Single-dad rancher seeking live-in nanny for 9-year-old boy. Must have experience, be playful and not looking for a real-life love story (6 weeks only - don't apply if looking for long-term).
Hitting refresh on my search doesn't help.
There cannot be only one job in Hideaway Springs. Not that I won't take literally anything at this point, but the likelihood of Levi Reeves hiring me is negative zero.
And if he does, I'd be sleeping with the horses, not in his house! Or he'd call the police and 'finally arrest' the town Rogue for all her misdemeanours.
But that doesn't stop me from knocking on his door. Besides, his grumpy scowls are easy to tune out when my eyes keep drifting to the rugged edges of his face and sculpted physique.
I'm hired with a clear understanding that he's both desperate and got his eye on me.
And, eventually, his hands too. Because come nightfall, we drop more than our animosity.
Before the hot summer days turn to crisp autumn nights, he's claimed me as his. And as hard as I have fallen, my six weeks are up.
He may have every intention of making me stay, but my past is a reality I can never escape. And I love them both too much to bring trouble to their home.
The Rogue is the third book in the sweet, steamy and highly addictive Hideaway Springs series.
My first book from Roxanne Tully and I ate it uppp. I saw single dad x nanny and was immediately sold. This was spicy, sweet, and suspenseful and I loved the banter between the 2 MCs.
This was a 4.5⭐️ for me bc the ending felt a little abrupt and I wished we would’ve got an epilogue featuring the main characters, but I'm rounding her up to a 5!
I will definitely be reading the first 2 books in this series soon!!
𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆: 🧡 Single Dad x Nanny 🧡 Grumpy x Sunshine 🧡 FMC on the run 🧡 Small Town/Cowboy Romance 🧡 Dual POV
i saw cowboy single dad x nanny and i was immediately sold but unfortunately this book wasn't for me
the basis of the book was promising and it was really fast paced (which was what i wanted at this moment) but the timeline felt rushed, especially on the second half of the book, without giving an insight at what had happened in the meantime, how the characters' relationship developed i mean one moment they disliked each other and then there was an 180 without explanation not even a buildup in their interactions?
Okay Tessa and Levi’s story is my favorite in the series! Grumpy single dad and a spacey woman who seems to dip when the wind blows! I loved that he gave her a chance for the nanny position, there was something there and he couldn’t just let her go to never see her again. I also love that she secretly thinksb she will be a horrible nanny because she doesn’t have a maternal side and ends up so very protective of “wiggles” and loves him so very much! When things go sideways and Levi realizes (even through his stubbornness) that he loves her and she is in trouble he has no problem with walking the gray line between what’s legal to keep her to as his and to keep her safe! It all comes together when they become a family and welcome a little of their own! Pepper and Charlie are the best girl pals as well ❤️
Finally… I’ve been dnfing so many books lately. I finally found this one and I absolutely loved it!! I did not read any of the previous books, but I didn’t feel like I was missing a thing.
I loved the banter and tension between Levi and Tessa. In so many of the books I’ve read lately, the back and forth becomes repetitive and frustrating. But it was so well done in this book. I loved all the characters, but I especially loved the relationship between Tessa and Levi’s son Jackson.
I was glued to this and so invested in the story and the characters. I loved this book so much that I’m going to buy it after reading it for free on KU—that’s how good it was!!
We return to Hideaway Springs, Colorado and the Reeves Family. This time for the story of Levi & Tessa.
This was an emotional journey worth every second! I seriously could not put this one down. Your heart will cry happy tears for these two as they find their way towards one other.
Levi, Levi, Levi... Oh, my! I'm a sucker for a Single Dad and this one?! Yes, please! This grumpy, broody, rough around the edges rancher will have you SWOONING at every turn! Fiercely protective, slightly possessive and extremely wary, this man will do anything for those he loves.
Tessa Banks is a wildfire, blowing whichever way the wind takes her. She's free spirited, feisty & absolutely fierce. She's a survivor with an underlying hint of vulnerability. Life has failed her time & time again, prompting her to play by her own rules even if they get her into hot water, which is quite often. However none of this has stopped the town Rogue from striking whenever she sees fit.
From the very first moment, these two are like a powder keg, always giving off sparks, quite often through snarky banter and so much underlying tensions... She is everything Levi is trying to avoid, but like a moth to a flame, he can't seem to stay away, no matter how much he tries to push her away. Shrouded in secrets, Tessa is an enigma to him and that puts all of his senses on high alert.
