5 I can’t believe it’s over stars!!!

 photo f55cd358-a715-4331-8efd-23aa17fd41f4_zpscaa798bf.jpg

I started this journey with Keatyn in September of 2012 when it first began. I’ve read every book faithfully on release day. Made lots of new friends on the Keatyn Chronicles facebook group and I have to say I’m really sad one of my favorite series has come to an end.

After dealing with her stalker for way too long- Keatyn is ready to fight back. She’s sick of being worried about her family, and her friends. Sick of all the lies and putting those she loves in danger.
“I feel like I’m holding a live grenade and if I make the wrong move, everything around me will explode.”

Keatyn has lots of life changing decisions to make. One of them is which boy will win her heart.

Will it be the boy who wished on the moon? Who’s made her feel at home in a foreign place? The one whose lips are bliss and who gives her four-leaf clovers, someone who she could imagine watching sunsets with every night and dreams of going to Paris with her?

 photo e4970992-05bb-4555-964c-df5f9aba94ac_zps55123b31.jpg

Or will it be her first love? The boy she spent the summer of waves with. Who has been a part of her life for so long? The boy she promised to give a second chance with. Who lives in the chaos, quotes her Keats and she watches the sunrise with?

You will not get one single spoiler about who Moon Boy is from me. And I encourage you to read the book and experience it all for yourself. Because it is an experience. I can’t tell you all the feelings I had while reading this one. There were so many funny and swoony moments, there were moments I was terrified, where my heart was beating out of my chest, moments I was elated, and yes- there were even moments I shed some tears. It’s a book that needs to be experienced in the best way possible. All you need to know is Keatyn is happy. That is the most important part. It’s her journey after all…
“What does your heart want right now?”

“You. It wants you.”

 photo 80137467-5c8f-4dee-b9a5-683e1e9b83ba_zps143ae72f.jpg

The conclusion to Keatyn’s story is fast-paced and starts with a bang. It kept up the momentum all the way through. There was never a slow moment. I loved how Jillian wrapped everything up. There was something at the end that completely shocked me. I mean- I was thrown off by that something. Wow.

Now on to something more fun. My favorites. My favorite character has never changed (Riley). My favorite saying- Unleash the Titan. My favorite part from this book- the gazebo. Oh yes.

Overall, this is a series that has been an addiction to me. These are characters I’ve grown to love and care about, stories I’ve re-read over and over again. It’s a story I highly recommend to everyone because I love it so much, and I want others to experience it as well. I hope when Jillian continues with some spin-off characters books, we get some Keatyn and Moon Boy because I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to them!
“Does the future ever scare you?”

“Not as long as you’re in it.”

"I'm trying to get my life back." But at what price?"

description

This book is completely impossible to review without giving anything away so I won't even attempt. I will say that the action scenes were very OTT(who scripted Lassie?) and that this fun series wraps up rather nicely.

Sadly, certain characters didn't get enough scenes and I was SO shocked about.... well you know I can't say!

description

All any fan of the series needs to know entering into this last book is that Keatyn gets her Moon Boy.

Sadly The Keatyn Chronicles are now over

 photo SadSimba_zpsf8ee876c.gif

‘Sometimes you can’t find yourself until you’re lost.’

The perfect Script
I first met Keatyn Douglas in Stalk Me, she was sixteen years old living the life most teens dream about. She’s the daughter of Hollywood movie star Abby Johnston, they reside in a HUGE Malibu beach house, Keatyn gets in to the hottest clubs, drives exotic cars and has a wardrobe full of high fashion couture. At school she ran with the popular clique of rich kids while dating a well known child star actor named Sander. Only he’s not the one who holds her heart.

A Wish on the Moon
It seems that more than one male seeks to have K’s attention, each boy will make your head spin and your heart swoon. By the end of book one a fan turns in to a stalker…he flips the script…as Keatyn suddenly finds herself his number one fixation.

