Omg this book is so freaking good I’m not even joking 😩❤️ Lexi and Kian are just soo freaking good their chemistry is sooo freaking great aswell. Once I picked this up I couldn’t even stop myself from reading it cause omg KAINNNNNNNN THE MAN THAT HE IS . I want a man like him rn !! SERIOUSLY!! RNNNNN!!!🤭🤭😝 This book was actually so freaking hot 🥵 and I was so intrigued and hooked on their story cause guysss I not kidding your gonna love it. I received an ARC for this and wanna say thank you to Author and team.
I liked this book for a minute. Lots of very explicit, spicy smut. There were a few spots that were a bit cringey, but over all good smutty little Halloween novella….
Until the author pointed out the MMC’s age and the fact that he was a MINOR, AND THEN even after finding out he was a minor the FMC continued to have a sexual relationship with him. That ruined the entire novella. There is absolutely no plot line the requires a 17 and 34 year old to fuck. The entire books plot was sex and it’s with a minor? Weird. Weird. Weird.
You can still have an amazing age gap without it involving a minor.
I DNF’d at like 85% or something like that. Cause yeah, you don’t find out his age until after most of novella has already happened.
Also, no trigger warnings? You have to find the Author on Instagram, go to the bio, then go to the link tree THEN to the website to find trigger warnings… which there are ZERO for this novella…

Everything was going great until the very end of the book where it’s discovered the the MMC is a minor. I’m fine reading taboo books about consenting adults. I’m not fine with being lured into a book only to find out when I’m almost finished that one of the main characters isn’t of legal age.

Halloween novella right before jumping into all the holiday vibes? Sure, why not? This short little book packed a punch.

This book was a short, quick read and it definitely delivered on the content. It’s a twist on a masked man story; however his mask is painted on. The spice was good. I’d give it 🌶️🌶️.5

I am going to start by saying that this tory is not for everyone. This is an age gap novella and there is one thing that might be a hard no for some readers. I will say that I never felt that any character was an uber creeper or predatory in any way. But some people will read this and be against it. And that’s okay. As for me, it is not my typical thing, but it didn’t take away from the story for me. I actually really enjoyed this story. It was a short story that takes place at Halloween with a single mother, who, even though she has a teenage boy that she takes care of, is not dead below the waist. This novella was short and spicy, with more spice than plot, and just meant to entertain the reader. It is nice to see a story with a single mom of a teenager who can still be a dirty little freak. I liked these characters, and I especially liked the FMC. I think that I would have loved if we got even more of these two outside of Halloween night, especially after the epilogue. But what we did get was very good and absolutely worth the read.
How can you not love an FMC like Lexi? She had a child when she was still in high school and the father of the child completely abandoned them. She spent her youth raising her child, giving up on what she loved like her music. I thought it was amazing that she gets “excited” by horror movies and I absolutely approve of her Scream movie marathon. She might be a little too trusting with the sexy stranger that she knows nothing about, but this was a fun story so we will give her a pass. Kain is a very confident young man who might seem mature for his age. He lives with his band mates and works as a pizza delivery man. I do want to know what kind of makeup he used for his face though because that had some staying power.
I usually enjoy an age gap story, and other than the one little thing, I really enjoyed this story. It was very spicy and wow, some of the parts were so good. When I finished the story, I really felt like I wanted more of these two. I loved Lexi and wanted only the best for her. I would love to know what was next for these two and usually that is a sign of a good story. It is one that pulls me in and makes me care about the characters. I really enjoyed this story.

"A wicked delivery for Lexi?"
Ummm, wow. This story was just *chef's kiss* amazing. Like, I realize the whole fantasy of a delivery driver showing up at the home of a lonely woman is a very common thing BUT adding in the reverse age gap AND the masked man aspect and I don't think I'll ever stop thinking about it! R Snow's writing in this was fantastic and I just loved how much she was able to add into the story to keep me hooked. I loved all of Lexi's inner monologues soooo much and Kain's dirty mouth in some parts was gold. This is a must read for all dark romance lovers especially those that love a good twist on the masked man trope. Now, I'm off to find my own Ghouls Pizza delivery man.

I was fortunate enough to be sent this book as an ARC read! & let me just tell you! This book was everything and more! It’s a single mum, age gap romance. I ate it up I read within a couple of hours 😂! The only problem is… I want another book with these characters!
I love the authors writing style everything just flowed so freely there was even a few comedy moments that had me giggling. Overall it’s a 5 star read with a 4🌶️ rating! Loved it that much I’ve ordered the authors other books!

I devoured Wicked Delivery the same way Cain devoured Lexi. This was the perfect spicy, slasher vibe novella to break up all of the Christmas and holiday themed novellas this season.
It was a short, quick read, and it definitely delivered on the content.
I loved the ending. I wouldn’t change a thing.
I do, however, want to know more about his bandmates.

Wow! Too bad I live where I can’t get pizza delivered to my house like that! Kain and Lexi met before they know they met. They were attracted to each other before they laid eyes on each other. This was a hot little novella that will get your attention very quickly. It is a reverse age gap which was new for me. Can’t say that I didn’t like it. If you are looking for a short, spicy read, this is it!

A taboo age gap (FMC doesn't find out until after their...romp...but does continue the relationship after finding out), a dom/sub dynamic that does get turned around, restraints, "masked" MMC (it's face paint), a hunter/prey scene, and general Halloween spookiness.

