Books like these always have me wanting to pack my bags and go explore the areas that they’re based in. “Billionaire Undeceived- Devon” is a sweet, swoony and action packed billionaire romance that has all the goodness that J.S. Scott is known for.

Devon is the third Remington brother and he has always been the solo brother and has been happy being the single brother. That is until he meets Reese Martin. Reese works with Hannah and she has always been somewhat of a mystery to everyone in Crystal Fork. But as the two get to know each other, the dislike they had for each other in the beginning turns into a friendship. And when Reese’s past comes back for her, the past she’s been running from, Devon becomes protective of her and develops stronger feelings for her.

J.S. Scott’s billionaire romances are always swoony and leave me with all the good feelings after I finish reading one of her books. As we got to know each of the brothers, I couldn’t wait to read Devon’s story next. Devon is caring, protective and has a big heart. He kept himself away from relationships to protect himself and I totally understand why. Reese is a great woman who had a difficult situation to run from and Crystal Fork was the perfect place to start over. I loved how she helped Hannah with her business. Finding out about her past and what she went through made me admire her even more. The two had witty banter when they were just acquaintances and their friendship developed so naturally. Them progressing into more than friends was bound to happen with the chemistry that they had. I loved the slow burn and teasing until they finally gave into the attraction that they had for each other. The action of Reese’s past coming back had me turning the pages to see what would happen next. The ending was so romantic and I can’t wait for the next book J.S. releases.

Devon Remington is the youngest and most grumpy of the three brothers. Devon is a certified Batchlor and has no interest in relationships. Devon also finds it extremely hard to trust new people thats why he keeps to himself. When a beautiful single woman moves to the small town of Crystal Fork, Montana to work for his sisiter in law he becomes very suspious. Crystal Fork does not have a nightlife and there is really nothing there for a young single woman, so why is she here?

Reese moved to Crystal Fork a couple of months ago to escape a bad situation. She was basically in hiding and it was an adjustment that was beginning to weigh on her. Reese liked the small town although it was an adjustment from Salt Lake City. Working at Glam Anywhere is rewarding and she likes it more than she thought. Hannah Remington, her boss, is a dream to work for and they have become good friends. If she could just ignore Devon that would be great!

In his quest to find out what Reese in hiding, Devon befriends Reese, what he doesn't count on was how much he enjoyed being around her and how much they had in common. Reese was not the person he thought she was. When push comes to shove and secrets are revealed, will Devon be able to put his past behind him and open himself up to more with Reese.

We are back with the Remingtons in Montana. Devon Remington is the player, younger brother. He never dates anyone for too long. The rumor got around and Reese Martin knew to steer clear from the moody Remington brother. Reese worked as a business manager at Glam Anywhere. Her boss,, Hannah, was married to Devon’s brother, Tanner and pregnant. Devon was suspicious of Reese. She never talked about her past. She was hiding something and Devon wanted to know what it was. He had to keep his family safe. All the women close to the Remingtons were getting close to Reese. She was being pulled into the family. They needed to know what’s was going on with her.

Devon and Reese started spending time together. Devon slowly opened his home and heart to a woman that he knew had a secret. It could not be helped. The attraction was mutual. Reese knew given her circumstances that she could not commit to a relationship. Reese and Devon had gotten very close when her true story was revealed. Devon knew he would do anything to protect Reese. Getting to know the real her was Devon’s main objective. Devon also decided that he wanted more from Reese. He was ready to make her his woman, but he wanted to do it the right way. Devon needed to show Reese how a Remington man pursues his woman. Their relationship melted my heart. It was something both of them needed. We got all the Montana Remingtons settled, right? Who’s next?

Billionaire Undeceived by JS Scott is the third book in the Montana Billionaires series and it was sooo good! This book feels like coming home. Ms. Scott’s writing is top notch and her ability to make you feel is what I love most about her books.