The next few books chronicle all the changes in Keatyn’s life. She is quickly whisked away to boarding school on the East coast. At her new school Keatyn has a strong connection with…someone… in fact it’s so strong she knows he must be the one…the one she wished on the moon for. Her moon boy! Except there is still one guy from home that holds a place in her heart…is it possible he is meant to stay in her past OR could he actually be her moon boy, her future?

Along the way Keatyn:

-Meets a new boy or two or three OR FOUR
-She battles it out with a mean girl
-Parties at a cave
-Get’s the key to a boy’s heart
-Tells more than a few lies
-Shares hot molten lava kisses with one boy
-Watches a boy surf to success and win BIG
-Tutors a soccer HOTTIE god
-Makes a frienemy
-Has her heartbroken
-Steams up the library with her current boo
-Makes a HOT video on a private jet plane with TWO hot guys
-Get’s a fly NYC pad
-Gets serenaded to by one boy
-Lands a major movie role
-Speaks fluent French
-Unleashes the Titan
-Get’s a SUPER HOT bodyguard
-Jumps off the cliff of love
-Tells more lies to cover the ones she's already told
-Faces off with her stalker
-Realizes the identity of her Moon boy

Thing’s come to a head when her stalker gets creative in his need to bring her out of hiding. In Get Me Keatyn decides it’s time to take back her life; even if it means sacrificing herself to save the ones she loves.

“This is for you. Love yourselves. Find control in your chaos. Follow your heart. And don’t be afraid to wish on the moon.” -Keatyn

My Thoughts
I just want to give Jillian a million kisses!!!

I loved every single book in this series, and as much as I hate to see it end I was excited to see how life played out for Keatyn and her Moon Boy.

This review will be very brief, because I do not want to spoil this series for anyone.

I will start by saying Get Me made me cry, laugh, and swoon. It was an EPIC ending and worth the wait. I hope everyone will give this series a try. While reading this series I have fallen in love with Aiden, Brooklyn, Riley, Dallas, Dawson, Cooper, Logan…hell I don’t know the whole gang really. I wish I could have attended Eastbrook!! I won't even get started on her family, because she had the best family and I loved them all.

Where do I start when this is the end?…

What a ride. What a crazy, incredibly frustrating, insanely addictive ride.

This series has been my guilty pleasure from day one. You love it when you love it, and you love it when you don't.

It's like a carefully orchestrated car crash that's impossible to look away from.

It has met my stubborn resistance and pulled me on a journey of discovery, growth, loss, and love. A journey interwoven with so much drama. It's pure chaos.

Addictive chaos.

Perfect chaos.

Chaos that has generated almost a cult following.

Despite the dramatic insanity that is Keatyn's life. Despite having to battle constant frustrations. Despite everything. I always craved more.

I finished each installment, aching for the next one. And with each new release, I'd drop life until I was finished.

It's not a perfect series. In fact, it will sometimes annoy you to your breaking point, but every time it manages to suck you back in.

I can sum up Get Me in one word. Closure. For so long, this series has controlled me, and in the end Jillian Dodd gives us closure. She gives us The End.

The book starts off big and keeps the pace the entire way through. You find out that sometimes things aren't always as they seem, and Keatyn isn't the only one with secrets. Insert first jaw drop here. The first that will be followed by many. It's a crazy ride. Be warned though, you'll need to throw your big girl fictional panties on and realize that this is a story….a work of FICTION. This series has never been huge on strict realistic accuracies, it's part of the fun. Get Me is also saturated with some pretty extraordinary situations. There will be times where you're going to be like, "Come on! That would never happen in real life." But that's the point, this isn't real life. It's fiction. Can you really create a handwritten legal document on a snowflake? Probably not. And if you're risking your life in a death defining moment to save someone you care about, are you going to whip out your phone and film it? Mmmmmm….yeah, no. So just allow your eyes to roll and enjoy the story. It is pure entertainment!!

