It's been a while since i've read a book so spicy🤭🫦. This story was funny but also emotional. The chemistry between FMC and MMC is insane . I loved their open conversations and although both characters had a not so nice past, with emotional damage on both sides, the story was more for the present and the development of their relationship.
This book is a standalone in the serie By Eden, althoungh i think you may learn better and more about the characters if you read the first book, too.

I loved the story of Dameon and Hallie (and Beth). I devoured this book. It sucks you in immediately.
Hallie’s mother / step father are horrid individuals. Hallie had to make hard decisions to be able to care for herself and her sister at such a young age. Especially when her sister needed a life saving
surgery.
Dameon stepped in to save Hallie from the auction block and provide for Beth’s needs. Saving Hallie also allowed him to be the “Master” in his home that he so desired.
They had a contract for 12 months that turned into so much more but not without a lot of bumps and roadblocks along the way as both Dameon and Hallie had events in their past that hindered their future.
I was excited that James and Cora make repeat appearances in this book as well.

Grey Promotions hooked me up with this arc, and here are my thoughts:
I am obsessed with Dameon. Omg. This story was everything. I haven’t read much billionaire books. Butttttt this was sooo good. I could NOT stop reading it and ended up binging it until 2/3 am to finish it. I have never read any work by this author but WILL read more!!! I’m obsessed with this little world and the author can write characters with phenomenal banter!
The smut. The banter. The plot. I’m in. I need all the Eden books yesterday.

This book had it all, friendship, family drama, secrets, deception, betrayal, blackmail, heartbreak and love.
Hailee and Dameon were pure and utter perfection. Their chemistry was off the charts.
There relationship is purely physical, the contract outlines everything to ensure lines aren’t crossed, that includes ensuring her sister Beth gets what she needs.
But Hailee makes a counteroffer with the devil, her stepfather Mark, if found out, will have dire consequences.
Hailee is living a life of luxury, taking advantage of what Dameon has to offer.
But there are lingering questions Hailee has as to why Dameon does what he does, he answers her questions honestly, omitting some truths and she in turn shares with him her thoughts about her mother and the sacrifices she has made for her sister and Beth. They both come to a mutual understanding about each other.
Lines begin to blur and Dameon and Hailee want more, taking a risk, negating the contract.
Unbeknownst to them someone is out to undermine not only their relationship but Dameon’s work within his company, and when Dameon’s past collides with his present and Hailee faces his anger, causing him to spiral, forcing him to seek help, and when they have an open and honest conversation are truths revealed, but can they salvage their relationship after the damage is done.
This situation with Dameon has opened up Hailee’s eyes. It has lead to her doing soul searching but also reflecting on everything that has happened, she has made a decision about her future, pursuing a career as a psychologist, a chance meeting with a mentor does everything come to a screeching halt, as Hailee happens upon not only her mother, but Piper, Maddy and Rachael, does everything click into place.
In her haste to get to Dameon with the truth, does she find herself in a situation out of her control, only to learn that through the ordeal she endured, Dameon never left her side, in that moment she tells Dameon what she knows only to learn that he figured it out, retribution swift. Both finally acknowledging they cannot not move on without the other, falling into each other’s arms.
That epilogue, their happily ever after, bittersweet.
This book took the spice out of spicy, because those smexy scenes were next level and off the charts. The two scenes I loved the most were the ones between Cora, Hailee, James and Dameon, and that yacht scene woohoo! The sexual tension was explosive. Dameon was controlling, dominate and possessive, giving Hailee equal amounts of pleasure and pain, taking everything he had to give, giving back in equal measure. Not only were they primal and carnal, but sinfully wicked, hot, steamy, dirty and deliciously depraved.
Highly recommend both the author and the book. Looking forward to reading Carter and Violet’s story.

Hailee and Dameon's story is one of convenience. Hailee needs something from him and he needs something from her. Their relationship is transactional and not filled with the type of love we're used to seeing in romance novels.
Hailee is strong, sassy, and smart. She is the caregiver/taker for her younger sister. She wants to ensure that her younger sister has a long life so, she makes a deal with the devil to ensure that happens.
Hailee is not your typical FMC. She works at an exclusive club where Dameon is a member. He always picks her and they end up in one of the rooms where a sub/dom relationship occurs. He gives her an out, a contract. To ensure she doesn't have to take the deal with her stepfather but she wants to have a back up plan.
Dameon is our MMC, morally grey, struggling with figuring out what love looks like to him. He is very transactional oriented which is why Hailee is a perfect fit for him. There is some unnecessary drama near the end of the book but overall, this D/S couple finds balance in their world. Every couple looks a little different when it comes to the BDSM community. Overall, I enjoyed the book. I guess I wanted more from the MMC. More depth maybe?
Either way the BDSM was beautifully portrayed and the plot of the book was well written.

