As the zombie apocalypse rages on, Cali and her family continue to struggle with the stress of day-to-day life in this wasteland of limited food and resources. Though they have found refuge in Idaho, they are looking for something more, and a small town in Montana may be the perfect fit.
After they move, they get a message of hope from an unlikely source, telling them about Ireland; a safe zone, free from the undead. This leaves them with an impossible decision-- do they risk their lives crossing the country to get to a boat bound for a zombie-free home, or do they stay put and make the best with what they have?
In this final book of Cali's journey, how far will they go to feel like they will be truly alive once more?
I am J. Rudolph, a 30 something California native who is a bit of a zombie junkie.
I was born in the late 70's, got married in 1996, got into nursing in 2001, a mom in 2002, and wrote my first full length novel in 2012.
My house has been taken over by my obsession over turtles. I have 2 pet turtles added into my family and they are graciously allowing us to live here too.
My debut novel is available on Amazon.com for the kindle and paperback version. I hope that you will enjoy reading Cali's adventures as much as I did writing them. The Reanimates Series is a bit of a roller coaster ride through the zombie apocalypse through the eyes of a nurse.
This is the third book in The Reanimates series and it picks up right where book two ended. Cali, Trent, their son Drew and the group reach Idaho and reunite with Trent's family. They enjoy a secure place to live and hope everything will be good now but it isn't. Living in cramped quarters becomes too much so they decide to find a bigger place like a town. Heading out on the road they come across the perfect place in Montana called Wilsall but not without losses on the way. They make the town a secure place to live and even start trading with other small communities in the area. I won't say anymore except if you enjoy reading a great character driven story of family, love and the fight for survival in a world devastated by disease, with unscrupulous survivors and zombies then this is the book for you. Well done J. Rudolph
I did not expect that ending! I was close to telling NO! you fall in love with the characters and then lose them. please say their story continues with the next generation. keep up the great work.