Perhaps how everything climaxed and concluded was too much, a little too over the top, but this series has always been too much. Too much from day one. But I have too much love for this series not to be completely satisfied and overly content with how it all ended (and my moon boy wasn't even in the running).

It was about so much more than just who she ended up with. It was about a journey. An experience. A resolution.

This was about happily ever after!

READ ON!

"If you're expecting a unique YA-mature read with sharp edge and an addictive story line, then slap your own arse because this is the book for you." -- Stalk Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, #1)

"Jillian somehow managed to meet my stubborn resistance by pulling me into a story that is filled with beautifully chaotic, teenage drama. It's a story that's fun and fresh, sexy and steamy. It's dangerously addictive." -- Kiss Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, #2)

"This book picks up exactly where Kiss Me left off. And just like its predecessors, it drove me insane, completely insane. Even the parts you don’t like, you tolerate, and the parts you hate, you love. It’s a crazy addiction that I can’t explain." -- Date Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, #3)

"At the start of every single book, I painstakingly turn from one page to the next with a kaleidoscope of emotions. I can usually sense the direction the story is headed, and it punches me right in the heart. LOOK AWAY! I can't! NO! Damn you Jillian! I need a drink!" -- Love Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, #4)

"From naughty movie covers to hidden messages in the sand, Disney is for all ages. So is The Keatyn Chronicles. I'm not saying your readers are going to find a giant golden penis hidden somewhere between the pages , but what I hope they understand is that YA-mature means YA-for everyone. Everyone of all ages. Except for maybe babies. Mostly because they can't read." -- Adore Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, 4.5)

"It's an unconditional addiction!" -- Hate Me (The Keatyn Chronicles, #5)

I just can't do it

bored

I'm not even sure why I kept reading this series after not really enjoying Stalk Me. I just didn't connect with Keatyn and definitely did not agree with a lot of her decisions throughout this series. She was immature and annoying. She was in a very serious situation and I really didn't like how she handled it. And all the different boys she was with was just annoying as well. Sander, Cush, Brooklyn, Dawson, Aiden! Seriously! Please stop Keatyn.

I tried to like this series, and this book in particular, but I just don't. Maybe one day when I'm really bored I will finish the rest of this book but that is highly unlikely.

CAN NOT WAIT.

Starting my reread of this series now. :)

26th Aug: Day after the release. It did NOT disappoint.

I love this series. The plot is simply brilliant. And since Jillian has asked her readers not to say anything about it or to give away spoilers, I'm going to do just that. Enjoy this wonderful series.

P.S.: This epilogue is worth its weight in gold.

THIS REVIEW IS COMPLETELY SPOILER FREE, EVEN THOUGH I WISH I COULD SHOUT CERTAIN THINGS FROM THE ROOFTOP. YOU'RE WELCOME. :)

Going into Get Me, I was a mess of emotions:

I was excited, I was anxious, I was nervous - I mean, I've invested two years of my life into this series. And, I didn't just read the books - I joined the KC Addicts Facebook Page, participated in group competitions, did re-reads with other fans, and even spent a long weekend in Cocoa Beach with other KC Addicts and Jillian herself. I have KC swag for days and I wear necklaces, t-shirts, and even carry around bags with the KC brand all over them. When I say I'm a dedicated fan, I'm not joking - I love this series to death. I feel like even though I read the first book not too long after I graduated college, I was growing up with Keats through these books. These books are a part of me. I found myself so invested and I really felt like this book would be the end of an era.

And it is, in some ways.

Okay, I know you don't care about how I connect with the series so let's just talk about this book - the ending of it all. Was it worth it? Did it meet my expectations? Did I walk away happy?

The honest answer is... absolutely.

While reading Get Me, I laughed, I cried, I bit my fingernails and I felt the emotional roller coaster ride as it coasted over each little bump.

