Heart wrenching, devastating, fun, and full of soul. I didn't like it as much as I would've liked to, and it's certainly not anywhere near my favorite Mephisto Prize winners, but I can say for certain that it's definitely gonna stick with me for a long long time.
I tried so hard to get into this book but I physically could not. The writing was so incredibly boring that even emotional scenes lacked any depth for me. I loved the concept of it but I felt like the book dragged for so long that by the end I was just waiting for it to get over, even though it was only 300 pages. This is what I get for buying a book because I thought the graphic design on the cover was cool
