ms Cross, her favorite teacher who seemed to disappear with no warning. Ms Cross, who died eight years ago, is the identity she stole.
DEADLY LITTLE SINS was my least favorite in the trilogy, because Anne’s relationships played less of a role. She mostly flew solo and used Brent and Anthony when convenient. I still recommend finishing the series.

Anne Dowling is back at Wheatley Prep for her senior year and one final mystery. She is determined to find her teacher Ms. Cross, who suddenly disappeared last year. Anne's determination is increased when Ms. Cross's ex-boyfriend is killed in an apparent robbery gone bad. Anne doesn't trust appearances, especially not when they tie into more secrets about Wheatley's past.
Honestly, the mystery was a bit weak in DEADLY LITTLE SINS. In this one, it's Anne who wants to pretty up the truth, allowing her to miss something very important. What is good about DEADLY LITTLE SINS is the character development. Anne is not the same girl who came to Wheatley in PREP SCHOOL CONFIDENTIAL. She's suffering nightmares from WICKED LITTLE SECRETS, and while she doesn't regret interfering, the consequences are lingering. She's also reached a conclusion about her romantic dilemma, partially because people change.
While the reoccuring characters are well done, I thought it was a bit strange that Kara Taylor introduced several new characters. A new freshman girl and vice principal are treated like important newcomers, but they don't really serve a purpose in the story. There could've been more focus about familiar characters in their place, such as Anne's roommate and best friend who has her own relationship issues.
Overall, DEADLY LITTLE SINS was a little weaker than its predecessors, but a fine conclusion to Anne's story. I love this little mystery trilogy because of Anne. She's one of my favorite heroines in recent memory, and I think the path Taylor sets her down is one she's well suited for.

Finding jessica cross was the main aspect
There is more of Alexis I liked how her character developed yes she is NOT the bitch that I portrayed her in being in the first 2 books
Anne friendship with Remy is so cute and I liked how Anne realised who her real friends are and who her fake ones are