At the beginning, a lot of our questions from Hate Me get answered right off the bat. I will say this... at around 6%, I had one of these moments:

And then I was all

And that's pretty much how it went the entire time for me. Things I knew would happen, some happening exactly how I assumed and some in a completely different way. (One word: GAZEBO! Did not see that coming lol)

That is, until the showdown with V. I didn't expect it to happen the way it did, and I will admit that I cried throughout that section of the book and even though it was midnight and I had to work in six hours, I knew there was no way I was stopping until I finished.

Get Me was absolutely gripping and a fantastic ending to this incredible series. The Keatyn Chronicles seriously is such a unique series in that it is filled with drama that absolutely UNNERVED me, but captivated me at the same time. Sometimes I wanted to jump through my phone and kill Keatyn - like literally, I was like

But at the same time, I loved watching her grow. When I read Stalk Me, I wasn't sure about Keats - I was intrigued by her story, but found her rather annoying. But, by the end, I felt like Keats had grown so much - she really put others before herself and I admired that. Did she still pull some stupid stunts and act immature in this book? Well duh, but she's also very young and (hellooooo) she's Keatyn Douglas - it's part of who she is. But she grew, she changed, and it was amazing to watch.

7 books. 2 years. Thousands of words written by Jillian and devoured by me. Countless friends made through the KC group. And forever - the length of time I will remember this series and what it made me feel.

Bravo, Jillian. Thank you.

I have no words. I can't even. I still can't believe this is the last Keatyn Chronicles book. Jillian Dodd, you are a freaking genius.
The most perfect end to my #1 favorite series of all time.
Such a bittersweet ending and I'm so heartbroken and emotional the series is over but I know I'll reread it a million times.

Okay, so I had high expectations for this book. I've been a fan of The Keatyn Chronicles since it started. It was different and fun. But...I didn't love LOVE this book like I've loved some of the others.

Positives:

Keatyn didn't annoy me AS much. (That's saying a lot because she seriously got on my nerves in the other ones. Lol.)

More A!!! I mean--I've always loved Aiden. He's sweet. But, I got a whole book with him. Happy heart.

You got to see other characters. Some of the characters that I've missed make an appearance. I love that.

I swooned.

The Titan!!

The range of emotions through some of it were crazy. Heart pounding, white-knuckle, I want to punch someone emotions. Can't get enough.

Knox!! Love, love, loved him! I need more Knox.

--

Alright, here are the negatives: (please don't hate me....)

Let's be honest. Keatyn is spoiled and sort of a snot. She's has an attitude that would make me want to punch her if she was my friend. She knows she's hot-shit and it's head-banging-on-a-table worthy. I can't take it. She's entitled and expects everyone to take her stuff. I don't like this kind of heroine. She wants to be a badass, but really she's just--rude. And...she's makes awful, awful decisions. Come on, girl! Get it together.

Was any of it age appropriate? Some of the stuff they were doing? Sweet Lord. Get these kids some damn parental supervision! No parent wants to hear about the sex you're having. None...

The most climactic part of the ENTIRE series was a whole whopping 7-ish pages. 7. Damn. Pages! I just--I can't. Really...I needed more. So much more. And how it resulted....oh my gosh. Are you for real?! No. Just no. Disappointing.

Aiden's voice. What the heck? Be a man! You sound like a girl. Your thoughts are so damn whiney, I almost wish I didn't get your POV because you kind of annoy me.

The hookups. Nope. Didn't like that at all. She fed these great people to sharks! Sharks who we all hated, mind you. Doesn't make sense.

Those emotions I was talking about earlier? Well--those stopped. Like, BAM, no more things happen. Even the times I was supposed to "awe," or "what the what?" ....I didn't.

THE ENDING. So predictable. I mean, I didn't really need to read the book to know the outcome. Nothing happened that I didn't think would. (Minus the huge upset, but I'm trying to be spoiler-free here) The whole thing was anti-climatic. I was hoping for so much more from everyone. I yawned through a good portion of it.