Devon and Reece were two fantastic characters. I adored their chemistry and the push and pull between them. Both had been burned in the past and had secrets, but as the layers were peeled back, you got to see what was beneath.

I loved every single moment while reading. Cannot wait for the next book!

Absolutely loved this story. Will renew your faith in HEA, Devon had a bad experience and left him determined to not allow his heart to feel for anyone, until he met Reese. They each had their own secrets. Together they will find themselves and save each other. Beautiful story!

Devon thinks something is going on with Reese who is Hannah Remington his sister in law's manger. Reese is in Crystal Fork, Montana trying to hide from her past. Enjoyed their story and I highly recommend Ms. Scott's books. Love them.

As we continue our stop in Crystal Fork Montana we follow Devon and Reese as they develop a friendship and then a relationship. Devon has a some questions about Resse's past but nothing could prepare him for what is to come. There a lot of twists to uncover in this story which makes this story all the more entertaining and hopeful as Devon and Reese find their HEA.

Engaging,Beautiful love story

This was a wonderful love story, I couldn't wait for a break at work to continue reading,basically every chance I got, I was reading. Reese has a beautiful soul,and you felt her love for her new friends, and her even deeper love for Devon. I love Devon's over protectiveness, his vulnerability when it comes to the love of his life is endearing. I can't wait for the next book in the series,JS Scott you did it again! Loved it!!

It seemed like over a year until this book was coming out when really I’ve only been waiting since November. It’s always harder waiting for the book to come out than it is to read it and finish it within 1-2 days. I definitely liked this one better than the last but nothing groundbreaking unless you count meeting the next man to come in the series and to get an introduction. What was good about this book is the secrets that was surrounding Devon and Reese. There was always an air of mystery with them and a lot of questions. I did a lot of guessing and trying to figure it out based on past books I’ve read but never came across a definitive answer or reason behind why they were acting so secretive and hesitant. It was apparent with each other, but friends and family as well. It made you think what the big deal is and why no one can know. Eventually, after much frustration because Reese and Devon weren’t taking their relationship to the physical level, slow burn at its finest, we find out what happened and why they were closed off to possibilities for a relationship. Surprise! It’s because Devon was burned in a past relationship and Reese’s safety was a big concern. I won’t get into it here because it was the most exciting part of the book, finding out what it was and the anticipation of it coming. It’s what ultimately got me to give this book a 4. The intimate scenes were nice and sweet, as well as tender and passionate but wasn’t the deciding factor in this rating. However, it did help its case because after torturing me throughout most of the book with dancing around the attraction between Devon and Reese, the result was so satisfying. I felt like foreplay was finally gone and I was able to relax if we want to get deep with this. It was just ridiculous how long it took for us to get there which is another reason why I gave this a 4, you know me and my slow burn thoughts. I don’t like them, so if it is that type of story, then it’s almost guaranteed to be a lower rating from me. The only way this could change, is if the book just blows me away and makes it so different that it doesn’t even feel like a slow burn. This is what makes a great story if you want to go the slow burn way. Overall, if I thought Reese and Devon were secretive, it seems Cole will be too, if not more. There was just so many cryptic hints at the end of this book that I’m almost positive who Cole’s love interest will be. Top that off with learning about his family based on what Devon, Kaleb and Tanner say as well as their mother and it’s inevitable. It will definitely be more mysterious and possibly dark.

In Billionaire Undeceived we have the third Remington brother, Devon, getting his happy ever after that he never saw coming. Reese Martin was hiding something and Devon’s gut tells him he needs to find out what it is. Reese is hiding in Crystal Fork, Montana working for Hannah Remington as her manager. Hannah’s brother in law, Devon, thinks Reese is hiding something and sets out to find out why. Instead he finds a sexy, kind, lovely woman who turns his world upside down. However, Devon’s mission to find out who Reese really is turns into a journey of twists and turns for this couple but leads them right where they need to be.

