Rasaji's Circle of Chi

Rate this book
The Circle of Chi is a focused, concise description of the energy (chi) itself, and a guide to understanding the eight major ways that it operates in the lives of human beings. These include Tai' Chi Gung 101: Mind, Breath, Movement and Nutrition; and Tai' Chi Gung 102: Work, Money, Friendships and Nature. The Circle of Chi is based on the Tibetan Tai' Chi Gung system of health and regeneration that has been handed down in an unbroken lineage going back more than 3000 years. It's original Indian Master Boganathar was known in China as the great philosopher Lao Tse. The author of this book, Rasaji, lived and trained at the original school of Tai' Chi Gung begun by Boganathar. He has more than 40 years experience in this healing art. Rasaji's writing has really taught me some very important lessons and tools to improve my daily life. I particularly appreciate learning about the power of breath in bringing restoration to my body. I have been using the accompanying DVD and hope to master the flow for a daily practice.