---

All in all, it was a fine read. Did I love it? No. Was it what I had hoped for? No. Which makes me sad because I actually loved the series as a whole. This last book was my least favorite. The drama, hurt, love and want just weren't there for me. This doesn't mean I don't recommend the series. I do. It's different. But, Get Me wasn't everything I thought it would be. That knock-your-socks-off hungover feeling didn't really happen.

*insert sad face*

I know I'm the far minority here, and that's okay. Simply because I didn't love the series doesn't mean you won't. Jillian is still a mastermind, she still writes great books, this one just didn't do it for me.

Before I started this last book, I went back and read my reviews for the previous books just to see where my head was at for each one. Here’s what I found, I fell in love with Cush in the first book. Head over heels and completely and totally – until she went to Eastbrooke.

I had a little love for a certain Hottie God, but he drove me crazy so then I totally fell completely, worshiping in love with Dawson and I pretty much stayed that way until I heard he wasn’t even originally supposed to be in the books AND Jillian had written the end in the beginning – she already knew who Keatyn was going to wind up with…that was a bummer.

After I let Dawson go, and realized that Damian was pretty much Riley’s equivalent in her early life, I was down to the same two choices that every other female loving these books was down to; A or B… Aiden or Brooklyn. And reading back through, it was easy for me to pick a team because after I let Dawson go after Date Me (and the bad news) there was only one other guy I ever let have a little piece of my heart (I was starting to feel it was getting broken more than not). But then I read Adore Me and it was over – while I still wanted to love Dawson, and I still do… I truly believed Aiden was the one for our Keats. I just never felt a connection to B…but here was the problem with that – Keatyn did AND Jillian kept saying everything would come full circle.

I was nervous starting this book. Between wondering where/when Vincent would pop up, who was going to get hurt, who was going to survive – I was petrified. And so it began…

OBVIOUSLY, I can’t tell you who Moon Boy is…

So here’s what I can tell you. Jillian Dodd found a way throughout this whole series to make you want to read this guilty pleasure, Gossip Girls meets Mean Girls meets 90210 series. I don’t even feel bad that I’m in my 30’s reading about a 17 year old and her friends.

While this probably wasn’t my favorite installment of the series, it was definitely a must-read! I read it all in one night – I had to know who Moon Boy was and Jillian is a storyteller.

My Loves:
The way the story is mostly told…I always devour a KC book
Tommy, Cooper, Riley – I loved them all in this book

Not so loves:
Not enough time with certain characters – it was the last book and I wanted more of some of them buuuttt I can’t tell you who :(
The switching in the last few chapters – when you read it, you’ll know what I mean
The way it all wraps up – but not because of her choice. Again, you’ll just have to read it.

What I can say is Jillian absolutely told the truth, the book will come full circle. You’ll just have to jump on the train for the ride through the Chaos.

Good luck on your journey, may fate, luck and chaos – and lots of hot kisses, be with you!

So....where to start? First what an amazing ride the series has been. This was the ultimate finish to the series. I think I felt every emotion I could feel then Jillian piled on some more. Keatyn's journey was so unique and watching her develop over the course of the 7 books was the ultimate book experience. The friendships and character development were superb and I'm honestly going to miss these characters. The ending was one I could have never imagined. It was a twist and I'm so happy I read it cover to cover and got to watch the story unfold; I don't think I would have appreciated it nearly as much even though the whole time I was dying to know the answer to who is moon boy? It's exactly as it should have been regardless of your "team". Thanks for an amazing ride!

Initial Thoughts: A brilliant ending. I have SO MANY FEELS.

For me, this was probably the best book of the series, and I enjoyed it immensely. This was much more fast-paced than previous books and I loved how Jillian tied everything up at the end. While it's not quite a neat little bow (Brooklyn's story made me really sad and Riley doesn't get his HEA but I'm not complaining as he has a spin-off series, yay) it brought a fair amount of happy endings.