Devon and Reese were an easy couple to fall in love with. For all of Devon’s thinking he didn’t need love in his life, Reese sure proved him wrong. They had great chemistry, the plot of the story is very strong with a bit of nail biting towards the end. There is plenty of romance, hot sexy and a wonderful happy ever after. There are great secondary characters that add strength and humor to the story. I definitely loved all the Remington Brothers and their journey to HEA. I highly recommend Billionaire Undeceived as well as Kaleb and Tanner’s stories for great reads.

Saying that Devon Remington and Reese Monroe hit it off when they first met couldn't be farther from the truth. She's guarded and reticent in revealing information about herself. He wary about her and increasingly pushy with questions. His gut telling him something's not quite right. And so begins a great enemies to friends to lovers billionaire romance courtesy of J.S Scott. I really came to love both of these people. They both are justified in their actions and reactions. She's harboring a huge secret. He's seriously jaded about love because of bad experience. The chemistry is there for all their friends and family to see. Devon's transformation from "I don't do love or relationships" to a man smitten and obsessed was fun to see. Having someone other than her parents dote on and spoil her was a new experience for Reese and it was going to rake getting used to. Taking it one day at a time and developing trust and friendship leads them both to something that could be everlasting

Good news too, Ms. Scott introduces two new Remingtons whose stories will be coming our way in the near future.

I have loved every book in this series. I love everything about it, including the town of Crystal Fork, Montana, all of the characters, and even the background characters. The Remington family is the heart of this series

We get to meet Devon, oh, wow! He has a reputation for being a ladies' man, but as far as Reese is concerned, he’s a jerk.

Reese moves to Crystal Fork, she says, for a change, but she has secrets that she’s hiding, and they’re tearing her apart. She loves the town and the people in it, especially the Remington family well, except for one of them, Devon, the thorn in her side.

Reese and Devon are drawn to each other and begin to wonder if what they thought they knew about one another is true. When the truth comes out about who Reese is, the caveman protector comes out in Devon.

The chemistry between the two main characters is spicy and Devon who doesn’t believe in all consuming love falls hard! This is a great series!

Another really awesome story

This was the 22nd book in the series and they just keep,getting better. They can all be read as standalone books, I prefer to read them in order, you get to know the characters that will feature in later books and reconnect with characters from previous books, learning a little more of their lives since the end of their books.
I loved Devon & Reese, he was so sure a relationship wasn’t for him and Reese was hiding from her past, it seemed like they were destined not to be together. But J S Scott has such a talent for weaving her stories and characters together, and I love that the Devon’s family are so close knit and supportive of each other.
What I also love about this authors books is that she doesn’t put in all that unnecessary angst and drama, yet you still get all the emotions and for me I just had to keep reading long after I should have gone to bed!
It seems such a long wait for Cole’s story, but I know it will be well worth the wait! ❤️

Billionaire Undeceived by J.S. Scott delivers the kind of steamy billionaire romance I always expect but fall deeply in love with. Devon, guarded and determined, doesn’t trust Reese from the start when she's hired at Glam Anywhere. His suspicions drive him to offer his kindness in order to uncover her secrets. What he finds is a woman shaped more by fear than deception.

Reese is a relatable heroine who’s trying to rebuild her life, and while she initially resists Devon’s advances, she gives in thanks to a little nudging from her friends—and the irresistible offer to learn how to ride horseback. Their chemistry becomes undeniable, as their emotional vulnerability raises to the surface.

Although predictable at some parts, the emotional payoff makes up for it. Devon’s transformation from a suspicious billionaire to a man willing to trust and protect will keep you hooked until the very end.

If you enjoy strong heroines, brooding heroes, and love that heals old wounds, Billionaire Undeceived is well worth the read.

This book falls under an enemies to lovers trope, though to be honest Devon and Reese together in this book is so heartwarmingly sweet, but also healing🙌

Devon is wary of Reese and her motivations for moving from a big city to live in a small town like Crystal Fork, Montana. Devon knows she is hiding something and he’s prepared to do whatever it takes to find out what and make sure she’s not a threat to his family. But he soon glimpses fear in her eyes and knows that he will do anything to protect her…as she’s not a threat to anyone in his family.