Before I delve into Deadly Little Sins specifically, I’d like to address this series as a whole. Overall the Prep School Confidential series has been such a lovely surprise. It’s truly so much fun, with Anne’s dry humor narrating her life at Wheatley and the complex mysteries she discovers there. There’s something about Taylor’s writing that will have you flipping pages at a ferocious speed, you’ll be hooked from the very beginning to the end. I would recommend this series to anybody looking for a fun mystery novels.
Okay, now onto Deadly Little Sins in particular.
My ex-boyfriend is barely speaking to me because I accused his father of being involved in a murder, and I just slapped the guy I was involved with in the face.
Romance, clearly I’m doing it right.
That funny and dry comment was said by no other than Anne, the main character and narrator of the Prep School Confidential series. I believe a huge amount of why I read and enjoy this series so much is do to Anne. She’s a highly resourceful heroine, who cares about her friends and has a brilliant snarky attitude. In Deadly Little Sins Anne’s narration continues to be quite entertaining, with her realistic and honest observations about the world and her life. She also proves herself to be quite capable in this series and specifically Deadly Little Sins. There were some tough situations in this one, and reading about Anne navigating these challenges and conquering them when things seem the most bleak was quite brilliant. I would also say that Anne has gone through a lot of natural character growth since the first novel. She seems to be a lot more confident in her beliefs.
The mystery in this one was the most unpredictable out of the three stories in my own view. I found myself guessing wrongly about the murderer throughout the book, and being fooled by the well hidden red herrings. I also found the mystery in Deadly Little Sins to be the most interesting as the main character did have a personal connection to it. It made the whole mystery have a lot more suspense and made it feel more dangerous. The conclusion for the mystery definitely threw me for a loop, and now looking back I can see those interconnecting details which makes the murderer make sense. The motives for the crime also seem to be realistic and make sense. This person isn’t just murdering for the sake of it, there’s some serious dark underlying issues.
What I enjoyed about this series was how there was generally a balance between Anne’s school life/friends/family/side characters and her mystery. However I feel as if the mystery really took full force in this one. This really didn’t make sense given the context of the story. In the beginning you see Anne suffer with her fears of being expelled. Then she continues to drive full force into this mystery, seemingly forgetting about her school work, and gets into a TON of situations where expulsion would definitely be a possible consequence. You’d also think that now that Anne has been personally in extreme danger due to pursuing a mystery, that she wouldn’t be as willing to jump into this one/be more willing to talk to the police about it. However, Anne still flings herself full throttle into this case without telling anybody (even the police or her friends when it’d be helpful) resulting in a lot more lies and dangerous situations that could have been avoided. Really, I feel as if there could have been a much better balance between the mystery vs. Anne’s school/social/family life. The mystery overpowered all other aspects of her life, which obviously couldn’t be healthy
Another issue I had with Deadly Little Sins was how there would be characters that were mentioned once or twice, then forgotten for the rest of the story. For example you get introduced to this new freshman, she does something for Anne. After that she’s never seen again, or even mentioned. To me this screams plot device and that frankly annoys me. Surely there can be some way that you can further the plot without introducing new characters only to have them disappear. Another character was introduced to Anne and actually had a massive confrontation with Anne. Nothing came out of it, and the character figuratively turned to dust. Beginning to notice a pattern? I could count at lease 3 minor characters that this happened to.
It also happened to one of the love interests. Literally, Anne probably had only two conversations with this love interest in the whole novel. He then was never mentioned again. Though I’m glad that Anne is no longer wishy washy regarding which love interest to choose (there was a love triangle in previous novels), her lack of feelings towards one of them felt sudden. It also made the drama in previous novels seem even more pointless. I mean if Anne could clearly choose her feelings, why didn’t she do so in the first book? It seemed like the easy way out after all of the fuss. The love interest that was mentioned seemed to the one Anne chose, though even he wasn’t involved in the story that much. I feel like in order for Anne to make a educated choice she would have to spend more time with both of the love interests in this story.
Overall I would say that though Deadly Little Sins had a few issues (and really my least favorite of the series, I found myself enjoying the story and would say it was a good addition to the series..

