About the author

Vivienne was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she currently resides with her husband and two children. She is a recruiter by day and a writer by night. She began her relationship with romance around the age of twelve when she was mistakenly sent a Zebra Historical Romance novel in her bulk shipment of teenage angst books. Her life was forever changed. Reading historical romances made her believe in the big kind of love, opened her imagination, and expanded her vocabulary (this proved helpful while studying for the SATs). Vivienne finally released her first novella Dolce Vita in October 2013 as a fun experiment. She uses some element of her real life in every story she writes and enjoys having her friends and family guess which parts are hers. Follow Vivienne on her story telling journey and enjoy them as much as she enjoys sharing them.

I have been reading a lot this author's books and she does not disappoint on any score. All her books are on Kindle Unlimited.

This is Peri and Bobby's story. Both of them have secrets and they fall for each other. Peri has a lot to hide and keep close to her chest. However, she puts herself on the line to save the man she loves only to discover that he has a secret of his own he has not shared with her.

I love every book this author has written. She just has a way of drawing you in right away. She does not waste words but keeps her stories fast moving which I enjoy. I did not read her books in correct order so now I am going back and reading The Researchers Series.

I would highly recommend this series.

I consumed both “Secrets” one and two in one day. Nope family fended for themselves. First off, I am the lover of a bad ass heroine. I love it even more when the hero who sees her badassness as what makes her who she is, but isn't intimidated by it and still feels a need to protect her.

The story opens with Persephone "Peri" Jones treating herself to an elegant dinner at a high end steakhouse, where she captures the attention of an overtly hot sexy Robert "Bobby" Strickland with a date.

VC begins weaving Peri's backstory by dropping names and hints of what leads her to Houston, her relationships with her mother and the “Moving Company” that raises her, fighting skills, her upteen academic degrees and her job as director of pharmaceutical research at a well known university.

As Bobby eats dinner with the "leggy" blonde, whom Peri assumes is his girlfriend, they engage in a highly sexy lust laden stare off that causes him to pay for her dinner, as she finds out later and makes him return to the restaurant and give her a heated kiss that leaves her hot and needy.

Intrigued, Peri puts her smarts to use and tracks him down to his mansion on the lake where she dodges his top notch security, not once but twice. The second visit leads to some hot and heavy voyeurism that leaves her committed to get to know him in every sense.

Their next meeting is not chance as Peri uses her beauty, body and brains with waiter Tim who had served her on the night when she and Bobby met. He informs her when Bobby would be at the restaurant again, and she devises a plan of seduction that works like a charm.

When Bobby sees her this time, his mission is simple, he would claim her. And it is that night in his Maybach that Peri loses herself and in turn, gains a man of mystery with sinister secrets, looks and body meant for sex and a dubious intent that would make her fall in love, flee, and come back, perhaps.

Secrets is well written, makes adventure and erotica sense series that will keep you as a reader engaged and may prompt you to send Ms. Craft a tweet, message or post of appreciation for introducing us to Peri and Bobby. I know I did.