Of course, the two main threads were wrapped up in this one - who is Moon boy and did she choose him, and the stalker plotline. It looked like it was going a certain way on the romance and I was feeling an actual pain in my chest but thankfully it all went my way. I had been mad at the other boy for most of this series and one of the things I really liked about Get Me was how Jillian brought me to a point of understanding in that relationship. Both of them thought they were in love, wanted to be in love with one another as they had been crushing so hard in secret for so long but the reality vs the fantasy was very different. Both also had a lot of growing up to do over the series and it was beautiful that they came to the same realization at the same time: They would always love each other and be a part of each other's lives but only as friends. All my frustration with him melted away at that and, in hindsight, I have to admire how Jillian crafted that relationship.

And I was incredibly happy she chose the right boy because he was perfect for her and with every book I just fell more and more in love with him so I was jumping for joy (even if Keats did give me a heart attack with how she was acting at this part of the story.)

The stalker plotline ended explosively although I think some of those scenes could've been a bit more developed but it was great to see Keatyn take control of the situation and take back her life.

Probably the thing I enjoyed most about this series was Keatyn's development (as well as Aiden because come on, The God of All Hotties!) Keatyn was an immature, spoiled little brat in the first book and she has matured into a responsible, confident young woman who knows what she wants and takes steps to achieve it.

I adored the ending and how Jillian tied in Captive Films and the trilogy on the big screen and I thought it was very cleverly done.

Having read this series now, I can happily recommend it. I loved the angst-driven romance throughout this series and all the love interests were fun even if I was frustrated at certain points. It meanders a bit in some of the books and the stalker aspect could've been executed better but for swoony romance and high-school drama, it gets ten out of ten. Overall series rating: 4 stars.

Actual Rating for Get Me - 4.5 stars.

5 Stars for Get Me & 4 for the previous books in the series!

Ahhhh... The Keatyn Chronicles. This is an insanely additive series by Jillian Dodd that follows Keatyn Douglas/Monroe on her journey of self discovery and freedom. There are seven books altogether in this series; six full length and one novella. Keatyn is a sixteen year old girl living the Hollywood lifestyle with her Brangelina-esque parents. When Keatyns world is turned upside down by a crazed stalker, she is sent off to live at an exclusive (and secure) boarding school. Throughout the series we follow Keatyn as she learns about growing up, fighting back, and finding her true love - her "moon boy".

I pretty much have no business reading this series. I'd say it's a 'mature YA' but it's very teenager-y. And I am not a teenager...not even close. So why, you may ask, is a thirty (*cough* thirty-one *cough*) year old reading a book about the trials and tribulations of a bunch of teenagers? Well, I really have no good answer for that other than this; THIS SERIES WILL SUCK. YOU. IN!! I can't even explain it but I read this entire series in a period of 3-4 weeks (as well as reading other books) and I just really couldn't stop. Imagine if Gossip Girl had been set in between Hollywood and an exclusive boarding school in the middle of nowhere - That is what this series is like and I freaking loved it.

To say anything more about the series would be spoiler-y and there are very specific instructions at the end of each book asking people not to share any spoilers, so I will leave things here. I will add though that this series had one of the sweetest and most beautiful epilogues around. You will not be disappointed.

Get Me is the final book in The Keatyn Chronicles and I'm so sad a series I've been obsessed with for months is now over. At least it had an epic finale! Get Me was a pretty perfect conclusion to the series. After months of speculations and theories, I had ideas of where this story would go, but I was wrong. So wrong. Nothing was like I expected, it was all even better! Get Me picks up right where Hate Me ended and continues with Keatyn trying to get her life back. There were surprises right from the get-go. This story is full of twists I never saw coming. It had me blissfully happy, frustratingly nervous, and surprisingly sad. My emotions were all over the place. And I loved every minute of it! Dodd ends Keatyn's journey beautifully. It takes awhile but Keatyn gets her life back, picks her moon boy, and finally gets her happily ever after.