Okay, now onto Deadly Little Sins in particular.
My ex-boyfriend is barely speaking to me because I accused his father of being involved in a murder, and I just slapped the guy I was involved with in the face.
Romance, clearly I’m doing it right.
That funny and dry comment was said by no other than Anne, the main character and narrator of the Prep School Confidential series. I believe a huge amount of why I read and enjoy this series so much is do to Anne. She’s a highly resourceful heroine, who cares about her friends and has a brilliant snarky attitude. In Deadly Little Sins Anne’s narration continues to be quite entertaining, with her realistic and honest observations about the world and her life. She also proves herself to be quite capable in this series and specifically Deadly Little Sins. There were some tough situations in this one, and reading about Anne navigating these challenges and conquering them when things seem the most bleak was quite brilliant. I would also say that Anne has gone through a lot of natural character growth since the first novel. She seems to be a lot more confident in her beliefs.
The mystery in this one was the most unpredictable out of the three stories in my own view. I found myself guessing wrongly about the murderer throughout the book, and being fooled by the well hidden red herrings. I also found the mystery in Deadly Little Sins to be the most interesting as the main character did have a personal connection to it. It made the whole mystery have a lot more suspense and made it feel more dangerous. The conclusion for the mystery definitely threw me for a loop, and now looking back I can see those interconnecting details which makes the murderer make sense. The motives for the crime also seem to be realistic and make sense. This person isn’t just murdering for the sake of it, there’s some serious dark underlying issues.
What I enjoyed about this series was how there was generally a balance between Anne’s school life/friends/family/side characters and her mystery. However I feel as if the mystery really took full force in this one. This really didn’t make sense given the context of the story. In the beginning you see Anne suffer with her fears of being expelled. Then she continues to drive full force into this mystery, seemingly forgetting about her school work, and gets into a TON of situations where expulsion would definitely be a possible consequence. You’d also think that now that Anne has been personally in extreme danger due to pursuing a mystery, that she wouldn’t be as willing to jump into this one/be more willing to talk to the police about it. However, Anne still flings herself full throttle into this case without telling anybody (even the police or her friends when it’d be helpful) resulting in a lot more lies and dangerous situations that could have been avoided. Really, I feel as if there could have been a much better balance between the mystery vs. Anne’s school/social/family life. The mystery overpowered all other aspects of her life, which obviously couldn’t be healthy
Another issue I had with Deadly Little Sins was how there would be characters that were mentioned once or twice, then forgotten for the rest of the story. For example you get introduced to this new freshman, she does something for Anne. After that she’s never seen again, or even mentioned. To me this screams plot device and that frankly annoys me. Surely there can be some way that you can further the plot without introducing new characters only to have them disappear. Another character was introduced to Anne and actually had a massive confrontation with Anne. Nothing came out of it, and the character figuratively turned to dust. Beginning to notice a pattern? I could count at lease 3 minor characters that this happened to.
It also happened to one of the love interests. Literally, Anne probably had only two conversations with this love interest in the whole novel. He then was never mentioned again. Though I’m glad that Anne is no longer wishy washy regarding which love interest to choose (there was a love triangle in previous novels), her lack of feelings towards one of them felt sudden. It also made the drama in previous novels seem even more pointless. I mean if Anne could clearly choose her feelings, why didn’t she do so in the first book? It seemed like the easy way out after all of the fuss. The love interest that was mentioned seemed to the one Anne chose, though even he wasn’t involved in the story that much. I feel like in order for Anne to make a educated choice she would have to spend more time with both of the love interests in this story.
Overall I would say that though Deadly Little Sins had a few issues (and really my least favorite of the series, I found myself enjoying the story and would say it was a good addition to the series..

With good reason. Deadly Little Sins is not only a seriously excellent book in its own right, it's also a very strong ending to the trilogy on a whole. Kara has escalated Anne's story with each and every book, and brings the reader along for one final mystery involving Wheatley School.

Anne has really grown up over the course of the past three books - a fact that Taylor makes clear very early on.
She's still quick-witted and prone to hilarious, deadpan observations about her life, but she's also more reflective about what she's been through. The deaths and mysteries of the previous two books haven't left her unaffected, and she's now more reflective on how her actions have impacted her and the people around her, particularly her family.
While this is not only interesting character growth, it also gives Anne's decision to pursue the mystery behind Ms. Cross's disappearance more urgency and gravitas. This is someone who is very aware of what she has to lose now, but is still willing to do what she can to find her teacher/friend.
The secondary characters are also excellent as well. Taylor is exceptionally skilled at not only integrating characters from previous novels, while introducing characters who appear and disappear out of Anne's life, to help drive this mystery along.
The mystery:
From the very first chapter, the mystery in this book was definitely the most surprising out of all of the three books. I frequently thought I knew which way the storyline was heading, only to be surprised by sudden twists and turns that I genuinely didn't see coming.
Without actually giving the mystery away, I would also say that this is the most psychological out of all of the stories that Anne's been involved with to date. There's a certain degree of psychological thriller to what Anne's looking into, which really amps up the stakes and allows the reader to dig deeper into Anne's mindset and all those involved.
The romance:
There's definitely hints of romance in the book - including Anne finally hitting that point where she realizes what and who she wants - but Taylor smartly allows the romance to take a back burner to the overall mystery.
I loved this choice on Taylor's part. By having Anne redirect her energies to the mystery rather than (admittedly cute) boys, she's showing that she really has grown up, and understands the stakes. More importantly, it shows that she's willing to take the time to figure out what she wants - just another sign she's grown up.

YMMV, but I'm personally hoping that the ending also means we may meet up with Anne in the future, as well.

