• "𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐘 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 (5 𝐈𝐍 1): 𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒 + 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐒 + 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐄𝐒 + 𝐘𝐎𝐆𝐀 + 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆" by 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐧 is suitable for both novices and experts. In addition to being approachable, this book positions itself as a workbook. You have considered 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, but have you considered 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 as well?🧋

• This attempt is being carried out by the writer. She deliberately tries to control our level of 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. Once more, this is not how it works if you are just reading and not doing anything. ✨

• Although I believe that our healing process is a memorable one in and of itself, our story empowers us when it comes to fitness! - and this is what I found most enjoyable about the storyline of this book. 💌

• Every time we talk about our lives, all we have in common is discomfort, stress, and emotional upheaval. However, never share our progress—we should all be positive and grow together. This is the point at which we are lacking something. 💕

• Personally, I think this book also promotes a 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 by offering a variety of viewpoints. Additionally, while a book alone cannot alter your perspective, it can undoubtedly point you in the right direction!🍻

• With a little 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, SOMATIC THERAPY shares its own path to support your development. The resources this book provides in simple, fluid language are wonderful to use. If manifestation is your thing and you are curious about the other secret, then this book is only for you. ⌛

This workbook is a gentle and practical guide to understanding the mind-body connection and healing through movement, breathwork, and awareness.

It includes tools, exercises, yoga practices, and coping skills to help readers deal with stress, trauma, and emotional regulation.

The authors explain concepts in simple language, making it easy for beginners to understand.

Each section encourages practical exercises, helping you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system.

While it doesn't go too deep into clinical details, it's a great starting point for those looking to heal holistically and create daily self-care habits.

Overall, it's simple, calming, and beginner-friendly.

We all are aware how mental health issues are rising to such a great extent in today's world. I had heard about somatic therapy in the past but hadn't read much content around it because I thought it was boring and of no use but I was wrong.
The book is mainly divided into five sections namely, Healing, Exercises, Coping skills and Toolbox. It talks about various mental issues and techniques to deal with and cope with them.
Love how author has used a language which is easily understandable to reach out to the larger audience and make them aware too.
