Have you been rejected by an ex partner or a crush?
Breakup pain is among the worst kinds of pain a human can experience.
Breakups hurt so much not only because we lose a partner, but due to the combined effect of hurt ego, loss of confidence and facing old fears and traumas.
Because heartache causes so much suffering, many dumped people start clinging on to their ex, hoping that their ex will save them from the pain…
…not realising it was their ex who caused this pain by rejecting them and shattering their heart and self-esteem!
By not chosing to move on, dumped ones can prolong their recovery for months and even years. They miss opportunities to make their lives better, date decent people and instead waste their time waiting for an ex, who was no good for them and left them!

Great book to help with healing
I’m not sure about the 30 day number. There are just too many variables to just pick a specific timeframe. But otherwise the book is solid with advice that covers both the psychology and tactical elements of managing a break up.