I liked this one the least out of the series. I wasn't interested in the solving of the mystery part, unlike the last two in the series, probably because I didn't even know what was going on with that most of the time. What I really love about this series is the setting of this amazing boarding school. Cute YA romance and just YA boarding school stuff in general- I love it.

Anne Dowling is my main b...homie.
I love that girl!
One of my all time favourite YA characters, I just love her humour, her stylishness (at one point she tries channeling Kate Moss, well hello-uh!), her badassness if that’s even a word and just her whole way of taking care of all the drama that seems to be gravitating towards her constantly.
And she is not annoyingly and unrealistically perfect but she has her flaws and she admits them, which just makes her even better.
And she stands up for herself – miss that in so many heroines!
All in all, I will miss this chick, as I reckon this trilogy has come to it’s conclusion in Deadly Little Sins.
Kara Taylor has such a “me-style” in writing books, I do hope she plans on writing many more, they are simply so readable.
I don’t know why the Prep School Confidential series hasn’t garnered more attention especially on booktube and bookblogs (spam dat comment sectiooon – yooo), I wish you all the pleasure of encountering Anne, haha.
Not to say that the series was perfect, or that this conclusion managed to tie up all loose ends (because, frankly, it didn’t) but you will easily overlook all flaws, because...Anneeeeeee!
Also, I thought it really clever how the mysteries throughout all three books were connected in somewhat way (some major, some minor).
I’m using up my bracket-allowance for this review already, so I’d better finish (funny I got in trouble in school so often for using to many brackets, I now call it my signature style...hah!)
Last thought – what happened in that epilogue?!

Lately, I have been on a YA Thriller fix and also clearing my kindle of my older books and have been enjoying this series Prep School Confidential. At the end of Book #2, we read as Anne was teetering on the decision of being expelled from another school Wheatley. However, the decision was overturned and she ended up being accepted back into school. This means though for Anne being face to face with Brent - her old boyfriend with who things have been rocky ever since she practically accused his father of murdering Matt Weaver. Not many people know what went down between Senator Westbrook and Travis Sheppard but now Anne is having nightmares about what she saw. Now in Book #3, Anne is trying to track down the real identity of her ex-teacher Jessica Cross, what happens though will send Anne on another spiral of murder, deceit, and danger and put her back in the throes of Anthony- Isabella's brother, Alexis - her arch-nemesis and Dennis - her police friend. I did love the twist of this story with the involvement of what happened to the boys at Plymouth Reform school, I had hoped we could have seen a bit more of this angle but similar to the previous two books in the series, I enjoyed this and Prep School Confidential is the perfect series to read for fans of Veronica Mars and Nancy Drew.

Anne has managed to stay mum on the murder of Wheatley alum Travis Shepherd all summer, but the disappearance of her favorite teacher is another matter. Of course, finding out what happened to Ms. Cross is tough considering Anne's been a. ousted from Wheatley, b. permanently grounded, and c. under constant parental supervision. All of that changes, though, when the Wheatley powers that be announce that they've decided not to expel Anne.
Anne is well aware that her digging will need to be even more hush hush this time around. Unfortunately, another Wheatley teacher is found murdered and Anne realizes that her little investigation has once again turned deadly serious.
Sooo I'd hoped - and expected, based on Prep School Confidential and Wicked Little Secrets - that Deadly Little Sins would tie in more with the previous two. Instead, this third installment may have jumped the shark more than even I can bear.
But wait, of course it ties in because it's Anne and it's Wheatley. Yes, that's true. But with the previous two, the mysteries are tied together by more than just the protagonist and the setting. There's a core group of suspects and baddies that have a very clear connection to both plots. Had that again been the case with this third title the plot would have been wholly more believable! And there is a bit of a link to the... issues of the previous two, but overall this one just feels like Wheatley is an unfortunate Sunnydale type magnet for crazies and killers. And Anne is the only one who notices.
Less shark-y is the actual wrap up in Deadly Little Sins. Some might find Anne's potential career choice just a bit too convenient or twee but I thought it was quite fun. It is actually along the lines of what I'd expect Anne to do post high school. I can't say that I loved the open ending as much, though. I'm not sure if there are plans to take Anne further with future books (something I wouldn't be opposed to) but it felt a little too obvious that that was the hope or intention. It left me feeling like there was still something to be addressed where there really shouldn't have been.
So a meh, on the fence result with the trilogy tie up. Deadly Little Sins is fun for fun sake but not as fabulous as the previous two.