Reluctantly hiring her as Jackson's nanny for the summer, Levi starts to see Tessa in a different light as her & Jackson continue to grow closer. Still unable to fully trust her, he's stubborn to admit his growing feelings until one moment changes everything and if one thing's for certain, Levi has a type and Tessa is IT! As soon as that match is lit, look out because these two have chemistry that's off the charts.
Hideaway Ranch has become a safe haven for Tessa, but as time has yet again run out, will she finally confess her hidden secrets before it's too late? Trust Levi enough to protect her from her demons or will she be the one to protect them by letting them go?
The road to happiness is anything but smooth, but these two are worth the fight. The balm to each others battered souls, they are perfect for one another in every way.
The Rogue by @roxtully.author is the third book in her Hideaway Springs series, which is a small-town romance series that focuses on the Reeves brothers. The Rogue is a single dad, cowboy romance. It can be read as part of the series or as a standalone; however, I highly recommend reading it as part of the series to get all the Tessa and Levi banter and interactions.
Roxanne has done a wonderful job of developing all the characters in this series. Before reading this book, I already loved Tessa's "town rogue" style and her relationship with Levi's son, Jackson. I wanted to see more of her acting "rogue" and had my fingers crossed she would get to be Jackson's nanny.
🧡 Tessa and her rogue ways/acts 🧡 the enemies to lovers relationship between Tessa and Jackson 🧡 the nicknames 🧡 Tessa and Levi's chemistry and banter 🧡 Levi's protectiveness 🧡 Levi removing the bedroom door
After that epilogue, I am really hoping we do get Aiden's book (the Reeves father).
I want to take a moment to applaud Tully for allowing Levi and Tessa to tell their story even when it differed from the story she planned to tell. 👏
Things I signed up for with this one.... Single dad. Grumpy rancher. Free spirited, feisty FMC. What I didn't sign up for...THE FREAKING PLOT TWIST! Just kidding! I love, loVE, LOVED every page of this emotional journey! I gave up sleep for these two and I'm not even sorry! Levi and Jackson were just the best dad/son duo. Levi was so rough around the edges and broody and then you had Jackson who was the most easy going, pure form of loving child and you just wondered how it happened. Peeling back the layers and learning why Levi was so protective with his son will have you giving the sad puppy face. Tessa on the other hand was just a runaway wildfire. Every time she would come and then ultimately leave Hideaway Springs she'd burn another bridge. But the last time she went back she wanted to stay. She was strong and fierce and played by her own set of rules. Getting the name of town rogue because even after life failed her time and again, she still fought back and bent the rules to help the little guy. Levi and Tessa together was just an explosion waiting to happen. Then one night the nightmares that plague Tessa happen and just like that, Levi cain't stay away. He wants to know all the secrets surrounding this girl. Why she leaves. Why she comes back. Why she has these nightmares. What she's hiding. Who did things to her and how in the world can he protect her and keep her safe and make everything bad in her life just go away. You watch as he goes from hard, grumpy man to being an absolute simp for this woman and it was the best. Tessa and Jackson together 🥹🥹 omg. They captured my heart. The "Wiggles and Curly, Ranch Adventures" They were nightlight buddies. I loved how these two clicked together even tho Tessa was certain she was not the nanny/motherly type. All three of them together, plus Levi's family and the ranch hands, became the best type of found family. They were each other's safe havens. I loved how Nash stepped up for both Levi and Tess. Tess making sure Willow was off the market. Her trying to keep the Reeves family safe. And I know I couldn’t been the only one who thought Frank, AT SOME POINT, had something to do with not catching Vince and Eddie. 🤣 It was all just a beautifully written story and I'm so grateful to Roxanne Tully for putting her pen to paper and then trusting me with an early copy. Thank you for healing parts of Levi and Tessa together and giving Jackson the chance to grow and go rogue.
4.5 Stars! Another fantastic addition to the Hideaway Springs series, and my favourite so far. I've been so curious about Tessa and her story, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Before this, I never would have guessed she would end up with grumpy single dad Levi.
🤠 Single dad/Nanny 🤠 A Ranch 🤠 Suspense 🤠 The sweetest 9 year old 🤠 Found Family 🤠 Dislike to lovers
This book was absolutely incredible. I devoured it in 1 day because I couldn’t put it down. There was so much tension, banter, laughter, mystery and romance. I’ve loved every book I’ve read by this author but The Rogue is my new favourite. The characters were so, so good and I thought the story was exceptional.
