Best Calisthenics Book I’ve Read

Well just say I’ve read a lot and this is by far the best. I’ve been stuck with weight training injuries over the years but included in this book is the mobility section which is laid out and structured that it’s easily followed . I was trying it out on each description whilst reading and structured it as my following day early morning warm up. Usually there’s so much information out there which is conflicting but this actually made sense and it’s inspired me and shown me how to create my own blueprint. Definitely recommend

Fantastic!

In so many ways, I can relate to this book and author. With a knee injury from running that has led me to not run anymore, and just focus on walking and yoga. Yet, I have more aches and pains than I think I should. This book on calesthenics just makes sense. Build your base from strong ligaments up. I can’t wait to give this approach a try by following his clear exercise instructions to improve my mobility and strength. Highly recommend!
