Now that someone who's supposed to be long dead is seen very much alive, it's up to the club to save them. Lex Nichols thought she escaped the world of being the one to not only find the problems but also solve them. But as a woman of the club, born and raised in it, she can't turn her back. Not now.
Soon, the secrets everyone holds so tightly become known to the rest of the club, and consequences occur. Will Sutton's real father be as bad as her mother, a habitual liar and vindictive woman, says? Will Marnie ever accept Venom, or will she be the one left in the dust? Can Nelson ever forgive Max while also realizing the mistakes he's made with Sutton? Will Hannah come back to Rocky, and will Chance ever be able to forgive Kara?
As Lex reaches out to help Dax figure out how to start rebuilding and moving forward, secrets she hadn't realized come out. Ones that threaten the club to its core, and it's all hands on deck as the three Presidents have to come together and decide who the real enemy is. Is the enemy of my enemy really my ally? And what phone call could risk Lex and Colt's newfound calm in Summerville?
Logan Gray is a writer and authorpreneur who likes to create books like artists like to create art. Description is important, but she wants to allow the reader to make the story their own. While she wants to give the reader what he or she needs to see the picture she's trying to depict, she doesn't want to fill the pages with unnecessary description to restrict how the reader views the characters or places.
While this may not appeal to all readers, she hopes it appeals to others who like you add their own touch to the story. Maybe they would rather the walls be white instead of gray. Maybe they'd like to envision the person is tall instead of average height. While the description as she sees it is there, it's not written so strongly the own interpretation cannot be made and applied. It gives the reader some creative freedom in a hobby that isn't always as flexible.
Meh, wasn't that great. Lex is still at the forefront of this club. Lot's of sex as usual. Unemotional and detached is how it feels unfortunately. Dani the ol lady who was thought to be dead is back. Everyone seems to be connected as she's from Psycho's past MC. Everything comes to light with the Russians and the Irish. Does this author dislike the Irish? Because she's putting them down any chance she gets. Who knows 🤨. Well there's one character I really disliked and her name is Marnie. Think stuck up club princess. The rest of the FMCs were so-so. But because we have so many people and POVs it's hard to feel any emotion for anyone or their relationship. I think four POVs is my limit 😑 At the end Lex receives some news that may keep them in Griffen's Beach for the foreseeable future.
I’m totally obsessed with this series, in my opinion the best MC written. In Truths so much happens, someone who thought was dead, isn’t, but isn’t the same as they once were. Someone who the Drifters thought was an alley, isn’t and is the cause of so much pain for everyone. My new favourite psycho, Venom is finding he’s worth more than he thought he was. Then there’s my favourites, Lex and Colt, cannot get enough of them and the rest of the Drifters. This is one series you seriously want to start, I guarantee you’ll be hooked.
I truly wanted a book about Dani but I got another in the Lexi saga. Please don't get me wrong. I like the books, I like Lexi its just she is not the only strong ,itbrave one with an actual working brain. Others have it also. The story was good but it left too many gaps for me. I wanted to see Dani get better but we got maybe 3 chapters about her. Oh well. I've read all the books but I don't know if I want to finish the saga of Lexi...
I adore the Deranged Drifters MC, I absolutely love reading their stories, this one solved a lot of problems, saved a wonderful character and eliminated some nasty enemies. An excellent read, I love Lexi ❤️❤️❤️ A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤
I finished all 18 of these stories in this series with a cliffhanger. I hope there is a 19th book. Logan has a way of telling her stories. They reeled me in and kept me hooked to the very last word on the last page. Her writing is outstanding.