I loved everything about this book and highly recommend it.
My first book by Roxanne Tully. And I loved it. Crushed it in hours. Love a good cowboy romance . Super cute with a bit of suspense in it. Can’t wait for more of the series. Very excited to see where the ending of this book goes
4,5 ⭐️ Single dad cowboy who needs a nanny, that’s all you need to know.
I had such a fun time, I lovee Tess and Levi. Getting to know more about Tess was also a lot of fun. Also small towns are amazing. The ending was just a bitch rushed other than that, amazing
…about Peppers parents!!! Levi and Tessa’s story was so much better than Noah and Charlie’s but I’m still left here wondering what’s up with Peppers parents and why we never got closure from them after 3 books??
Tessa is the “town rogue”, always coming back, stirring up trouble, only to leave again.
Levi is the grumpy, single dad, hot cowboy looking for a nanny for the summer.
They both have complicated pasts, but Tessa’s seems to always rear its ugly head.
I absolutely loved their story! Watching Tessa with Levi’s son, Jackson, was so heartwarming and adorable. The progression of her relationship with Levi felt natural and the level of spice was perfect.
I am glad to have found this author, The Rogue was the right book at the right time. Cowboy, girl on the run, angst, grumpy sunshine, with a suspense element! My first time reading, but I already have the back list cued up.
An almost one sitting read, I did not want to put the book down. Tessa is full of secrets, her walls are high, she is running from her problem, and Levi will not hire her as his nanny. She is a flight risk.
Levi is a single dad, grumpy cowboy, who finds himself attracted to Tessa. There a twist and turns, but in the end we get the HEA we are looking for.
Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

This book had so much ; 🐎 Small Town 🍁 Cowboy / Ranch 🐎 Single Dad/Nanny 🍁 Grumpy x Sunshine 🐎 Woman On The Run 🍁 Found Family 🐎 No third-act breakup 🍁 HEA ... And many many more!!
Levi, a local rancher reluctantly hired a reckless Tessa to be a live in nanny for his 9 year old son, Jackson. They had instant attraction, chemistry and tension. Tessa was a mystery to Levi but we soon learn that behind her cheery and confident attitude she had a past that she was trying to escape from, a past of secret and trauma.. It was only a matter of time that she would be found...
I enjoyed their interactions - the banter, the nicknames, the sassy remarks, and the quick comebacks between them both , they had me smiling at my screen! I loved Tessa. She was a victim, a woman on the run, she was strong, protective, and fiery! She was a total BADASS.. She faced fears and worries alone to protect those around her - the chaotic town rogue was just misunderstood. I also loved how fiercely protective Levi was of his son and family. He had trust issues and had guarded his heart as he had been hurt in the past. Jackson was the sweetest boy. I liked his family too, they were supportive and had a great family unit.
The dual POV was perfect! The author made us see and feel everything, giving us front row seats inside their heads. It's unbelievable how this author managed to switch up from a lighthearted story to suspense and danger without leaving gaps. The build up towards the end OH MY GOSH!! Roxanne had me in a choke hold. The suspense and tension was definitely keeping me on my toes! As a reader, I felt EVERY. SINGLE. EMOTION that Tessa and Levi felt .. I was really stuck in the pages! ✨5/5✨
✨ Thank you Roxanne Tully for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest review ✨
The next installment in the Hideaway Springs series; The Rogue is a spicy, single father, cowboy suspense romance that readers are sure to enjoy. While the book can be read as a standalone, for the best enjoyment of the series, I always recommend reading a series in order to get the most out of it.
Tessa is a freaking hoot! She comes off as a spitfire, but inside she has a vulnerable side she lets few people see. Having landed in a new destination (again) from her constant running, she finds herself in need of a job. And what is the only job she manages to find? Being a nanny for the grumpy cowboy who hates her. *Sigh*
Before anything Levi knew two things; one, he would do anything for his son, and two, Tessa was in trouble. The type of trouble he didn’t know, but it was trouble that he didn’t want around his kid. That unfortunately was out of his hands seeing as Jackson was half in love with her already. Slowly, Tessa breaks down his walls and Levi finds himself not only over protective of his son, but also of his nanny.
