Adrian Nightshade is a thousand-year-old vampire that bounty hunts with a Lila Starcaster a young with without a Coven. Adrian is trying to undo the damage he caused while Lila is trying to gain allies for her cause that allow her to seek revenge for the loved ones she lost.
Alyssa has written an enticing story of vampires, dark secrets, witches, & immortals. She gives you an action-packed adventure right from the very beginning. She introduces a plot of a dark family secret that has been hidden for centuries and one day the "evil" comes knocking. They must choose to do nothing or attack the situation head-on like they should have done long ago. I enjoyed reading this story and I can't wait to read more of the Duskweaver series. If you enjoy fantasy with a little closed-door romance, family secrets, immortals, dark magic, & revenge I highly recommend reading this book or adding it to your TBR.

For all Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, Originals, Buffy; basically all supernatural shows, this book is for all of us.
Family of witches forced to become vampires roam the earth for a thousand years, one who carries a secret and a lone witch cast aside by her coven for stopping a power harvesting ritual.
The fight between the thousand year old vampire family and the most powerful coven reminded me of the Mikaelson Family fighting the French Quarter witches in the best way possible.
It was intriguing and so well written. I had a hard time putting it down.
I love love this book and can't wait to read more from Alyssa

I love the story line and plot of the story. It was so well written. It is a little inspired by The originals series which I love.
I love the Nightshade’s sibiling, no matter what happened , they always have each other’s back.
I love Adrian and i love how sweet he is Lila. I can’t wait to see more of them in the next book.
I am a little suspicious of Lila. I don’t know why , something seems off. I can’t wait for the next one to see what happened. I am so excited for it.