This is a well written easy to read, emotional roller coaster story, with family dynamics, friendships, fake relationship, forced proximity, angst, secrets, intrigue, touch her and die vibes, trust, friends / lovers, witty banter, humor, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, twisted, and unpredictable page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved!!! So much spice and I loved!! The reason for what Hailee does is so endearing. She already had so much chemistry with Dameon, that you knew it was gonna turn to love.

Seduced by Eden follows Tempted by Eden… in Seduced by Eden you follow Hailee and Daemons story.
Hailee ran away from home at 18 with her 6 year old sister in tow from her mom and step dad. I can understand why they fled to another country and gave up the rich social life to be free. I just cannot fathom how a mother could treat her own kids like that. Like their mere specs of dust that bother her. The woman is the definition of “dead beat mom”. The Step dad is pure shit too with all his power and glory that he needs to quite literally eat shit. Hailee is an amazing woman who made the best of Beth’s life and put herself last in all things to provide for Beth. When Beth needs life saving surgery to goes to the end of the world and back to make sure that happens. Even if it means making deals with the devil. Of course Daemon runs from these feelings, and even her because of his trust issues. But in the end he succumbs to everything that is Hailee. 😍
I love this story, seeing Daemon overcome his issues and fears and finding love is just beautiful. Watching Hailee overcome every curve ball in life and then making something of herself is beautiful. These two absolutely deserve each other.

I just cannot fathom how a mother could treat her own kids like that. Like their mere specs of dust that bother her. The woman is the definition of “dead beat mom”. The Step dad is pure shit too with all his power and glory that he needs to quite literally eat shit. Hailee is an amazing woman who made the best of Beth’s life and put herself last in all things to provide for Beth. When Beth needs life saving surgery to goes to the end of the world and back to make sure that happens. Even if it means making deals with the devil. OMG!! That last 20% seriously had my heart racing and me holding my breath the entire time. I couldn’t believe you’d do that to us Jade!! My heart was literally ripped apart till you fixed it again. With that I can actually start my review cause dang that just got me! I’m OBSESSED with this one! He calls her kitten and goddess like omg way to make me melt with those pet names. I did not expect to shed tears for this one but I totally did. It was emotional but also just so so good! The spice was TOP TIER I was melting for all of these characters. These two had great chemistry and such great character growth throughout the book. By the end I was just in a complete chokehold and I did finish in one sitting. Overall I totally recommend adding this to your tbrs.

I loved tempted by Eden but oh my seduced by Eden has topped that. There was so much going on but wasn’t overwhelming, was completely perfect. Dameon was funny and cheeky in tempted by Eden and I couldn’t wait to dive into his book, and boy did he just get better and better.
Hailee works at Eden, an elite club for the richest of rich, where you can only enter with a membership. Drinks flow, sexual desires are fulfilled, limited clothes are allowed, as well as working the floor, bar and Le Jardin, Hailee works in the office doing admin. Working to bring the money in as she is the sole guardianship for her younger sister, that needs a heart transplant.
Having to make a deal with the devil to save her sister, she bumps into Dameon, who offers her a better offer, 12 month contract to be his Submissive. Lines blur, feels become stronger, emotions swirl before everything crashes fast and hearts are broken.

This is the second installment in the Eden Series. It can be read easily as a standalone, but you do learn more of the backstory of side characters by reading in order.
Let me just say that the spice is spicing in all the best ways. The pages are so hot they sizzle. In Chemistry, these characters get an A+.
There is a great plot also though. One that tugs at your heartstrings at times. Some conversations will have you laughing out loud.
Jade writes in a way that makes you feel like you know the characters like you have a stake in their story. You will truly care about what happens to them. Daemon's a billionaire who can't trust and Hailee's done a lot of things to provide for herself and her sister since leaving home at a young age. They come together through her job and end up in a contractual relationship. Even though they pick at each other, you can sense the romantic tension and tell they care about each other. After both of their bad beginnings, you hope they can find a happily ever after together.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a smutty, plot-filled roller coaster of a ride that will have you feeling all of the emotions for the characters.

