These diseases are characterized by severe and progressive loss of nerve cells in brain and causing brain atrophy.Multiple sclerosis is a neurodegenerative disease results in dis communication between body and brain. MS indication can be different from person to person. These are dependent on severity of nerve damage in brain. In the world, it is observed that between two to three million people have multiple sclerosis, with a prevalence of 50 to 300 per 100,000 people. There is no permanent treatment or medication therapystill exist for the patients having MS. But there are some medication therapy available which are useful for minimizing the indications of the disease and altering the disease pathways in beneficial ways.
