OMG. This was great. It was like a rollercoaster of emotions. And what a story. It was super well written and well edited. It is a book that you love the characters effortlessly. They don’t try to impress you, but you will eventually feel their strength, darkness and kindness. And without realising it, bam you are invested in this story!

Also, colour me surprised. What an ending. What a plot twist. Smut and plot, the best combination. Just don’t start it at night when you’ve got work to do tomorrow!

HOLY S**T!!!!

I read this book in less than 24 hours, and I am already onto the next one.

This. This is the kind of mafia romance I am always looking to read: Morally grey MMC, bada*s FMC, action, suspense, steam, and a twist I didn’t see coming. My jaw was on the floor with that one - but oh how I just know there’s more coming in the next one.

Luca Knight, you beautifully demented man. There is something about watching this dominating man completely fall for the girl who’s won him over. And every bit of watching him crumble for Layla was perfection. I ate it all up, and let me just say… it was straight up HOT. 🥵 and can we just talk about THE BANTER?!? Ughh!! Some of the best.

I took a total chance on this one, as I haven’t seen many reviews.. and to that all I have to say is “WHY!!!” - bc this book deserves to be shouted about. And shout I will.

If you liked the Unlawful Men series, you will like this one.

Highly highly recommend!
