The start to Dark Mafia Duet hang on don’t blink and you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified possessive, oh so gorgeous, brooding all three makings of a story consisting with the three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, darkness, secrets revealed, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love somewhere along the way! Aliyah finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time witnessing a murder that lands her on the radar one dangerous man. Dante sexy but dangerous, ruthless, on a good day, deadly every day the moment and one little one has captured his undivided attention. Aliyah is both scared and excited all at the same time but where are they both headed and what path are they headed down maybe happiness?

Yes, dark romances are normally about submission and control but I’d like to see a female character that challenges her alpha into submitting to her.

These storylines are based on the premise that the lead female has somehow broken through the armour of the big bad wolf which somehow equalizes them.

Why can’t a woman maintain her dignity while pursuing her own sexual needs. I don’t have a problem with her wanting Dante or wanting to be his submissive. Submission can be collaborative.

I am disappointed that she was initially relinquished to being a “pet” and that her voice was suppressed.

Women can be sexually powerful and have these bad boys bend. We can have both a dark alpha vibe with a strong female need that doesn’t have to compromise her worth.

Disappointing

It had potential to be a good book but the situations were just so stupid. The writing was juvenile and repetitive. The first half of the book he chases in torments her before he abducts her. He drags her around to all the mafia meetings. She says she hates him and is afraid of him but then she gives into him I dislike a a weak heroin who gives in and starts obeying and likes to be punished and begs for it like a good little pet . The old same old nothing new. There are a lot of typos and the intimacy scenes are few and lackluster. Ends in a cliffhanger which from the reviews I read is almost duplicate of the first book.

This is the first book from the new Dark Mafia Duet Book. A wonderful story about being somewhere at the wrong time and in the wrong environment. That happens to Aliyah when she walks into the wrong room one day and at the wrong time. And that puts Dante on edge because he knows she is his and does everything he can to get her and keep her.. There is enough drama, action, danger and enough heat and steam.

Aliyah she is M.I.N.E.

Dante Russo is ridiculous, ruthless man. He protect what is his, and Aliyah is his.. You have to read this story is great. There relationships started with Aliyah seeing something with a dead body and a killer standing there so threatening, Dante Russo, a mafia boss. The book ended on a cliffhanger... The next book title Impure Love ( Dark Mafia Duet Book 1)

A game of cat and mouse

Aliyah sees something she shouldn’t. Dante never freezes but when he sees her he freezes and she gets away. Now the chase begins.
The first half of the book is about the chase. The second half of the book is about establishing their relationship, not just with each other but to the others in Dante’s world.
This book ends with a cliffhanger which I didn’t expect. The plot was good, character development was good.

She was in the wrong place at the wrong time when she walks in on a murder. She becomes Dante's obsession in this thrilling story. She is both intrigued and scared but running will do her no good. Will she learn to take Dante in stride and will it lead them along the path to happiness.

Great Story!!

So this don decided to kill someone during a party, in a room unlocked, unguarded and let her run out and did not decided to find her until a week after the kill. That’s just sloppy, as sloppy as the editing on this book.

Good story line

This was a good read, but for a 20 something young lady that grew up in the system, she has no backbone.