Friends, I'm not lying when I say I read this book in one sitting. My alarm went off and I decided to actually wake up and sneak in some reading time before the little woke up. And thankfully, he blessed me by sleeping in a little bit so I could devour this story.
Things I liked:
- This is a quick and dirty little read. I finished it in about ninety minutes and we're legit talking almost 90 minutes of pure spice. This is a novella so there's just a touch of plot building at the beginning but once Kain ends up at Lexi's we descend into pretty much spice city. If you want spice and spooky/Halloween vibes, look no further.
- The spice was well-done which I appreciated given it is the bulk of the story.
Things I disliked or missed the mark:
- I didn't love the age gap. I don't have a problem with an age gap, generally speaking, but given the taboo nature I think a clear content warning at the beginning of the book (or a link to a warning on the author's website if she didn't want to provide any specific spoilers on page) would have gone a long way. I can definitely see this being a sticking point for some readers leading to DNFs, yucky feelings, and/or even negative reviews, especially if there is no warning. With some slight adjustments, I think this story still would have been possible to make the tabooness a little less severe while still maintaining the overall vibe of the story.
- Along those lines, I would have loved a little more insight into Kain. He's described as well-tattooed, lives on his own with friends, has a six-count Jacob's ladder, and seems to have a pretty extensive sexual history. All fine things but, knowing what I know now, like, how?! When did he acquire all of these things? How? Where are his parents?! Haha. I'm curious to know more about his character's history and how and why he is where he is.
I think if you can hang with the tabooness of the age gap, this is a quick enough read that it's worth it for the spice. It vibed well with other holiday novellas I've been tearing through lately but it definitely fits better at Halloween and in spooky season.

This is a novella so there's just a touch of plot building at the beginning but once Kain ends up at Lexi's we descend into pretty much spice city. If you want spice and spooky/Halloween vibes, look no further.
- The spice was well-done which I appreciated given it is the bulk of the story.
Things I disliked or missed the mark:
- I didn't love the age gap. I don't have a problem with an age gap, generally speaking, but given the taboo nature I think a clear content warning at the beginning of the book (or a link to a warning on the author's website if she didn't want to provide any specific spoilers on page) would have gone a long way. I can definitely see this being a sticking point for some readers leading to DNFs, yucky feelings, and/or even negative reviews, especially if there is no warning. With some slight adjustments, I think this story still would have been possible to make the tabooness a little less severe while still maintaining the overall vibe of the story.
- Along those lines, I would have loved a little more insight into Kain. He's described as well-tattooed, lives on his own with friends, has a six-count Jacob's ladder, and seems to have a pretty extensive sexual history. All fine things but, knowing what I know now, like, how?! When did he acquire all of these things? How? Where are his parents?! Haha. I'm curious to know more about his character's history and how and why he is where he is.
I think if you can hang with the tabooness of the age gap, this is a quick enough read that it's worth it for the spice. It vibed well with other holiday novellas I've been tearing through lately but it definitely fits better at Halloween and in spooky season.

She picks up a new dating app and finds a match. She starts a sexting exchange, but it stops in the middle of getting almost there. Kain, the pizza delivery guy, was actually interrupted by his boss because he was delivering pizzas while chatting Lexi up. Lexi orders pizza, and Kain comes to deliver. He's got a skelton mask painted on his face. Lexi was just picturing a masked man to have a romp with. A tree falls boxing in his car, and the story takes off.
Kain is excited that the gal he was just sexting with is now his latest delivery. They both start to give into her fantasies, and it gets super spicy. Kain's pierced with a Jacob's ladder, has a bad boy vibe, and is ready to take on Lexi's desires. I enjoyed the take on the typical pizza delivery guy with the single mom at home vibing, but a Halloween masked men spicy twist.

It was definitely a spicy novella. Age gap was mentioned in the trigger warnings but I didn’t think it was that crazy. A taboo if you must.
I liked the Halloween thing and the mask kink. At some points I struggled to stay engaged but then I got caught back in.
Maybe I didn’t like it as much because I’m also 17 years apart from my parents. Nonetheless I didn’t hate it. But mind that hiccup it was a good quick read.

Le doy 1⭐ por darle algo, ya que para mí ha sido un libro bastante sin más.
Creo que hay muchos libros de esta temática (Halloween) que están bastante mejor que este.
Es el típico libro que si te lees de una sentada bueno, pero si te lo tienes que leer en varios días (cómo me ha pasado a mí), ya no te engancha nada😪.
Luego, no he conectado NADA con la pareja protagonista. Pasa todo tan rápido que es imposible de creer y conectar con ellos😬.
Yo no lo volvería a leer...🤐

If you want spice, some more spice, annnnnnd some more spice with a taboo age gap - look no further! This masked man, spicy halloween novella will take care of all of your needs. I flew through this in one sitting. At first the age gap really through me, but I was able to get over it once I knew a bit more about the MMC. Overall, if you are in the market for a fast paced, spicy, masked man novella - this is it! Check your TW's.

My oh my - this was definitely the spiciest lil novella I’ve ever read. If you’re into mask/slasher, Halloween vibes & lots of spice - this is the read for you! The chemistry between Kain and Lexi was great, 10/10. The twist at the end left me not knowing how to feel, hahaha. But overall, I enjoyed this!