As the plot progresses, Tessa’s troubles finally catch up to her, leaving Levi to do what he does best, protect. Throughout the book, there are pieces that just brought me the biggest smile. Jackson was one of them, even more so when he is with Levi and Tessa together, their little triad family is so sweet.
Tessa and Levi work well together because Tessa needs to be treated with care, even if she puts on a stone cold front. And Levi needs to care for someone, their dynamic really makes the plot of the story more relatable. When Ms. Roxy then throws in little Jackson, his sweetness, smiles and bond with Tessa makes for some of the best reading. Very happy with the read, and way to go to the author for her latest share!
Have you ever picked up a series that just hooked you from the very first installment ? That you found yourself not only falling completely in love with from the very first page but had the ability to make you feel so many different emotions you never saw coming? Everything from being speechless, to yelling outta frustration, to smiling and laughing then crying like a baby all while cheering so freaking hard ! Kinda like being on the craziest ride at the amusement park !!! you know that feeling you get in your stomach from being excited and nervous at the same time - the anticipation of whats to come next ? Well Roxanne’s Hideaway Springs Series has very quickly become that series for me . Truth be told after reading the first book and then the second I had the same thought every single time ( nothing could possibly beat this !!! And each time I was proven wrong. Well now Levi and Tessa’s story is here and it does not disappoint. The intrigue, the suspense, the drama , the twists and turns , the angst , the humor , the witty banter , the obstacles , the love , the passion, the pain , the oh so steamy , heartbreaking and heartfelt moments, the family and friendships. It has it all in spades . I adored Tessa And Levi together more than words can even express . Maybe it was the chemistry between them , maybe it was how likable and relatable they both were , maybe it was the simple fact that their story was not all hearts and flowers and they had to overcome many obstacles to get their happily ever after . I’m not really sure . I just know I became so very invested in both . The more I got to know them the more I fell completely in love. The Rouge is a must read for anyone who is a lover of cowboy, single dad , nanny , forced proximity and second chance romances with all the feels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tropes: 🧡small town 🐴 cowboy 🧡single dad x nanny 🐴grumpy x sunshine 🧡 found family 🐴suspense 🧡HEA
The Rogue by Roxanne Tully is book 3 in the Hideaway Springs series and it can be read as a complete standalone. However, for a better reading experience it is best read in order. This is Levi and Tessa’s book.
Our MMC, Levi, he is a grumpy, cowboy and a single dad to his 9 yr old son, Jackson. He not-so- enthusiastically hires Tessa to be his nanny for the next 6 weeks. He was super protective of Tessa and what she needed. He knows she’s hiding something, but is not sure what it is. He loves his ranch, his animals especially his favorite horse, willow.
Tessa is our FMC she’s a bit of a spit fire, she’s trouble in the best possible way. She is always on the run and looking for her next job, but she knows it’s temporary due to her situation. And of course the only available job option in town is working for Levi as his nanny . Tessa always had this happy go lucky type of attitude, but underneath that was a past that she was trying to out run. It was only a matter of time that she would either be found or Levi would learn the dangers of her past.
I absolutely adored this book. This story was one that once I started i didn’t want to stop. It was easy to read. It had a really nice flow from lighthearted romance, humor and switching to suspense too without it being too much on the reader. It was nice also to see the other characters from previous books in here as well.
This was just my favorite of the series and another hit from Roxanne . Thank you for the advance copy n letting me be a part of your team.
I love Tessa. I loved her from the first book in this series. She is special. She is trouble. But she is also too good for this world. The problem is, every time she does something good, it's also not completely legal 🙈 She is a bit of a Robin Hood sometimes.
I expected a lot, but not what really happened/happens with Tessa. Honestly. THAT??? WOW. She is always on the run for the next job because she always loses her jobs because she "needs" to do good. She isn't always on the run for a new job, she also runs away all the time...
No, she needs a new job. And what's the only available job? Nanny for a certain grumpy cowboy. She sure knows him but he hates her. But at least "Wiggles" loves her and she loves him 😊
And Levi? I loove Levi 🩷 He is a grumpy cowboy single dad. He has trust issues. And yes, I HATE his ex. I generally hate such kinds of mothers. Poor Jackson. But at least he has his grandpa and uncles. And sure the best dad a boy could wish for. Even though Levi is overprotective, but that's no wonder with the things his ex did.