This book is HOT 🥵 I went in almost completely blind (as is my preference) and I’m glad I did because this book was so fun. This may be the spiciest book I’ve read and I’m not mad about it. 💁♀️
In fact, I recommend you don’t even read the blurb! Just trust me that you’ll have a good time with some laughs, giddying, and jaw dropping moments. I read this in 1.5 days and found myself not wanting to put it down.
We have an independent FMC (Hailee) who just happens to be an escort in Sydney. She runs into her favorite client in NYC while trying to find a way to save her sister (who needs a heart transplant). Hailee has been the legal guardian since 18, and we love a strong (and confident) woman in her 30s for our lead. FANTASTIC - I loved the tension and growth of their relationship throughout the book. Also, the way they were able to have a mature conversation? Damn that was such a twist in itself 😂. The spice in this book was again top tier - the duo pun!shment and group scene?? 🥵. Jade May also managed to make me cry again in this one, I love how she is able to bring hot spice but also make you feel for the characters and have such a good storyline - it’s the best of both worlds. While this is book two in the series, I’m new to this author and started here. It’s perfectly readable by itself, but reading James and Cora’s story first would have made it much better. Just FYI.
Hailee’s really easy to connect with, and I get why she lives like she does. The tangled emotions among the mother, stepfather, and sister made the story captivating. She reluctantly accepts Daemon’s contract, opting for the less harmful of two difficult choices.
Daemon’s strictly professional and business-focused approach to this relationship is commendable. But, as we know, when feelings are involved, it becomes difficult to remain committed to that detachment.
The Dom/sub dynamic included everything I had envisioned, and the steamy scenes were truly steamy. The mysteries woven into the storyline entertained me, and I enjoyed the HEAs.
All in all, I recommend this read. I will catch up on book one, and look forward to the next one in this series.

Adds Jade May to to list of authors if they write it I'm definitely devouring it. I was hooked on book 1 and now I am officially obsessed. Once I started I could not put it down, like who needs actual sleep with a book this good in your hands. Hailee and Dameon's story was so beautifully written. They where just the quintessential couple, perfect in every way. And Hailee livid up to my expectations from when she was introduced in book 1 she is the sweetest person ever, but she's also fierce and so comfortable in her skin I just loved her. Jade May did an incredible job, with making you be able to visualize the scenes with her descriptive words. It's truly amazing the way she just captivates your attention. Seduced by Eden is jam packed with scolding hot steamy romance, suspense, and some interesting twists that will have you second guessing yourself. I highly recommend you pick up this read you'll be highly pleased 😉.

This is a book about Dameon and Hailee, set in Sydney (which I love), and starts off as a business agreement which then turns into something much more than either of them anticipated. There's the perfect amount of chemistry, banter, romance, spice, emotion and the plot will just keep you engaged.
Hailee is just a strong female character which I loved and that automatically scores high points for me. Then add Dameon to the mix, and goodness, he's become one of my favs. He's sweet, confident and will get your body heating in a few seconds flat.
I really enjoyed this well-written book and highly recommend it. This was my first read of Jade May and after I finished this, I went back and added Tempted by Eden to the list of my next reads.

To say I was seduced by Eden would be an understatement, this may have just become my favourite read of 2025. I knew I was in for a spicy ride but I was expecting the raw emotion in this book to have me in such a chokehold. Jade has such a way with her writing that I was so hooked and felt like I was feeling every single emotion along with the characters. The chemistry alone between Dameon and Hailee was through the roof and holy hell when the connection these two had in the bedroom exploded it’ll have you fanning yourself and rummaging for your trusty friend. Where do I sign because I would happily sell my soul to Dameon, this man was a rich alpha male but the side we see of him with Hailee by his side will have you falling to your knees and wanting to submit.

This was a thrilling read (sexually and plot). This is proof there can be lots of spice and a fantastic plot! I was shook with punishment chapter after overindulging shopping- not giving any secrets away- but I was SHOOK and had to come to terms with how I felt about what had taken place...
I enjoyed reading this so much- I love the Sydney references, I loved that this book had everything from contracts, betrayal, to sacrificing yourself for family, to punishments, a yacht ;) and coming back to Eden, I love how one reoccurring theme in these books- is Eden, the Sydney club- it lures you in, lures the men (and the goddesses) in to show them what they really want.

Seduced by Eden took me by surprise in the best way. A contract marriage between a billionaire mogul and dominant and his favorite "goddess" shouldn't be filled with romance. And yet, Jade May has gifted us a story full of heart and heat. Dameon and Hailee falling for each other was an emotional story of seduction, overcoming trauma and a consensual Dom/Submissive relationship. I loved their open and honest conversations about (almost) everything. Having Hailee's stepfather and mother do everything they can to destroy her and her younger sister gave a sense of suspense to the story. Their third act breakup was brutal but it made the ending (with a little surprise twist) all the more satisfying.

I absolutely loved this one! I knew what I was getting when I started it and it delivered in all the great ways!
As I said it was a smutty good time without being super cheesy and at no time did I fast forward or want to skim. I devoured it the whole time! I loved the FMC and loved how she had a backbone even with being a submissive. The MMC was great too! They had their own independent trauma to work through and that made it a great story.
I can't wait for the next book! I will definitely be reading all books by her in the future.