Reese knows she’s keeping secrets from those she cares about, but she has a good reason. When Devon finally changes his tune, she discovers a man with so many more layers and a side she finds quite attractive😳

I loved this story and I can’t wait to find out more about Cole and Asher…the Remington cousins🤩 I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review❣️

Devon Remington and Reese Martin (Monroe) have sparks of chemistry flying between them, but Devon’s mistrust of Reese and what he perceives as her secrets, makes them more adversarial than acquaintances.

Until Devon and Reese embark on a horse back riding lesson, where Devon thinks he can find out her secrets, but instead he grows to respect her. They forge a tentative friendship.

We all know how that works out, the more time they spend together, the more time they want to spend together. And Devon has accepted that her secrets aren’t harmful to his family.

And they aren’t until the day Reese engages in an activity from her old career to save a pregnant mother. After the birth, Reese shares her entire backstory and is afraid she has chased Devon away. But it only draws him closer and more protective.

I loved both Reese and Devon, and their slow burn romance. The story has a little humor, enough s€x, drama, and the ultimate happy ending for the couple.

Another great book to the series 😍

Devon is very protective of his family, so when Reese moves to Crystal Forks form a big city he becomes suspicious and want to know what her motivations are, and he has made it his mission to find out, but he has to try and different tactic and make her feel comfy with him to open up, teaching her how to ride horses is the perfect plan.

Reese moved to Crystal Forks to hide away from a dangerous situation.  Adjusting to small town life has been hard. She knows Devon is trying to find out information about her life and keeps her guard up.  Devon teaching her to ride makes her nervous and not because of his ulterior motivative but because she finds him attractive ❤️
The chemistry between these two is hot. Starting to become friends will secrets get in the way to stop the passion that's bubbling?
This book is a must 😁

I love how J S Scott brings Cole into the story setting us up for our next read, I can not wait to see what comes next 😍

e are back in Montana with the Remington Brothers and the Devon finally gets his chance for a HEA with Reece, a woman with a secret past that won’t stay hidden no matter how much she wants it to. Devon wants to find out about her past but Devon is making it hard and so they butt heads over this. Devon and Reece have great chemistry and you will be rooting for them to make it even as they fight their attraction to one another as they both believe that they don’t deserve love. When they finally give in to their attraction the past rears its ugly head will their new found love be able to withstand it? I really enjoyed this book but I’ve loved all the books in this series. I recommend you read the first two books in this series ( The Montana Billionaires), but also the entire Billionaire’s Obsession series, I guarantee you will enjoy each and every one. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Any J.S. Scott Billionaire book is gonna be a winner in my book (tee hee, tee hee).

Devon is so suspicious of Reese that in order to get answers to his questions, he basically becomes her friend and then subsequently falls in love. It’s kind of hilarious, how he didn’t expect something like that to happen. And the secrets Reese is keeping is a big one. But one that definitely adds to the mystery and the suspense of the story, and one that keeps your pages turning.

With a great found family feel, I loved getting to see all the side characters (and revisit the brothers and their ladies from the previous books!). The best part is the romance though. The steam, the communication between Devon and Reese, and the adoration he just exudes. It’s all so satisfying.

Annnnnnddddddd I already know I want the next book. Can’t wait for Cole’s story.

I loved Reese and Devon’s story. Devon has always been skeptical of Reese thinking she’s hiding something and always trying to get it out of her which caused tension between them. Little did he know she did have a secret and was lying to her closest friends, but for a good reason. Devon decided to take another route and befriend her, get to know her hoping she would share, but what he didn’t expect was to fall hard for Reese and that scared him. These two were falling hard and when he learns the truth he can’t help but feel overly protective because he’s learning that she is his everything. These two were so cute together, both have insecurities but I loved the communication between them proving they were just who they needed. Another great read by this author and can’t wait for the next book in this series.