In the latest installment of A Prep School Confidential Series, Anne is waiting for the official word that she has been expelled from Wheatley. She is under house arrest by her parents, no phone, no computer and no real life. She hasn’t heard from Anthony or Brent. She is very busy processing what she lived through this last year at Wheatley. She is also worried about what she is hiding.
Anne is shocked when she learns she is going back to Wheatley. She is unsure if she wants to. She is afraid. However she heads back with a new mystery. Her favorite teacher, Mrs. C, has disappeared and it looks like she wasn’t who she said she was.
Anne is determined to figure out what happened to her. Anne gets thrown into more secrets than she can keep straight. She doesn’t know who to trust. Even Anthony and Brent can’t really help her, not that they would want to. The truth that comes out changes everything for Anne.
I really like this series. The author has done a great job keeping me guessing. It kept my attention and threw surprises at me that I couldn’t have predicted. I absolutely love that.
Anne was a fabulous character. I had fun watching her figure things out. She was forced to make hard decisions but ultimately the right ones for her. The ending was not what I expected to happen. Kudos to the author. Didn’t see it coming. Great way to end the series. I give it a 4 out of 5.

After being so in love with PSC and Anne, I was a bit disappointed in WLS, so I was really hoping DLS would come back to being filled with snark and awesome Alas, it was a pretty big let down.
Anne is not even remotely the same character as she was in the first book. Yes, okay, some serious shit went down in the other two books, she deserves some leeway. However, the spark that she had was completely gone and I struggled to care about her basically ruining her entire life.
The great secondary characters that we met in the other books are just filler and there's so many random scenes that don't have a reason to be there. As for the ending? Yeah...maybe it's supposed to be hopeful, maybe it's an opening for another book. Either way, it felt like a total cop out and completely unrealistic to boot.
I know that I'll probably reread PSC again, but I won't be going further than that in the series.

What do you do when the person you trusted most just disappears without a trail? Despite asking questions, Anne does not get any help until one of her former teacher decides to help her. But his help comes with a risk? Unable to just focus on senior year, Anne seeks out the answers to the questions no one wishes to ask or answer as they wish to leave the past behind, but not Anne.
I really enjoyed the pace of this book; there was always another twist to turn to keep the reader's thinking. I admire Anne's character to pursue the truth, despite the risks it entails. I highly recommend to anyone interested in mysteris.
What do you do when the person you trusted most just disappears without a trail? Despite asking questions, Anne does not get any help until one of her former teacher decides to help her. But his help comes with a risk? Unable to just focus on senior year, Anne seeks out the answers to the questions no one wishes to ask or answer as they wish to leave the past behind, but not Anne.
I really enjoyed the pace of this book; there was always another twist to turn to keep the reader's thinking. I admire Anne's character to pursue the truth, despite the risks it entails. I highly recommend to anyone interested in mysteris.

Ugh, darn it. This is why I really dislike love triangles. I've had some issues with Anne in this one but all in all, it's a fun trilogy and I really did like Anne as a protagonist, not taking into account certain choices she made at the end. Also, that ending?! Can we please see an adult continuation of the series?!

I could not put this book down once I started reading it. And the ending was quite a turn in the story; some part of me thought it was possible, while most of me thought it was "the two men". The was written beautifully and was amazing at painting pictures of scenes and characters. Will definitely be open to reading more from this author.