I loved this book so much 🩷 It's not "just" the hate and love between Tessa and Levi. It's seeing the other couples again. And also the action in this book. And I don't just talk about the bedroom action 😉 And I love Jackson. He is such a cute cheeky and bright little boy 😊
I'm not sure, but I could be seeing a book about Aiden, the dad of Levi, Noah, and Chase 👀
Oh my , I loved The Rogue so much . And being back in Hideaway Springs for Tessa and Levi's story was so good. I loved all the reappearances of the other couples. And the name of the small town was so appropriate for Tessa's story. Because who would have guessed that she's in Hideaway Springs to ... hide from some troubles . And grumpy Levi was so sweet and swoony not only with his son but with Tessa too. What surprised me was the fact that he knew that Tessa is in trouble and wanted to protect her. And he was so disappointed when she didn't confess to him . Tessa was so selfless and caring she wanted to protect them all from the trouble coming for her . She just didn't expected that love and caring pointed at her . Tessa's character was growing up and developing from her first appearance in town . She's loyal and smart and a great addition to the girls group. And she had such a great relationship with Jackson, Levi's son . Levi is absolutely sweet and swoony under his grumpy exterior. And he was a goner for Tessa . They were so good together .That thin suspense line that's running through the series is on another level in The Rogue and just gave an edge to the story. Loved it how all the loose ends were tied at the end and that epilogue was so sweet. Hallmark movie sweet. Now I need to know if there's going to be a story about Aiden and Lonnie ?
Thanks to the author and Midnight Readers Book Promotion for the opportunity to read and review an early copy of this book.
I am OBSESSED with this love story!! I always did love a single dad & nanny trope. It's just so wholesome!!!
I've been dying for Tess' book since she was bartending in Chase's book. She is feisty and determined. I am heartbroken about her past, but she absolutely deserved this happily ever after.
Levi is such a swoony, possessive, grumpy cowboy. While simultaneously being an open-minded, level-headed, and kind-hearted dad. His ad for a nanny had me crackin' up!!!
I love the pull between these two. The undeniable attraction is deeper than surface level. Levi's desire to care for & and protect her is bone deep. The way that he knows something is haunting Tess but doesn't push her for answers is a level of patience that REAL MEN don't have. Gotta love fictional men. 🤣
Little Jackson is amazing. The maturity of that child is unreal. The way he handled Tess' driving mishap was much more mature than I expected. I liked the agreement he has w/his dad over being open & honest with each other. The moment when he opens his shoebox to show Tess the photo of his mom, and the way that he feels about her breaks my heart.
All of these characters have fractures in their hearts, and the way that they all help to heal each other is truly beautiful. It sucked me in emotionally, & I was absolutely here for it.
The added suspense plot line was so much fun. It was intriguing, and I just couldn't look away!!!
This book releases tomorrow, Oct. 28, 24. Make sure you READ IT.
Oh, I was beside myself when I got The Rogue by Roxanne Tully. I missed Hideaway Springs and could not wait to learn more about Tessa Banks and Levi Reeves. As the mother of an energetic and too perceptive 10 year old, I immediately connected with both adults and their love for Jackson. And oh, I don’t know if I’ve ever rooted for two characters to open up and love each other like I did for Tessa and Levi.
This is a love story about trust. About trusting other people and trusting yourself. It’s a book about seeing people for who they really are. There’s also plenty of intrigue, Reeves Family banter, and swoony spice and heat. Tessa, the sassy troublemaker, and Levi, the grumpy cowboy single father, showed plenty of undeniable attraction in previous novels, so it was so gratifying to get their story! All the tropes: grumpy/sunshine, single dad/nanny, enemies to loves, small town, cowboy. Oh. Shivers of delight! And Roxanne Tully delivers it all beautifully, as usual.
These characters stick with you, and having Chase, Pepper, Noah, and Charlie in Levi and Tessa’s story makes me want to revisit everyone. I want to go to Hideaway Springs. Roxanne Tully has painted that town so vividly and the inhabitants live rent free in my mind. I can’t wait to go back again and again.
Go rogue and go off script sometimes. But definitely read this book.
I received an advance review copy for free from the author, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. All opinions are my own.
Single dad rancher and the rogue nanny entertainment!
This is a terrific finish to this series. The series follows three brothers and I have loved each of their stories. Levi is the oldest brother, single dad and rancher. He's closed off and protecting his heart and his son Jackson's. Tessa has floated in and out of town the last 3 years going from job to job. She's gained a reputation as 'going rogue' since she unapologetically walks to the beat of her own drum and her behavior is often unexpected. Tessa comes back to town and applies for the only job opening, Jackson's live-in nanny for the summer. begrudgingly, Levi hires her since she's so good with Jackson and it's only for the summer.