As ever this author delivers. The billionaire series is totally absorbing and it is delightful how past characters intertwine with learning about the present ones. We’ve met the Remington brothers before both Tanner, and Kaleb feature in this book and we learn about cousins, Cole and Asher. Who will have their own say in future books I believe, but this storyline is about the younger of the three Remington boys Devon and a lady with secrets Reece. The two are very wary of each other and Devon is almost hostile with his constant questioning of Reese, as he suspects all is not what he sees. They agree a truce, and events unfold where a past is shown, and those barriers are lowered. A fantastic dramatic and highly interesting story unfolds. However there is a delightful HEA, and the beginning of an intriguing new storyline hatching. A great escape from reality.

Devon and Reese's story is one that keeps you interested. Reese works with Hannah and Devon wants to make sure all is good on that front. Devon has questions and befriends Reese to get the answers. Reese has a secret, and Devon is not keen on love or relationships. He decides the only way to make sure Reese is good for Hannah and Crystal Fork is to be her friend and find out who the real Reese is. He first offers to take her riding to get to know her and see what her deal really is. Two people who have strong reservations about each other soon realize that each have great qualities and also a past but find comfort in each other as the feelings start to develop. This story is one of my favorites and I have read all of J. S. Scott's books and looking forward to Cole's book.

I loved this book. This is one of my favorite authors and I’ve loved each book so far. Loved how Devon starts falling for Reese but it’s obvious to him that she’s hiding something. I loved how close they became and even had some tears when they opened up to each other. There’s a reason he’s never been in a relationship for so many years and loved how he became a great boyfriend to her. Loved how he’s so protective and will do anything to keep her safe. There’s some danger but thankfully they finally get their happy ever after. Looking forward to the next book in this series. I voluntarily read an advanced readers copy and I highly recommend this book.

A sensational enemies to friends to lovers love story that will keep you on the edge of your seat!! Fall in love with Reese and Devon and uncover all the secrets that this couple are keeping with each other!! A crazy journey to their HEA and the introduction to two cousins that you can't help but want their love story too!! This author gives both POV flipping back and forth between chapters so you can understand the feelings of both characters!! Many emotions flow through this book and you can' t help but smile when this family finally gets their HEA!! Loved this book and highly recommend you grab this book today and enjoy!!

Another wonderfully romantic read from this author. Always interesting with great character depth, Devon is charismatic but doesn't trust easily and feels something doesn't quite add up with Reese. Reese has a secret but can't risk sharing until something happens that means her choosing. Loved the build up of friendship first. Always makes for a strong base for lasting relationships. Life can take a turn for the unexpected that actually turns into a blessing and change for the better, this was a life changer in this this case. Escaping into this story was relaxing and enjoyable, gave me smiles a plenty and the heat? Well that was 🔥🔥. Perfect.

I loved Devon in the previous books and now I fully love him!!! I loved how protective he is for his family and friends. He isn’t very trusting and I loved how he struggles with trying to figure Reese out whilst fighting his growing attraction. I loved Reese and I loved how JS Scott wrote her so you find everything out at the same time as everyone else at what’s Reese is hiding. I loved this family and falling in love with Crystal Fork as well. I loved how the girls band around them all. I have loved this series since Simon & Kara and every book just gets better. Can’t wait now to find out more about the cousins!!

Loved Devon and Reese’s story. Won’t go into spoilers, but the third book in the Montana/Crystal Fork Billionaires, and the long running Billionaires Obsession series, did not disappoint. I’m a long term reader of Author JS Scott, and I love how she continues to be able to come up with creative story lines with handsome strong Billionaires and adorable, sweet, sassy heroines, and she weaves in a few characters from the previous books to make loving and intriguing families an integral part of the story. Be warned, once you start reading you won’t be able to put it down. Looking forward to reading Cole’s book next.