Author Jillian Dodd is the master of Emotion Manipulation. One minute you're all fine and dandy, smiling away. The next, you're sobbing uncontrollably, and are a blubbering mess. But that was what made Get Me, EPIC. She took what we have all fallen head over heels in love with, and made into the best darn ending possible.

Not only does Keatyn continue to grow in Get Me, she gives everything her all. She doesn't stand down in moments of intensity. She doesn't fall victim to the harsh reality of life. Nope, she continues striving to be her best. I love her. I really love her. I loved her in each and every book before GM, but I am pretty sure my love for her grew ten-fold. Keatyn, will never just be a fictional character to me. She will be so much more than that. I have been on her journey now for close to two years, and I have absolutely LOVED every minute of it. Whether it killed me or excited me, these books and Ks journey gave me so much.

Get Me took us on one helluva roller coaster ride. It was bumpy and intense. It was extreme and crafty. It was sweet and sexy. Oh, was it it ever sexy? I knew Ms. Dodd could write some steamy scenes, but those extra spicy steamy scenes in GM, left me breathless! Total sensory overload, if you catch my drift. This is by far the absolute best story that JD has given to the world. It packed, not only a mean punch, but hope. Hope for a new day. Hope for forever. And hope for K. I ugly cried, A LOT! I didn't think it was possible to have so many unexpected turn of events to throw me for a loop. And again, K gave her all in this book. Really in the series, she grew so much. It was beautiful. It made my heart full. Plus, K finally gets her Moon Boy! (Swoon). Thank you JD for giving us this fantastic series, and letting us all grow with Keatyn. But it wasn't just Keatyn, it was each and every character that was brought to life in this series. Even Vincent!!!

I find it very difficult to find the right words. But in need of a better word - this is to you Jillian - Thank you.
I´m crying as I´m writing this. The Keatyn Chronicles was everything I hoped for, and so much more.
I loved every bit of Keatyn´s journey, and am still amazed of how amazing she is.
Today has been a really tough day. Firstly - I think I have used the same amount of cuss words that I have used the last ten years. No kidding. I´m emotional tired right now, and there are still so many thoughts running in my head. Of everything that happened. Of all those times I was so scared.
I loved the epilogue. I really did, but damn if it´s not right now the bitter sweetness that is filling my heart. I didn´t anticipate it to be so difficult to say goodbye. It warms my heart to know that Keatyn will live on - that she got her happy ending and will always be happy. (okay seriously my crying here is getting even worse. Must.find.tissue.)
I´m just so happy right now. I really am. Just has a lot of events that I still need to work through lol

It was brilliant Jillian.
From my heart - Thank you

Bittersweet in the fact that this series is over. It seems like I have waited ages for this book to come out and I stayed up eagerly anticipating my midnight download. I was put through the mill in this one...Jillian Dodd giveth with one hand and you think that she has taken away with the other, but we know that this woman can make you believe anything.

Yes I was happy with how it ended, to be honest I was a bit disappointed with how the Vincent situation concluded, but I was too wrapped up with the "moonboy" mystery to really mind or care. the biggest mystery throughout this whole series has been the identity of "moonboy" and right until the very end you are left guessing. This was handled brilliantly, just when you thought you knew, you didn't and then you really didn't and then it was relief.

A fantastic end to a fantastic series that I have loved! Even though I am 40, I have relived my youth vicariously through Keatyn and I am sad to see the end, like really really really sad!!

Merde, baby.

I had a somewhat love and hate relationship with the series. I think love and hate would be too much, since it was more on like/dislike.

Straight to the point, I don't really like Keatyn. I don't hate her, I just didn't get amazed by her personality. I think it's mostly her lifestyle that I just didn't enjoy, which everyone knows covers pretty much all the story. I'm okay with high-class lifestyle and I have friends who are, but I got annoyed with the constant outfit detailing, which are 80% brand and 20% details.
