Vera’s life has changed significantly in the last few weeks, she went from being on the run for years to now settling down with her very own pack. Only, that new quiet is still under threat…

After meeting under very unusual circumstances, Vera, Caleb and Mathew had fallen into a comfortable daily rhythm. Only for that rhythm to be broken when Jorge Thornton stepped through the door and set off a range of unexpected reactions.
The end result being that the two Omegas went into heat in a nest that they had to put together in a rush, and that the four of them bonded and formed a brand new pack.

The pack had been staying home even after the Omegas’ heats ended, too wrapped up in their new bonds to want to go anywhere else. But, at Jorge’s insistence, they go out for dinner since people are starting to wonder what has happened to them, wondering if there might be something wrong. Which is not good for business or their safety.
So, the four go out to eat at Mathew and Jorge’s favourite restaurant, which turns out to be way fancier than Vera or Caleb have ever been at.
To make it even worse, things to get complicated when they run into stunningly beautiful female Alpha Riley Faulkner, a friend of Jorge, as she’s waiting for her dinner companions.

It appears that people in the pack are keeping secrets, some with deadly consequences…


This is the third out of twelve novellas following Vera and her mates in the Her Vicious Pack serial, a dark contemporary reverse harem/Why Choose romance set in a sweet Omegaverse world about a criminal found family empire with dreams of ‘expanding the family’.
This novella may include any of these steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author).
This serial has MF, MM and group scenes and will later also include FF scenes.

This is book 3 in the series.
In every group you got secrets that could hurt or make you stronger as a group. Well I loved Caleb and Jorge scene. I really felt the hurt in Jorge. Also love Riley. I would recommend this series to everyone with a lot of love. ❤️

The third installment in Her Vicious Pack had me squealing and on the edge of my seat. Meeting Riley was so much fun and I really enjoyed being in the know about the things she was questioning as she met everyone in the pack. I am looking forward to seeing more of her and the dynamic she brings. Otherwise, this novella was packed full of angst and danger (no spice this time), much more so than the previous books in the series. I couldn't read fast enough to find out what was going to happen. Given the novella-nature of these books, I was just reading along, happy as can be, when the end just came out of nowhere! My hunger for more from these characters was not sated by any means and I cannot wait for Fierce Claim!

This is the third book in the series so please read the first two before this one.

Vera is slowly but surely building her pack, and finding those who connect with her. Of course we have the sweet older man Caleb who’d do anything for Vera, honestly loved reading about him and how he met her. There’s Matthew who is our traumatized cutie, I just want him to be happy, and love how his character is portrayed. Jorge is also really interesting and I hope there’s more of him in the next book. Now I’m book three here’s where we’re introduced to a new potential packmate Riley who is a woman (yay! I love when they add ff to omegaverse) she’s a fun character too, it’s funny to her bewilderment to meeting the newly formed pack.

Vera and her pack try to get back to some semblance of normal after their heat, but the hits keep coming. Looking forward to the next book. All I can complain about is that the book ended too soon! Alpha and Omega dynamics, MMMMF, AOAAO, MM situations, this particular installment is very low spice.

I was so excited to get an ARC of this book. I love watching the pack grow and hiding out more about each of the characters. The only thing I'm having a hard time with is how short they are but we are also getting them close together so I think the shorter wait is worth it.

Lethal Alpha by Layla Heart. I truly am enjoying this serial with each book we get a quick beak into vera life with the pack. This is cliffhanger is killing me. I need the next book. Definitely check out all 3 books if you're a fan of omegaverse books you will definitely enjoy this serial.
