This was fun to read. It's full of history, a bit of chemistry, and facts. While the majority of the book are notes specifically about 101 different types of teas, it has those facts spread throughout to make the reading more fun and less tedious.
This is a really neat book. There are some teas I’ve already tried, but a lot more that I’ve never heard of. Birds nest tea anyone? The pictures are gorgeous and I enjoy the comments about each tea.
