I have been looking for a while now for something similar that would not cost me an arm and a leg, and found it in this book.
I got to know the author through another book called the 5-minute Core Exercises for Seniors he has written with another author.
I like the author’s no nonsense approach and understand each point without deciphering the meaning first. Each chapter is packed with the required information that is clear and to the point. The bullet style writing touches every topic effectively without the waste of words or space.
Every exercise is clearly defined, which I could follow with great ease. The added books are also very well planned. A significant benefit to the set.
Even the accompanied videos are short, without the chatter.
The exercises are effective, and afterwards, I can feel I have done a workout without the intense work of other workouts.
The book comprises three books. Each one with its own separate subject. The first one explains chair yoga in great detail, what the benefits of this workout are, the manner of breathing, etc. The second book explains the benefits and the different routines you can follow to strengthen your core. The third book gives you all the information about wall pilates with simple to follow routines you can implement straight away.
I believe this book will be beneficial for all with abovementioned problems or questions that can be done in the ease in your home and without the sweat.
Definitely a must for all seniors. My aim is to definitely make this a consistent part of my daily routine to become more mobile and flexible.
These exercises are certainly quick and easy. I am disabled and cannot do many traditional exercises, but I checked with my doctor and he said that I could try this. Exercising in a chair is a great idea! I don’t do the wall Pilates, but I have been doing the chair yoga and I think that it’s helping with my flexibility.

I absolutely loved this book. It was put together very well, and it's really easy to understand with lots of pictures. Such a great book. Y'all are gonna love it.
