This is a story of two young girls from 1,000 years ago. They hid and watched as their village was destroyed and the people were slaughtered viscously and the women raped repeatedly. One girl, Cass, had a vision from WOLF and owed revenge on the vicious leader of the attack. The two twin sisters, Cass and Pena, trained for years. They went into hiding as hermit boys. They would visit the adopted village at the annual games and would outperform all the boys in the events. After many years of training Cass was about to seek her revenge. I will not go further as you need to read the book yourself but it is well worth your tome. This was a fantastic read that keeps your interest throughout.
