Ambition, , greed, hubris, corruption and betrayal - the Clintons. Roger Morris has written a book that should've been taken as a warning to what has fruition into the Clinton Foundation and the likely prospect of a Hillary Clinton Presidency. Those who do not learn their history are doomed to live with it. This book delves into the early lives and political careers of both Bill and Hillary Clinton revealing a by-any-means-necessary mentality that has developed into the political and financial juggernaut that are the Clintons.

This book was written when the Whitewater investigation was in full swing though before the Lewinsky affair hit the news, and obviously before Hillary Clinton's solo career, so the reader would do better to look for something current if he or she wants a comprehensive overview of the Clintons. However, Roger Morris does a great job at examining the Clintons' Arkansas, something that other authors overlook or gloss over.

This book was interesting but could have been a lot shorter. It was a little repetitive and got boring towards the end due to the repeated information and long winded information.

I would have liked a bit more focus on the presidency but it was certainly comprehensive describing the run up. I felt the need to wash my hands after every chapter.

A thoroughly-researched biography complete with sources and notes! This book delves into the early lives, romantic phase, and political careers of the first couple Bill and Hillary Clinton. Enjoyed it, however, the story goes round and round, and some of the facts are quite repetitive! Can't forget the Virginia and Hillary monster-in-law encounter. Such a familiar feeling! Haha!

I admit it. I like Hillary. I know. I know. Many have their "facts" about Hillary which makes her a pariah. Currently Qanon accuses the Democrats of running a child pedophile ring in the basement of a pizza restaurant. But when Hillary was running against Trump in 2016, this lie was perpetuated on social media and an unsuspecting man came from North Carolina with a loaded rifle and gun to stop it. He found no basement, no pedophile ring and instead got four years in jail.

When she came on in the 1990s, she was like a breath of fresh air. And boy could she take a hit. This story is from an author who accused Bill Clinton of exchanging weapons for illicit drugs. All turned out to be false, but what stamina Hillary had.

Now, if the FBI found nothing on her email server (see James Comey and movie) and every charge against Hillary during her entire political life, she was acquitted of, shouldn't she be given a place in our herstory books?

At last I. and then how they get together and devise the finished this book. It is very interesting to read about their backgrounds and then how they end up together. Hilary got Bill through thick and thin no matter what it took and they knew every angle in the book. The politics of it slows you down, but you can push your way through until you see how he (and She) made it to the Whitehouse.