With forced proximity, comes serious sexual tension between Levi and Tessa. However, there's more to Tessa than appears. She has a tragic past that soon threatens her future with Levi and Jackson. Both Levi and Tessa are holding back from their true feelings for different reasons.Levi is in denial but his protective nature takes over and he will stop at nothing to protect Tessa when she is threatened. Tessa proves she is not the flighty persona people perceive, but the strong, independent loyal person she truly is.
I enjoyed watching their journey. It includes some assistance from Levi's brothers and fathers. This story has heart, humor, spice, suspense and small town charm with big personalities. A strong finish to an entertaining series.
3.5⭐️ “I’m so damn in love with this woman, I can hardly breathe.”❤️
Tropes Small town / Cowboy romance Suspense / FMC in danger Single dad x nanny “My wife” No third act breakup
This didn’t give me that 5 star feeling like I had hoped, but it was still a pretty decent read. I love a cowboy romance, and we got those cowboy vibes and ranch lifestyle vibes. I also love a single dad & nanny romance, and we got to see the cute relationship between Tessa and Jackson. We got an expression of how Tessa felt about him towards the end, but it would’ve been nice to hear how Jackson felt about here from his mouth too. Tessa took a few chapters to grow on me, but I loved Levi. He was gruff and grumpy, but was also sweet, caring, attentive, passionate, and protective to her. He took care of her when he started noticing her nightmares and would make sure that she ate because she would skip breakfast. The spice was nice, but some of the scenes seemed rushed/cut short. I liked the suspense aspect, but I feel like I was expecting more after everything was said and done. I didn’t feel like the epilogue in Aiden’s POV was necessary, especially since this is supposed to be the last book. I would’ve preferred an epilogue or even keep the Aiden POV epilogue and give us an extended epilogue showing Levi and Tessa getting married, having their baby, and a confirmation that everything surround Tessa’s witness case was resolved.
Roxanne's books are always amazing, but this one topped them all. I am utterly in awe of this series. Like put me into Hideaway Spring pronto. This book follows the towns rogue woman, per the name of course. Not only do we get a troubled woman running from her problems. We also get a single dad and a loveable son and then the trope of boss x nanny. It's one of my favourite tropes any day of the week.
I, for one, loved Tessa from the first book in the series when we met her. It was just something about her character and the way she acts that just made me want to know more of her, and I loved getting to know her backstory and how she truly is in this book. Now Levi, our single dad rancher, he definitely took a bit longer to fall for, that was once he stopped being so damn judgemental and went with his heart for once.
The plot was beautifully crafter to make you stay hooked onto the storyline throughout the entirety of the book. I loved every second of it that I read. When both of the characters, through logic and caring, so much about what other external people felt, it almost felt magical between them. I loved the way that even though Levi did not know the extent of Tessa's issues, he cared enough to make some very thoughtful adjustments to the house. This book could not have been any more perfect in my eyes, and the ending was such a sweet delight.
This one was definitely my favorite of the Hideaway Springs series! If you've read the first two books, you’re already pretty familiar with Tessa and Levi. Tessa, or Whiskey, as Levi calls he, is a bit of a mystery, popping in and out of town with some questionable activities on the side. Sparks flew the first time Tessa and Levi met, and now Levi, also called Indy by Tessa, is a single dad, rancher, and the eldest of the Reeves brothers, is in need of a temporary summer nanny with one rule: no romance.
Levi’s son Jackson is his world, and he’s still dealing with the damage from his ex-wife. Tess has her own issues and secrets and is in hiding, so when she rolls back into town and interviews for the job, Levi’s first instinct is to turn her down and push her away yet again. But, as fate would have it, she gets the job and moves into the house on the ranch.
Living under the same roof, it’s tough for Tessa to keep all her secrets under wraps. Do these two have even more intense chemistry now that they’re in close quarters? Absolutely! But you’ll need to read to find out just how spicy it gets.
The book has plenty of suspense, too but don’t worry, all those mysteries get revealed! I loved everything about Levi, Tessa, and Jackson, and there are appearances from Noah, Charlie, Pepper, and Chase, plus even dad Aiden. Overall, a fantastic read!
